Objective To establish 3D data-base on artificial resin teeth with 3D layer scanning digitizer. Methods Artificial resin teeth were measured with a CMS-400 3D digitizer by cutting and scanning layer-by-layer, 3D data points of each tooth acquired and the 3D models of these teeth reconstructed with a computer. Results 3D models of 3D data-base on artificial resin teeth were obtained. The characteristics of these 3D images were clear and accurate. Conclusion The complicated teeth moulds can be measured accurately with the 3D digitizer since there are no measuring blind spots.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the manifestation, fungal spectrum, diagnosis, antifungal therapy and(outcome) of deep fungal infection(DFI) in patients with hematopoietic malignancies.METHODS Fifty-two(patients) of SFI admitted in Shandong Provincial Hospital during Oct 1998 to Sept 2004 were enrolled in this(investigation,) including 34 males and 18 females with mean age of 54 years old.Clinical data, such as manifestation, fungal(spectrum,) treatment and outcome, were observed prospectively and retrospectively.RESULTS Lower respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract and blood were the main DFI infection sites by order of prevalence. The clinical manifestation was various among cases.Pathogen detection determined the subtypes of fungi were Candida albicans(57.14%),C.tropicalis(21.43%),yeast(47.14%),C.parapsilosis(7.14%),and Aspergillus((5.36%).) Nystatin, fluconazole, flucytosine, and(amphotericin) B were used alone or in(combination) to treat DFI.The rates of curing, improvement and death were 44.23%,23.08% and 32.69%,(respectively).(Among) 52 cases,25(48.08%) were occurred during Oct 2002 to Sept 2004,compared with 27((51.92%)) during Oct 1998 to Sept 2002,suggested the elevated incidence of DFI.CONCLUSIONS The incidence of DFI in patients with hematopoietic malignancies is increasing these years. The clinical manifestation of DFI may be nonspecific. It is critical to pay more attention to the fungal infection among the high-risk patients, therefore fungus detection from various(samples) should be recommended for the sake of early diagnosis of DFI. Though(C.albicans) remains the top in pathogen spectrum analysis, infection of other fungi tends to increase. The mortality of DFI is still very high thus more investigations about early diagnosis and treatment of DFI should be conducted.

As a new learning tool, mind mapping helps students master the learning content in a visual and radical way. This paper intro-duced the concept and method of making the mind map and analyzed the advantages of mind mapping in improving learning efficiency and its application in rehabilitation. It is pointed out that the use of mind mapping would help students to integrate new and old knowledge, to improve the ability to solve clinical problems, and to train innovative talents by stimulating students' divergent thinking. It is believed that the mind map has a broad application prospect in rehabilitation education in China.

Objective:To explore the clinical feasibility of finger-pressing therapy based on the theory of treating impotence alone with Yang Ming to reduce incidence of ICU acquired weakness (ICU-AW) in critically ill children and provide a feasible nursing plan for ICU acquired asthenia in critically ill children. Methods:A quasi-experimental study was conducted. A total of 73 critically ill children were admitted to the PICU of Kunming Children′s Hospital from January 1 to April 30, 2021. According to the random number table, the subjects were divided into the observation group (37 cases) and the control group (36 cases). Children in the control group received routine PICU nursing. The children in the observation group were treated with PICU routine nursing and finger-pressing therapy based on the theory of treating impotence alone with Yang Ming. The two groups were compared in terms of limb muscle strength score (MRC-Score), incidence of ICU-AW, basic activities of life (Barthel Index, BI), limb muscle thickness. Results:After intervention, the MRC-Score of the observation group was 50 (46, 52) points, which was higher than 46 (40, 48) points of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( Z=-3.70, P<0.05). The incidence of ICU-AW in the observation group was 32.43% (12/37), and the incidence of ICU-AW in the control group was 72.22% (26/36). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ2=11.58, P<0.05). The BI score of the observation group was 63 (50, 70), which was higher than 44 (40,60) of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( Z=-3.94, P<0.05). The reduction degree of quadriceps femoris thickness in the observation group at D3-D1 was (-0.381 ± 0.131) cm, which was lower than (-0.762 ± 0.182) cm in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t=10.29, P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of finger-pressing therapy guided by theory of treating impotence alone with Yang Ming in the early rehabilitation of critically ill children can enhance muscle strength, prevent muscle atrophy and reduce the incidence of ICU-AW in critically ill children.

OBJECTIVETo compare the ettect and side-ettect of fluoxetine and combination of fluoxetine and Chinese or Tibetan medicine in treating senile depression in plateau district. Methods Ninety patients with diagnosis of senile depression conformed to CCMD-3 standard, in plateau district of 2260 - 3200 m altitude were randomly divided into three groups and treated with fluoxetine (group A), fluoxetine plus Sanpu Xinnao Xin granule (group B) and fluoxetine plus Xiaoyao pill (group C), respectively, 30 cases in each group. Therapeutic effects were evaluated with Hamilton' s depressive scale (HAMD) and treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) after 6 weeks treatment.
RESULTSThere was no significant difference in the therapeutic effects between the three groups. The adverse reaction in Group B and C was less than that in Group A (P<0.01). Conclusion Sanpu Xinnao Xin granule and Xiaoyao pill can raise the tolerance of patients with senile depression in plateau area against the adverse reaction of fluoxetine.

Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on Caspase-9, cytochrome C (Cyt-C) and apoptotic protease activating factor 1 (Apaf-1) protein in rats with neurogenic bladder after complete spinal cord injury. Methods A total of 60 female Sprague-Dawley rats were involved, in which 36 rats were randomly selected to establish the neurogenic bladder model with T10 spinal cord transected. 24 successful models selected were randomly divided into model group (n=12) and electroacupuncture group (n=12). The other 24 rats were also randomly divided into sham group (n=12) and blank group (n=12). The electroacupuncture group was electroacupunctured on Ciliao (BL32), Zhongji (RN3), Sanyinjiao (SP6) and Dazhui (GV14) for seven days. All of them were assessed with urodynamic test, TUNEL method was used to determine the apoptosis rate of the spinal cord, and Western blotting was used to detect the expression of Caspase-9, Cyt-C and Apaf-1 protein. Results Compared with the blank group and the sham group, the maximum bladder capacity and compliance decreased (P<0.01), the urinary bladder pressure and leakage point pressure increased (P<0.05); the apoptosis rate of the spinal cord increased (P<0.001); the expression of Caspase-9, Cyt-C and Apaf-1 protein increased (P<0.05) in the model group and the electroacupuncture group. Compared with the model group, the maximum bladder capacity and compliance increased (P<0.01), the urinary bladder pressure and leakage point pressure decreased (P<0.05); the apoptosis rate of the spinal cord decreased (P<0.05); the expression of Caspase-9, Cyt-C and Apaf-1 protein decreased (P<0.05) in the electroacupuncture group. Conclusion Electroacupuncture on Ciliao, Zhongji, Sanyinjiao and Dazhui could improve the bladder function after spinal cord injury in rats. The mechanisms may be related with the down-regulation of Caspase-9, Cyt-C and Apaf-1 protein to reduce apoptosis.
