Baizi Yangxin Pian is a reformed preparation of Baizi Yangxin Wan (bolus) listed in the Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China and is considered as a new drug of 4th class. According to the requirement of Regulations for New Drug Approval, its pharmacodynamics and acute and long-term toxicity tests were observed. It was shown that this preparation has a tranquilizing effect which is stronger than Baizi Yahgxin W an. LD_(50) is greater than 37.5g/kg. No toxic effect is revealed in rats after its long-term administration (9g/kg, 4.5g/kg and 3g/kg).

AIM:To establish the method of determining sodium new houttuyfonate in plasma and study its pharmacokinetics in beagle dogs.METHODS:The HPLC was employed with chromatographic conditions,such as octa-silicane bond silica gel column(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m)as analytical column,methanol-water-ammonium hydroxide with 4 butyls(70 ∶30 ∶0.3)as mobile phase and at the flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection was set at 286 nm.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by DAS(ver 1.0)program and compared by statistic analysis.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in blood plasma over the concentration range of 0.128～25.575 mg/L(r= 0.999 2),good precision and high recoveries.The parameters were T_ max= 5.0 min,C_ max= 4.982 mg/L,T_ 1/2=8.67 min.CONCLUSION:The analytical method established in this study is sensitive and exact,and can be used to measure the pharmacokinetics of sodium new houttuyfonate in beagle dog.The sodium new houttuyfonate can metabolize quickly following intravenous injection.

OBJECTIVE:To study the protective effect of shuanghuanglian sterilized powder for injection on hepatic in?jury of model mouse induced by human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)infection.METHODS:The mice were randomized into nor?mal control group,infection model group,ganciclovir group and shuanghuanglian sterilized powder for injection group(high,middle and low dosage),all of which except the normal control were vaccinated with HCMV5d to establish the hepatic injury model,each group was administered with different drugs;10days later,the enzyme activity of ALT and AST in the eye sockets blood of each group was determined;The mice were put to death by cervical vertebra dislocation and the necrosis degree of livers from the dead mice was evaluated and the pathological observation was conducted.RESULTS:The activity of ALT and AST were normal in the normal control,and no significant changes were found in the livers of this group;Compared with the normal control,the plasma ALT and AST levels have been increased significantly and there was a significant pathological hepatic injury in the infection model group;Compared with the infection model group,significant decreases were found in the activity of ALT and AST in the high and middle dosage groups of shuanghuanglian sterilized powder for injection,and there were obvious alleviated pathologic hepatic injury while no significant differences were found in the plasma ALT and AST ac?tivity in the low dosage group;Compared with the infection model group,the ALT and AST activity of the ganciclovir group were lowed significantly;Compared with the ganciclovir group,no significant differences were found in the ALT and AST ac?tivity in the high and middle dosage groups of shuanghuanglian sterilized powder for injection.CONCLUSION:Shuanghuan?glian sterilized powder for injection does have protective effect on hepatic injury of model mouse induced by HCMV.

Objective To summarize the distribution of departments,conditions of diagnosis and treatment of the syphilis patients in the general hospitals,and thus to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of epidemiology and clinical data of 282 cases with syphilis in recent 5 years were conducted. Results The ratio of male to female was about 1:1.9.Female showed a high incidence in the 21 -50 years old,aver-age (41.68 ±0.96)years old,but for male in the 41 -70 years old,average (53.25 ±1.59)years old.The cases combined with other infectious diseases accounted to 22.0 % (62/282).The cases from the department of obstetrics and gynecology were the most (106 cases),followed by surgery (86 cases)and internal medicine (49 cases).Only 23 cases showed the clinical manifestations of syphilis in the 79 cases,which must be treated.The test rate of TRUST was only 39.0% (110/282).Furthermore,it was very low for the rate of treatment and standard treatment. Conclusion Syphilis is the most in department of obstetrics and gynecology in general hospital,and it is also com-mon in the surgery and internal medicine.The most prominent problems are that the non-special doctors had weak awareness for definite diagnosis of syphilis,and the low rate of treatment and standard treatment.

Objective KG1This study is to evaluate defectography in postoperative defecation function of Hirschsprung′s disease (HD). KG2MethodsKG1 Between 1979 and 1993, 30 HD cases were treated operatively and followed-up by defectography. KG2ResultsKG1 Thirty cases were classified into 3 groups, according to the standard quantitative clinical scoring systems with the stooling score from 0 to 14. There were 4 cases (13%) graded as excellent (maximum score of 14) with normal bowel habit, 21 cases (70%) as good (score between 10～13) with minor continence problems, 5 cases (16 7%) as fair (score between 5～9) with marked limitations in social life. Anorectal manometry study showed that the anal resting pressure and voluntary sphincter force (maximal queeze pressure minus resting pressure) in fair group were significantly lower than that in control group( P

Objective:HIV-1 infection was associated with a variety of host genetic factors ,and HLA was one of the factors that contribute to the progression of disease .We analyze the frequency of HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C in MSM cohort , and the relationship between HLA gene with disease progression .Methods:PCR-sequence specific primer typing HLA typing was used to detect the allele frequency of HLA gene in 310 patients.HIV Molecular Immunology Database ( HLA Analysis Tools ) to analysis the frequency of HLA.Results:In MSM cohort,HLA-A*1101(34.52%) gene was the highest,followed by HLA-A*0201(31.94%),HLA-C*0102 (27.10%) and HLA-A*2402(26.45%).According to the CD4 cell count of HIV infected patients ,the results showed that there were low levels of HLA-B*4403(1.12%,P=0.0276),HLA-B*1511(2.25%,P=0.0282) and HLA-B*5701(0.37%,P=0.0491) in rapid progressors,while the HLA-C*0304(8.96%,P=0.0319) was higher than that of nonprogressors (4.56%).Conclusion: We obtained the distribution frequency data of HLA-A,HLA-B and HLA-C in MSM cohort.Our data presented here may offer potential cor-relation between dominant effect of HLA alleles and HIV-1 disease progression.And found that the HLA-B*4403,HLA-B*1511, HLA-B*5701 related to slow HIV disease progression and HLA-C*0304 related to accelerate HIV disease progression .

Aim To investigate the effect of Shuanghuanglian on the the load of hepatic HCMV DNA in mice infected with HCMV.Method The model of mice hepatitis infected with HCMV was prepared. 10 days after treated with Shuanghuanlian,the hepatic HCMV DNA was detected qualitatively by polymerase chain reaction;the level of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in serum were assayed by spectrophotometer;and hepatic pathology was observed with HE staining.Results HCMV DNA load in infected model group was 3875.4760 copies/mg,while in high and middling dosage shuanghuanglian therapy group it was 8.3261 copies/mg、9.1476 copies/mg respectively;It decreased significantly compared with the former(P0.05);low dosage of shuanghuanglian(HCMV DNA load was 3812.8980 copies/mg) had no notable difference compared with infected model group;serum transaminase (ALT,AST) levels significantly elevated in infected model group; serum transaminase level decreased sharply and liver histological pathology was lighten after treated with high and middling dosage of Shuanghuanglian(P

Objective To evaluate the safety of anesthesia endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography (ERCP) under general anesthesia.Methods From January 1st,2008 to June 30th,2016,patients underwent ERCP under general anesthesia were enrolled as anesthesia group and from January 1st,2005 to December 31st,2007,patients accepted ERCP without anesthesia were enrolled as control group.Chi-square test was performed to analyze disease composition,conditions during operation,success rate of operation and complications in these two groups.Results A total of 14 724 patients with ERCP under general anesthesia and 2 102 patients received ERCP without anesthesia were enrolled.In 14 724 patients with ERCP under general anesthesia,1 799 cases had malignant biliary and pancreatic diseases and 12 925 cases with biliary and pancreatic diseases.During the operation,transient hypoxemia occurred in 441 cases (3.00％) and relieved by increasing oxygen flow,lower anesthetic dose or lifting lower jaw.The success rate of ERCP in the anesthesia group (98.41 ％,14 490/14 724) was higher than that in the control group (97.34％,2 046/2 102),and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =11.500,P=0.001).The incidence rate of post-ERCP pancreatitis in the anesthesia group was 2.35％ (346/14 724),which was lower than that in the control group (3.85％,81/2 102),and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =16.813,P＜0.01).Conclusion ERCP under general anesthesia is safe,which could increase the success rate of operation and reduce the incidence rate of post-ERCP pancreatitis.

Objective To analyze the differentiation status of CTL and to evaluate its clinical val-ue in patients with HIV/HCV coinfection .Methods Twenty-eight patients with HIV/HCV coinfection and twelve patients with single HCV infection were enrolled in this study .The technique of Fibro-Scan was used to evaluate liver fibrosis .The viral load of HCV was detected by real-time quantitative PCR .Flow cytometry analysis was performed to measure the differentiation status of CTL .Results Both of the levels of alanine transaminase ( ALT) and alkaline phosphatase ( ALP) in patients with HIV/HCV coinfection were signifi-cantly higher than those in patients with single HCV infection [(53.7464±48.1180) U/L vs (27.4750± 13.9850) U/L, P=0.012;(24.5071±8.1940) g/L vs (16.9667±7.1890) g/L, P=0.009].The liver stiffness of patients with HIV/HCV coinfection was higher than that of patients with single HIV infection [(5.9500, 5.8250) Kpa vs (5.1500, 1.0500) Kpa, P=0.117].Compared with the patients with single HCV infection, the patients with HIV/HCV coinfection showed higher viral loads of HCV [( 6.4768, 5.3434) lg copy/ml vs (2.6815, 1.6990) lg copy/ml, P=0.012], but lower clearance rate of HCV [32.14%vs 75%, P=0.032].Compared with the patients with single HCV infection , the patients with HIV/HCV coinfection showed lower percentages of CD 27+CD28+CTL [(28.265±15.095)%vs (18.068±10.263)%, P=0.017), but higher percentages of CD27+/-CD28+CTL [(62.449 ±14.561)% vs (71.111±12.681)%, P=0.066].A trend toward negative correlation was observed between the percent -age of CD27+CD28+CTL and the degree of liver stiffness (r=-0.310, P=0.058).Conclusion HIV in-fection could accelerate the progression of liver disease in patients with HIV /HCV coinfection by affecting the differentiation of CTL .

OBJECTIVETo investigate the isoflavones from the vines of Pueraria lobata.

METHODThe compounds were isolated by column chromatography over silica gel and RP-C18, and purified by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative TLC. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data.

RESULTTwelve compounds were isolated and identified as: 3'-methoxydaidzein (1), formononetin (2), genistein (3), daidzein (4), daidzin (5), genistin (6), ononin (7), 5-hydroxyl ononin (8), calycosin (9), 6"-O-acetyl genistein (10), 6"-O-acetyl daidzin (11), puerarin (12).

CONCLUSIONFor the first time, compounds 9-11 were isolated from the genus Pueraria plant, and compounds 1, 3, 6-8 were obtained from the vines of this plant.
