AIM To study the flavonoids from Morus nigra L.leaves.METHODS The n-butanol fraction of 80% ethanol extract from M.nigra leaves was isolated and purified by macroporous adsorption resin and preparative HPLC column, then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by spectral data.RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin (1),icariside Ⅱ (2),rhodionin (3),rhodiosin (4),quercetin-3-O-β-(2-O-acetyl) galactopyranoside-7-O-α-arabia pyran glucosides (5),salidroside (6),kaempferol-3-O-β-(2-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-glucuronide (7),quercetin-3-O-α-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 →2)-β-glucopyranosiduronide (8),rhamnetin-3-O-galactoside (9),quercetin-3'-O-β-glucoside (10),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (11).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of daily living activity training on the self-care ability of children with cerebral palsy. Methods Sixty children with cerebral palsy were equally divided into control group and observation group. The former group were managed with rehabilitative therapy and the latter were given ADL training consecutively for 6 months apart from rehabilitative therapy. The two groups were compared in terms of score on ADL after 6 months treatment. Results There was no difference in the score on activities of daily living between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05),but the score after treatment in the obsertation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The ADL training is effective for improving the self-care ability of children with cerebral palsy and promoting the rehabilitation of children.

Objective To explore the diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of Ki-67,Arg-1,HepPar-1 and Glypican-3 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma and benign hepatocellular lesions. Methods A total of 118 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinomas,100 cases of benign hepatocellular lesions and 263 cases malignant carcinomas originated from other organs were adopted in this study.Immunohistochemistry of Ki-67,Arg-1,HepPar-1 and Gly-3 were performed and evaluated in all specimens. Results The expressions of Ki-67 were concordant with the differentiation of hepatocellular carcinomas and the difference between primary hepatocellular carcinomas and benign hepatocellular lesions were statistically significant (P <0.01).The combination of Arg-1 + HepPar-1 + Glypican-3 had the most sensitivity and specificity in differential diagnosis between primary hepatocellular and metastatic malignant cancers, while the combination of Ki-67 + Glypican-3 + Arg-1 showed the better diagnostic value in primary hepatocellular carcinomas and benign lesions. Conclusions The application of different immunohistochemical antibody spectra in primary liver cancers could efficiently improve diagnostic accuracy and reliability.
