Objective To study the curative effect and influence on memory function of Gabapentin (GBP) as add-on therapy for treatment of focal seizures in refractory epilepsy. Methods 96 patients with focal seizures in refractory epilepsy were randomly divided into groups GBP and Topiramate (TPM). Beside the normal medicaments, GBP or TPM as add-on therapy for certain group. According to the Clinical Memory Scale (CMS), the patient's memory function was evaluated before and after treatment. Results There was no significantly difference of total effective rate between groups GBP (75.0%) and TPM (72.9%). The scores of CMS showed almost same between before or after add-on therapy in GBP group. To observe the clinical effect of compound Yimucao oral liquid on postpartum lochiorrhea. Methods:A to-tal of 200 patients with postpartum lochiorrhea were randomly divided into the observation group ( 100 cases ) and the control group (100 cases). The patients in the observation group received 20ml compound Yimucao oral liquid three times a day for seven days, while those in the control group were given 15g Yimucao granules three times a day for seven days. After the treatment, the duration, amount, color and quality of lochia, lower abdominal pain, uterine involution and the status of postpartum infection in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation (94. 0%) was higher than that in the control group(84. 0%). Compared with that in the control group, less average hemostasis time, better situation of abdominal pain, uterine involution and lower postpartum infection rate in the observation group were observed after the treatment(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Compound Yimucao oral liquid can promote the uterine involution. It’ s effective and safe in the treatment of postpartum lochirrhea.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of Compound yimucao oral liquid combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage and promotion of uterine involution for puerpera of vaginal delivery. METHODS:240 preg-nants with natural childbirth of vaginal delivery were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group was injected oxytocin 20 U in buttock after delivery. Observation group was additionally treated with Compound yimucao oral liquid 20 ml,tid for consecutive 2 weeks. Postpartum vaginal bleeding,uterine involution and incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:Compared with control group,postpartum hemorrhage volume after delivery 2-24 h,incidence of post-partum hemorrhage,uterus size,uterine hemorrhage and lochia duration in postpartum 42 d in observation group were significantly better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the hemor-rhage postpartum volume after delivery 1 h and 1-2 h and fundal height in postpartum 42 d in 2 groups(P>0.05). There were no fever,rash,nausea and other obvious adverse reactions in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Compound yimucao oral liquid combined with oxytocin can obviously decrease the postpartum bleeding and promote uterine involution,with good safety.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the formulation optimization of Nicorandil sustained-release matrix tablet,and evaluate its drug release properties in vitro. METHODS:Based on single factor test,powder direct compression method was used,using nicorandil cumulative release rate (Q) in 1,4,8,12 h as evaluation indexes,central composite design-response surface method was adopted to optimize the amount of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC)and ethyl cellulose(EC);Q values within 12 h in different pH (1.0,5.0,6.8,7.4) media were compared. RESULTS:The optimized formulation (every tablet) was nicorandil 10 mg,HPMC 150 mg,EC 90 mg,microcrystalline cellulose 80 mg,lactose 60 mg,magnesium stearate 2%. Q1 h,Q4 h,Q8 h and Q12 h of the obtained formulation were 23.6%,51.3%,83.7% and 96.9%,respectively;deviation from the predicted values were 2.1%,1.6%,1.0%,0.2%. Q values were similar in pH 1.0-7.4 at different time points. CONCLUSIONS:The obtained Nicor-andil sustained-release matrix tablet by optimal formulation shows sustained-release effect,and the change of pH 1.0-7.4 has no in-terference in the release characteristics of main drug.

OBJECTIVETo compare the ettect and side-ettect of fluoxetine and combination of fluoxetine and Chinese or Tibetan medicine in treating senile depression in plateau district. Methods Ninety patients with diagnosis of senile depression conformed to CCMD-3 standard, in plateau district of 2260 - 3200 m altitude were randomly divided into three groups and treated with fluoxetine (group A), fluoxetine plus Sanpu Xinnao Xin granule (group B) and fluoxetine plus Xiaoyao pill (group C), respectively, 30 cases in each group. Therapeutic effects were evaluated with Hamilton' s depressive scale (HAMD) and treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) after 6 weeks treatment.

RESULTSThere was no significant difference in the therapeutic effects between the three groups. The adverse reaction in Group B and C was less than that in Group A (P<0.01). Conclusion Sanpu Xinnao Xin granule and Xiaoyao pill can raise the tolerance of patients with senile depression in plateau area against the adverse reaction of fluoxetine.

Objective:To summarize and evaluate the domestic and foreign evidence on the intervention and management of neuropathic pain in patients with spinal cord injury, so as to provide evidence-based basis for clinical nursing staff.Methods:According to "6S" evidence model of evidence pyramid, computer evidence retrieval was carried out. Expert consensus and evidence summary quality assessment used the corresponding evaluation criteria of JBI evidence-based Health Care Centers (2016), while evidence-based guidelines quality used AGREE Ⅱinstrument, and high quality evidence was extracted.Results:A total of 6 articles, including 5 guidelines and 1 expert consensus, were included in this study. A total of 22 pieces of evidence were extracted, including the assessment, intervention measures, feedback, education and nursing model of neuropathic pain in patients with spinal cord injury.Conclusion:This study summarizes the evidence for the intervention and management of pathologic pain in spinal cord injury, which can provide scientific basis for clinical nursing staff. As the evidence summarized in this study comes from many countries, sufficient evaluation of clinical environment and other related factors should be conducted before application to promote the quality of nursing.
