Objective To observe the hematocyte change in patients peripheral blood with severe hepatitis and to investigate its causes and clinical significance.Methods Partial parameters of peripheral blood cell in 65 patients with severe hepatitis and 52 normal individuals were analysed using blood cell counter.Results WBC number in patients with severe hepatitis was significantly higher than that in normal individuals[(8.13±4.33)×109/L vs(6.02±1.07)×109/L,P＜0.01],and PLT,PCT,MPV,PDW,RBC and Hb in the patients with severe hepatitis Were also significantly lower than that in normal individuals(P＜0.01).Conclusions Severe hepatitis can cause the hematocyte changes.It is essential to examine the hematocyte parameters in diagnosis and therapy of severe hepatitis.

Objective To investigate the effect of aquaporin 5(AQP5)gene to the differentiation and development of bone marrow-deriued dendritic cells(BMDC).Methotis The DCs obtained from the bone marrow of the AQP5-/- and the wild type(WT)mice were cultured and induced to maturation by LPS.The phenotype of the two types DCs were assayed by FACS,and the phagocytosis ability Was assayed by co-incubating with FITC-conjucted ovalbumin.Results Contrast to the DCs from the WT mice,the DCs from the A9P5-/-mice showed reducing positive rate of expression of the co-stimulating molecular such as CD40,CD80.CD86.And the phagoeytosis ability of DCs from the AOP5-/-mice was lower than that of the WT mice.The relationship of the phagncytosis rate to the time from the AOP5-/- mice was different from that of the WT mice.The stimulating ability of the AOP5-/-DCs was lower than that of the WT mice.Conclusion Water transmembrane moving mediated by AQP5 iS very important to the normal function of DCs.The certain mechanism of the signal moleeular is to be determined. ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of three different display devices on the interpretation of imaging data in medieal imaging system.MethodsThe luminance-meter L100 and the test patterns provided by the American Association of Physicists in Medicine(AAPM)were used to assess the performance of three display devices(the spherical,flat panel and liquid crystal display devices).The corresponding luminance response was compared with the reference criteria provided by AAPM Task Group 18(AAPM TG18).DR chest photography was taken on CDRAD2.0 contrast-detail phantom using the following experimental parameters:100 mA,80 kVp,and the exposure times for 6,10,12,and 16 ms.After each exposure,the surface dose of phantom was recorded and the image quality factor(IQF)was calculated.Statistical analysis of IQF was performed using ANOVA. ResultsThe maximum luminance values in the spherical,flat panel and liquid crystal display devices were 170,59 and 231 cd/m2 and the luminance ratio was 257, 99 and 350 respectively.There was a significant difference in the IQF bewteen the liquid crystal display device and other two display devices.Conclusion The liquid crystal display device has the better image quality.

Objective To study the dosimetric impact of different angle fields in intensitymodulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and the feasibility of beam angle optimization (BAO) for multiple intracranial metastases.Methods In total,11 patients with multiple intracranial metastases were included in these analyses.Two treatment techniques were designed for each patient:the 7 equal spaced fields (BAF group) IMRT,and 7 fields by beam angle optimization (BAO group) IMRT.The dose distribution in the target,the dose to the organs at risk and normal brain tissues,and total MU in two groups were compared to explore the dosimetric differences.Results In comparison to the BAF group,the BAO group reduced the maximum dose to left and right lenses by an average of 45％,37％ (t =-5.707,-4.438,P ＜ 0.05);the mean dose to the left and right eyes were reduced by an average of 42.6％,44.5％ (t =-4.380,-5.638,P ＜0.05);the maximum dose to the right eyes were reduced by an average of 32.5％ (t =-2.518,P ＜ 0.05).The maximum dose of the right optic nerve and the mean dose of normal brain tissue were reduced by an average of 23％ and 3％ (t =-3.105,-3.437,P ＜0.05),respectively.For the target dose,conformity and homogeneity in PTV,no statistical differences were observed between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The BAO group reduced the maximum dose of the brainstem and the optic chiasm,as well as the number of MU,however,the differences were not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions In comparison to the BAF group,the BAO group shows a similar target dose and reduces the dose for the organs at risk.For multiple intracranial metastases,IMRT protocols with BAO are feasible and beneficial.

Objective:To evaluate the barrier-free level of village clinics of a city in the aging era, for references in improving the barrier-free medical environment for the elderlies.Methods:The village dectors of 156 village clinics in 12 counties of a city were selected as the objects of a questionnaire survey from Dec.2020 to Jan.2021, with 6 evaluation indexes established, each set with 1-10 points. This questionnaires was used to survey the barrier-free construction levels of village clinics. The data were statistically analyzed by rank sum ratio and quadrant graph model.Results:The barrier-free buildings of such clinics scored 32.86 points in average. Among the six indexes, the barrier-free access and doors(7.21 points) scored the highest, and the barrier-free parking space(4.71points) and toilets(3.28 points) scored the lowest. All the counties of the city fell into four categories, including 2 counties with high degree of aging-high level of accessibility, 4 counties with low degree of aging-high level of accessibility, 4 counties with low degree of aging-low level of accessibility, and 2 counties with high degree of aging-low level of accessibility, according to the quadrant graph model built based on the aging degrees and the barrier-free levels of village clinics.Conclusions:The barrier-free level of the village clinics in a city needs to be further improved, and the barrier-free transformation of parking space and toilets should also be strengthened in the future. The government should take different measures in view of conditions of each county to improve the accessibility of village clinics and facilitate the health care-seeking of elderlies.

OBJECTIVETo analyze the correlation between environmental factors and the lipophilic and hydrophilic constituents of Polygalae Radix.

METHODThe contents of lipophilic constituent were determined by GC-MS and hydrophilic constituents by HPLC. Geographical factors were collected by on-site inspection and climate factors by the local meteorological data. The relationship between the content of the lipophilic and hydrophilic constituents and the factors were analyzed by SPSS 18.0.

RESULTThere was linear relationship between the content of lipophilic constituent and climate factors such as average temperature of July, average temperature of January. There was also linear relationship between hydrophilic constituents and climate factors such as annual average temperature, latitude, annual average rainfall.

CONCLUSIONThe main climate factors that affect liposoluble constituent content were average temperature of July, average temperature of January, and the main climate factors that affect hydrophilic constituent content were annual average temperature, latitude, annual average rainfall. The study would contribute to the quality evaluation and suitability of origin of Polygalae Radix.

Objective:To explore the value of flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) in guiding the decannulation of neurological disease patients with dysphagia after a tracheotomy.Methods:The FEES results of 188 neurological disease patients with dysphagia who had undergone a tracheotomy were analyzed retrospectively. The utility of FEES evaluation indexes (including glottis activity, the classification of pharyngeal secretions and residues as well as penetration-aspiration grade) for predicting the success of decannulation was explored.Results:One hundred and nine of the patients (the success group) were decannulated successfully and 79 (the failure group) were not, a success rate of 57%. The abnormal glottis activity rate among the failure group was 55%, significantly higher than among the success group (21%). The pharyngeal secretion classifications and penetration-aspiration grades among the success group were also significantly lower than among the failure group, on average. The average course of recovery from the tracheotomy was 184 days in the success group, significantly shorter than that of the failure group (292 days). No significant differences in residues were observed.Conclusion:The glottis activity, secretions and intake aspiration evaluated using FEES are of great value for guiding the decannulation of neurological disease patients with dysphagia after a tracheotomy.

Objective:To explore the application of digital acoustic analysis in assessing the risk of aspiration among persons with dysphagia using the Praat speech analysis software.Methods:The swallowing of 46 stroke survivors with dysphagia was studied using video fluoroscopy. Each patient was required to pronounce " yi/i/" 3 times before and after taking each mouthful of food, and their voice samples were collected. The subjects were divided into a non-aspiration group of 16 and an aspiration group of 30 based on their penetration-aspiration scale scores. Fundamental frequency, relative average perturbation (RAP), jitter, shimmer, amplitude perturbation quotient and harmonic-to-noise ratio were compared between the two groups before and after taking food.Results:For the non-aspiration group, there was no significant difference in the acoustic data before and after eating. For the aspiration group there were significant differences in fundamental frequency, relative average perturbation and jitter before and after taking food. The average RAP and jitter of the non-aspiration group were significantly better than the aspiration group′s averages before eating. After eating, however, significant differences were observed only in average jitter.Conclusions:Analyzing perturbation and jitter can help to identify persons at risk of aspiration.

Primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) is a chronic cholestatic liver disease, and may progress to cirrhosis and associated with complications of end-stage liver disease. The immunological characteristic of PBC is the presence of anti-mitochondrial autoantibodies (AMAs), and some anti-nuclear antibodies (ANAs) have high specificity for the diagnosis of PBC. In recent years, it has been found that anti-gp210, anti-sp100 and anti-centromere antibodies are correlated with the severity of PBC, treatment response to ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) and poor prognosis. However, correlation between AMAs and disease progression of PBC is still in controversial. This article reviewed the progress in research on the influence of autoantibodies on biochemical response and prognosis of PBC.
