OBJECTIVE:A HPLC method has been developed to determine the concentration of isoniazid in plasma.METH_ODS:The Eclipse XDB-C18 column was used as fix phase and acetonitrile-0.05mol/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as mo_bile phase, detection wavelength was 280nm.The plasma sample was injected directly for determination after being deproteinized with 10% trichloroacetic acid and reacted with cinnamaldehyde and abstracted with ether.RESULTS:Good linear relationship was shown from 0.10 to 12.0?g/ml and the averge recovery of isoniazid was 95%~105%.CONCLUSION:The method is rapid, sensitive and is rarely interfered so it can be used in study of pharmacokinetics of isoniazid.

Objective To evaluate the effect of oral roxithromyein on lung function in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and analyse the probable mechanism. Methods Fifty patients with COPD were divided randomly into treatment group (25 eases) and control group (25 eases). The control group was treated with base therapy, and the treatment group was treated with oral roxithromycin beside base therapy, 0.15 g, twice one day for one year. Then the changes of peripheral blood neutrophil and lung function was observed before and after treatment, and the times of acute exacerbation were statistically analyzed. Results There was significant difference in the changes of peripheral blood neutrophil in treatment group (P<0.05). The ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second and forced vital capacity (FEV_1/FVC),FEV_1% pred, peak expiratory flow, maximal vital volume had no obvious change in treatment group (P>0.05), but had obvious decrease in control group (P<0.05 ). There was significant difference in the changes of lung function in two groups(P<0.05 ). The times of acute exacerbation were 10(40%) in treatment group and 19 (76%) in control group, and the times of need to be in hospital were 6 (24%) and 13 (52%)respectively. There were significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Long-term oral roxithromyein can protect the lung function of COPD patients, the probable mechanism is that roxithromyein inhibit the neutrophil's function.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the bioequivalence of two preparations of gemfibrozil.METHODS:A single oral dose of gemfibrozil enteric capsule(test preparation)and capsule(reference preparation)was given to20volunteers in an open ran?domized crossover way to study the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability. The plasma gemfibrozil concentrations were determined by HPLC method.RESULTS:The pharmacokinetic parameters of test and reference preparations were as follows:T max ,(2.4?0.6)h and(2.3?0.7)h;C max ,(21.8?7.3)?g/ml and(23.7?5.9)?g/ml;T 1/2 ,(2.0?0.4)h and(2.0?0.5)h;AUC 0~12 ,(68.1?13.7)(?g?h)/ml and(68.9?17.4)(?g?h)/ml;AUC 0~∞ (69.7?13.9)(?g?h)/ml and(70.6?17.8)(?g?h)/ml respectively. The relative bioavailability of test preparation was(100.8?15.0)%.The result of statistical analysis on above parameters showed that there was no significant difference between two preparations.CONCLUSION:The two prepa?rations were bioequivalent.

To solve the problem that mostly gait analysis is independent from the treatment, this work proposes a system that integrates the functions of gait training and assessment for foot drop treatment. The system uses a set of sensors to collect gait parameters and designes multi-mode functional electrical stimulators as actuator. Body area network technology is introduced to coordinate the data communication and execution of the sensors and stimulators, synchronize the gait analysis and foot drop treatment. Bluetooth 4.0 is applied to low the power consumption of the system. The system realizes the synchronization of treatment and gait analysis. It is able to acquire and analyze the dynamic parameters of ankle, knee and hip in real-time, and treat patients by guiding functional electrical stimulation delivery to the specific body locations of patients.

Objective To explore the present human resources and problems at community health centers in Shandong province .Methods PPS sampling method was used to extract data of 333 community health centers in 17 cities in Shandong province in 2015 .Then the human resource status was analyzed and evaluated by descriptive research indexes .Results Data showed that 333 community health centers had 19809 employees ,and 12271 of them having staffing quota. These employees include 6355 physicians ,5169 nurses ,and 3064 medical and pharmaceutical technicians .For the physicians ,4841 of them are medical practitioners ,1313 were assistant medical practitioners ,while the numbers of obstetricians and gynecologists ,general practitioners ,and TCM practitioners were 756 , 2124 and 432 respectively .Conclusions These community health service centers are faced with such problems as lack of human resources ,irrational personnel makeup ,and obvious shortage of public health ,general practitioners and medical/pharmaceutical professionals. It is recommended to increase and optimize manpower by means of motivating existing personnel ,introducing new manpower and training opportunities for the retention.Medical alliances are expected to encourage more high-end professionals to the primary institutions .
