Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the dexamethasone combined with 10％ calcium gluconate auxiliary hormone oxytocin to prevent postpartum benorrhage.Methods 128 patients were randomly divide into two groups,control group (n =64):intramuscular injection 20 u oxytocin after delivery of the fetus;observation group(n =64):after entering the secind stage of labor,do a quick infusion with a 5％ glucose 100 ml + 10％ of the calcum gluconate 10ml,intramuscylar injection 20 u oxytocin + dexamethasone 10 mg after deliver of the fetus.The clinical effects were compared in two groups of prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Results Both the postpartum 2 h bleeding of observation group[(153.2 ±43.1) ml] and the postpartum 24 h bleeding[(419.3 ± 77.8) ml] were lower than that of the control group[(265.2 ± 86.2) ml,(550.6 ± 99.1) ml] (t =2.553,3.869,all P ＜ 0.01) ; The time of second stage and third stage of labor for the observation group [(26.6 ± 11.1) min,(6.8 ± 1.8) min] were lower than that of the control group [(55.4 ± 12.4) min,(19.8 ± 3.2) min] (t =3.452,3.213,all P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The effect of dexamethasone combined with 10％ calcium gluconate auxiliary hormone oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage is aplus,which can be pronted and applied in clinic.

Objective To research the safety of intrauterine device retention during perimenopausal period. Methods The form of questionnaire was used to investigate women in perimenopausal period in this district. We selected 300 women using intrauterine device as observing group and 300 using other contraceptive methods. Not using intrauterine device ) as control group. The enrolled subjects were given consultation and health examination and the menstruation state waist and abdomen's pain and the occurrence of gynecological inflammation were compared between two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the menstrual blood volume of women in perimenopausal period between two groups (P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the incidence of pain in waist or abdomen in women in perimenopausal period between two groups (P<0.05). The incidence of gynecological inflammation in women in perimenopausal period was 63.33%and 59.67%in the observing group and control group respectively and there was no statistically significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Intrauterine device retention during perimenopausal period has no impact on women' menstruation state and gynecological inflammation,but is relevant with waist and abdomen's pain.

The expression levels and changes of endogenous acid fibroblast growth factor (aFGF) in microwave burn wound tissues were detected in order to investigate how to get better therapeutic effects by using the exogenous aFGF for repairing trauma. A burnt-wound animal model was established by NS-F II multifunction spectrum therapeutics equipment, and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry assay were applied to detect the expression levels of endogenous aFGF mRNA in microwave burn wound tissues. The expression level of endogenous aFGF mRNA was significantly increased in the burn wound tissues 12 h after burn, reached the peak at 48 h, and gradually deceased 96 h after burn. The expression of endogenous aFGF mRNA after tissue damage was reversible, and its intensity was in accordance with the repair process of tissue damage, suggesting endogenous aFGF may take part in the cell metabolism and proliferation, and then promote the repair of the burn wound.

In this study,cholesterol content of fresh water fish oil emulsion was determined by gas chromatography. It was 30g/L and was lower than that in other marine fish oil preparations. The regression equation of standard curve was Y=1. 855x-6. 3467 ,and correlation coefficient was 0. 9990. The recovery rate ranged from 84.0% to 97. 0% ,and CV = 7.1%.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of filiform needle fire acupuncture plus pricking-cupping bloodletting in treating acute ankle sprain in adolescent students.Method One hundred adolescent student outpatients with acute ankle sprainwere randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 50 cases each.The treatment group received filiform needle fire acupuncture plus pricking-cupping bloodletting at the most obviouspart of ankle tenderness once every other day. The control group received routine protection, a rest, ice compress,compressionand affected limb elevation.Swelling severitywas examined and the AOFAS Ankle Hindfoot Scalescore and the VAS score were recorded at study entry, and one, three and five days and two, four and eight weeks after treatment.Result Swelling severityand the ankle pain score improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05) and the post-treatment score was lower in the treatment group than in the controlgroup(P<0.05). The total efficacy rate was 100% (50/50) in the treatment group, which was higher than 80% (40/50) in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Filiform needle fire acupuncture plus pricking-cupping bloodletting is a better way to treat acute ankle sprain.It can relieve the pain and swelling in short time, shorten treatment time and restore ankle activity in short time to reduce theoccurrence of sequelae.

AIM:28 patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) were selected in this studyThe therapeutic scheme was as follows:after withdrawal of other vasodilators,urapidil was given in dose of 100～400?g/min intravenous drip;in severe case,the administration continued for 24～72 h;treatment lasted 3～6 daysThe patients'blood pressure,heart rate and LVEF were measured before and after treatmentRESULTS:The patients'clinical manifestations were markedly improved with a total effective rate of 89%LVEF was improved obviously too and the product of systolic pressure and heart rate was decreasedCONCLUSION:Urapidil is a vasodilator with slight side effects,reliable effectiveness and moderate action,and has undoubted therapeutic effect on CHF

The LHX3 and LHX4 LIM-homeodomain transcription factors play essential roles in pituitary gland.Nervous system developments play certain roles in some cancers,leukemia,and deafness disease.Mutations in the genes encoding these regulatory proteins are closely associated with combined hormone deficiency diseases in human and animal models,and related to nervous system defect,tumors,leukemia and deafness.Analysis of these diseases and the biochemical properties of the LHX3 and LHX4 protein will facilitate a better understanding of the pathogenesis of these diseases.LHX3 and LHX4 are reviewed in this paper.

Objective To investigate the infection status of helicobacter pylori(Hp) among health examination population ,and its relationship to lipids ,glucose ,uric acid ,PLT ,PDW and MPV .Methods Hp antibody in serum was tested by immune colloidal gold assay among of health population .And serum lipids ,glucose ,uric acid ,PLT ,PDW and MPV were measured in some subjects . A retrospective analysis was done to the data of 2 147 cases in health examination population .Results The infection rates of Hp was 38 .80% (833/2 147) in 2 147 cases .Among them ,the infection rate in male was 41 .10% (538/1 309) ,and which in female was 35 .20% (295/838) ,it was statistical difference in the infection rate in between male and female(P<0 .05) .The infection rate in age group(40 to 49) was higher than which in other age group and It was statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,and there were significant difference in between male age group and in female age group(P<0 .05) .Comparing the control group ,the serum levels of TC , LDL‐C were significantly higher(P<0 .05) ,while the serum level of HDL‐C was obviously lower(P<0 .05) .In patients with Hp infection and TC>5 .17 mmol/L ,the level of glucose and uric acid were significantly higher(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The distribu‐tion of the Hp infection was difference in gender and age;The infection of HP can effect the metabolism of serum lipids ,glucose and uric acid .

ObjectiveTo study the expression of growth factor receptor binding protein 2(GRB2) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC),and clarify the role of GRB2 in the development and progression of BTCC.MethodsThe GRB2 expression of BTCC tissue from 60 patients who first got BTCC (BTCC group) and adjacent normal bladder from 30 patients(control group) were detected by SP immunohistochemical method.ResultsThe GRB2 positive expression rate of BTCC group [81.7％(49/60)] was significantly higher than that of control group [30.0％(9/30)] ( X2 =12.122,P ＜0.05).According to tumor histological grade,the GRB2 positive expression rate was grade Ⅰ[66.7％( 16/24)] ＜gradeⅡ [89.3％(17/19)] ＜grade Ⅲ [94.1％(16/17)],grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ had significant difference (P ＜0.05),but grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ had no significant difference(P ＞0.05).The GRB2 positive expression rate in the clinical stage was stage T1 [63.0％ (17/27)]＜ stage T2 [95.7％ (22/23)] ＜ stage T3[ 100.0％(10/10) ],stage T1 and stage T2,T3 had significant difference (P ＜ 0.05 ),but stage T2 and stage T3 had no significant difference (P ＞0.05).The GRB2 expression among different gender and age had no significant difference (P ＞0.05).ConclusionsGRB2 has high expression in BTCC tissues.GRB2 expression is related to tumor histological grade andclinical stage.GRB2 plays an important role in the process of BTCC cell proliferation and differentiation.
