This study designed a studio English classroom which was based on foreign nursing jobs related language. It included high-frequency words, foreign nurse-patient dialogue, and European and American nursing video which was foreign patients’ nursing procedures oriented. The studio classroom was characterized as interactive internet platform. It provided a complete system for input and output in English language, and motivated students to learn nursing English. Therefore,it improved students’ professional verbal competencies.
2. Study on the influencing factors of perinatal depression and its alleviating effect
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2019;35(19):1470-1473
Objective:
The influencing factors of perinatal depression and the study of social support and anti-stress ability.
Methods:
A total of 712 women were enrolled in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Rizhao City Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2014 to January 2016. From the second trimester (after 12 weeks of pregnancy)-pregnant women within 1 month after delivery, each pregnancy was recorded. The maternal population was scored at the first visit, and the depression score was scored at each visit. Stress resistance scores and social support scores, stratified binary Logistic regression analysis of variables, stress resistance, social support on depression and mitigation effects.
Results:
Of the 712 maternal women, 615 were included in the standard. The enrollment rate was 86.3% (615/712). The average score of 615 maternal uncomfortable symptoms was 2.2±0.8, and the average score of the compressive capacity scale was 115.3 ±32.1, the average score of the social support scale was: 48.2 ± 9.4. The degree of education, monthly income, and physical discomfort scores significantly affected the perinatal depression score (

OBJECTIVES:
The aims of this study were to update the latest data on the prevalence of hypertension (HTN) in the elderly Chinese population and to assess relationships between new anthropometric indices and HTN.
METHODS:
Data were obtained from the Basic Public Health Service (BPHS) survey for Jiangsu Province, China. A total of 944,760 people aged 65 years and older were included in this study. Blood pressure was measured by trained investigators. Body weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), waist-to-height ratio (WtHR), conicity index (COI), body roundness index (BRI), and a body shape index (ABSI) were included in the analysis as anthropometric indices. Logistic regression analysis and restricted cubic splines were used to evaluate the association of anthropometric indices with HTN.
RESULTS:
The prevalence of HTN among elderly residents of Jiangsu Province was 64.7% (95% confidence interval, 64.6 to 64.8). After adjusting for multiple covariates, all anthropometric indices except ABSI showed significant non-linear positive dose-response associations with HTN across sex (pnonlinear<0.001). Among participants with BMI <28 kg/m2, abnormal weight, WC, WtHR, BRI, COI, and ABSI were positively associated with HTN.
CONCLUSIONS
The prevalence of HTN in the elderly in Jiangsu Province is gradually increasing. It is necessary to consider the combination of ABSI and COI with BMI for screening elderly individuals for HTN in follow-up prospective studies.

The genomic diversity of Avian leukosis virus subgroup J (ALV-J) was investigated in an experimentally infected chicken. ALV-J variants in tissues from four different organs of the same bird were re-isolated in DF-1 cells, and their gp85 gene was amplified and cloned. Ten clones from each organ were sequenced and compared with the original inoculum strain, NX0101. The minimum homology of each organ ranged from 96.7 to 97.6%, and the lowest homology between organs was only 94.9%, which was much lower than the 99.1% homology of inoculum NX0101, indicating high diversity of ALV-J, even within the same bird. The gp85 mutations from the left kidney, which contained tumors, and the right kidney, which was tumor-free, had higher non-synonymous to synonymous mutation ratios than those in the tumor-bearing liver and lungs. Additionally, the mutational sites of gp85 gene in the kidney were similar, and they differed from those in the liver and lung, implying that organ- or tissue-specific selective pressure had a greater influence on the evolution of ALV-J diversity. These results suggest that more ALV-J clones from different organs and tissues should be sequenced and compared to better understand viral evolution and molecular epidemiology in the field.
