Active constituents in Danshen and Compouud Danshen injections were determined by UV spectrometry and TLC scanning. Results showed that the total amount of catechol like constitucnts in injections obtaiued from thc market varies differeutly. It was proved that all the injectious containcd a large amount of tannius can lead to degeneration of red blood cells and agglutination of plasma protein and cause clinical toxic actions.

Objective To explore the effect of cucumber to moisten lips to alleviate xerostomia in patients with gastrointestinal decompression. Methods 180 patients were consecutively recruited at the department of gastric & intestinal surgery of the affiliated hospital of Guilin medical univemity from August 2010 to December 2011,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,80 in each group. The observation group was given cucumber to moisten their lips besides conventional care, and the control group was only given conventional care. Finally we compared the two groups, and display difference between them in comfort degree of oral cavity. Results The comfort degree and oral cavity conditions of the observation group were better than those of the control group. Conclusions Giving cucumber to moisten lips can alleviate xerostomia and improve comfort level in patients with gastrointestinal decompression.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the feasibility and safety of analgesia fiber bronchoscopy assisted by midazolam and fentanyl citrate. METHODS: A contrastive study was performed between analgesia bronchoscopy group(group A,n=58) and conventional bronchoscopy group (group B,n=57). RESULTS: 100% of patients in group A completed the examinations safely; 3.5% of patients in group B had to stop the check due to excessive pain. Group A was better than group B in the following aspects: better anaesthetic effects that made physicians perform better targeted examination(P

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2019;35(27):2129-2132
Objective:
To explore the effect of case management mode on self-management ability of enterostomy patients.
Methods:
A total of 104 cases of enterostomy patients were divided into 54 cases in control group and 50 cases in experimental group according to admission time.Used Enterostomal Therapist(ET) as the leading organization of the experimental group to establishing personal files by coordinating team psychological counselors, dietitians, specialists and nurses for individualized nursing services. Patients would receive a three-month nursing practice of case management. The control group would be given nursing intervention and health guidance according to the standardized nursing procedure for enterostomy. After discharge, the nurse-in-charge followed up patients′ treatment completion status. The incidence of enterostomy complications and self-management ability of the stoma in two groups were evaluated at 3 months after surgery.
Results:
In experimental group, the nursing management score of enterostomy was 33.48±4.90, the score of information management was 12.84±2.21, thesymptom observation score was 12.36±1.55, the daily life management score was 30.00±3.40, the psychological management score was 11.64±1.55. Meanwhile,in control group, the nursing management score of enterostomy was 29.74±8.34, the score of information management was 12.10±1.74, the symptom observation score was 11.25±2.56, the daily life management score was 26.59±5.22, the psychological management score was 10.74±2.59. Nursing management score of enterostomy, symptom observation, daily life management, psychological management score between two groups showed significant difference(

Journal of Clinical Medicine in Practice 2024;28(8):99-103
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of treatment compliance in patients undergoing intracranial aneurysm (IA) surgery based on based on latent growth mixture model (LGMM). Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent IA surgery were selected as the study objects. The general data of patients were collected and the compliance scale was used to evaluate the compliance of patients. LGMM was used to predict the change track of treatment compliance of patients with IA after surgery, and the influencing factors of treatment compliance of patients with IA were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results A total of 138 valid questionnaires were collected in this study, and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 92.00%. The treatment compliance score of patients with IA was (5.18±1.59) points. After LGMM fitting, 3 potential profiles were selected. There were 37 patients with good compliance (26.81%), 42 patients with moderate compliance (30.43%), and 59 patients with poor compliance (42.75%). The potential profile category attribution probability matrix was 97.29% for patients with good compliance, 95.24% for patients with moderate compliance, and 98.31% for patients with poor compliance. The proportion of poor compliance patients with age of 30 to 50 years old, junior high school education level or below, combined with two or more diseases, out-of-pocket (medical expenses) and Hunt-Hess grade Ⅲ was significantly higher than those with good compliance and moderate compliance (

Objective:To explore the effects of WeChat-based health education on management of hypertensive outpatients under medical consortium. Methods:Totally 180 hypertensive patients who attended the Multidisciplinary Clinics of Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University, and Datun Community Health Service Center from communities under our medical consortium from November 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group ( n=91) and the control group ( n=89) according to the visit time. Patients in the control group received routine health education, while patients in the observation group received WeChat-based health education under medical consortium for 6 months. The self-management ability (using Hypertension Patients Behavior Rating Scale, HPSMBRS) , treatment compliance (using Therapeutic Adherence Scale for Hypertensive Patients, TASHP) , the 24 h average systolic and diastolic blood pressure, the average systolic and diastolic blood pressure at daytime, and the average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at night were compared between the two groups. Results:After the intervention, the diet management, medication management, disease monitoring, exercise management, work and rest and emotional management scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, the medication-taking behavior, bad medication-taking behavior, daily activity management behavior and tobacco and alcohol addiction scores were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, the 24 h average systolic and diastolic blood pressure, average systolic and diastolic blood pressure at daytime and average systolic and diastolic blood pressure at night decreased in the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The WeChat platform under medical consortium provides standardized, consistent, continuous and effective health education, which can improve the self-management ability and treatment compliance of hypertensive outpatients, and can effectively control blood pressure levels. It shows sound effects in clinical use.
