Objective: To investigate the effects of alcohol, chitosan、 101 juice clarifying agent and ZTC natural clarifying agent on content of active components and the solid compositions in zhonglizhikang decoction. Methods: The solid compositions of different samples were determined by the methods adopted in pharmacopeia, and the chrysophanol content was determined by HPLC. Results: Chitosan has no effect on the content of chrysophanol, and solid compositions decreased by 30.8%. But alcohol、 101 juice clarifying agent and ZTC natural clayifying agent can decrease solid compositions and the content of chrysophanol. Conclusion: Chitosan can decrease solid compositions but has no effect on the content of active components.

Objective To introduce a new method for correcting square face deformity.Methods This operation consists of malar reduction (MR)and mandibular angle osteotomy (MAO),which could be done simutaneously or at different time.Results A total of 21 patients with square face deformity accepted MR and MAO in which 12 cases were done simutaneously and 9 cases at different time.After this procedure, the width of the mid face and the lower face reduced by 15.3?3.2mm and 14.2?2.5mm, respectively. A11 the cases achieved satisfactory results without complications.Conclusion This method can effectively correct square face deformity by reducing the width and protrusion of the mid face and the width of the lower face.

Neurofibromas are benign nerve sheath tumors that arise from the nonmyelinating Schwann cells. Generally, neurofibromas can be categorized into dermal and plexiform subtypes. The former subtype is usually associated with a lone peripheral nerve in the integumentary system, while plexiform tumors are associated with many nerve bundles and can originate internally. Rarely, the plexiform tumors can undergo malignant transformation. Neurofibromas are usually found in individuals with neurofibromatosis, which is an autosomal dominant disease. On occasion, an isolated neurofibroma can transpire without being associated with neurofibromatosis. Mostly, these solitary tumors tend to occur in the gastrointestinal system, and neurofibromas of the head and neck are not uncommon, but very rarely they have been reported to occur in the temporal fossa. In this report, we describe a case of a solitary neurofibroma arising from the temporal fossa.

Objective To examine the relationship of coping style,psychological capital and vocational selection anxiety for female college graduates.Methods A sample of 330 female college graduates filled out measures for the simplified coping styles questionnaire (SCSQ),Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) and vocational selection anxiety Questionnaire(VSAQ).Results Correlation analysis showed that except the self-efficacy and positive coping style collected with concerns about job prospects was not significant (r=-0.08-0.05,P＞0.05),each dimensions of PCQ and SCSQ significantly correlated with the each dimensions of VSAQ (r=-0.44--0.13 or r=0.21-0.28,P＜0.01).Regression analysis showed that negative coping style,resilience,hope and positive coping style could directly predict vocational selection anxiety.Psychological capital were the mediators between positive coping styles and vocational selection anxiety.Conclusion Coping styles and psychological capital are closely related to the female college graduates' vocational selection anxiety,using appropriate coping styles and improving mental ability can effectively reduce vocational selection anxiety.

Objective To investigate the influence of fishbone diagram in the incidence of blood residual after sealing tube indwelling needle in cardiovascular disease patients.Methods Two hundred and ninety-three patients(1,035 times)with sealing tube intravenous indwelling needle were assigned into control group and another 272 ones(1,276 times)with the needle into experiment group according to admission sequence. In the former group the method of conventionally sealing the tube for intravenous indwelling needle was applied and in the latter,fishbone diagram was applied to analyze the key factors for blood residuals and regulate pertinent measures for effective sealing of tube.The two groups were compared in terms of incidence of blood residuals.Result The incidence of blood residuals in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The fishbone diagram is effective in reducing the incidence of blood residuals after sealing the tube for intravenous indwelling needle by way of taking effective interventional measures after screening out the key influential factors for blood residuals.

Objective To characterize the relationship between such phenotypes and the patterns of genetic mutations in the corresponding resistance genes in drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB)isolates in Shenzhen of China during 2007-2008.Methods According to standard of WHO,International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease(IUATLD),136 strains of MTB were collected by performing drug sensitivity test(DST)to isoniazid,rifampicin,streptomycin,ofloxacin and kanamycin on Lowenstein-Jensen in 1%proportion method.Genetic mutations in the corresponding resistance genes (rpoB,katG,rpsL,rrs1,gyrAB,rrs2)in these MTB isolates were identified by PCR,followed by DNA sequencing of the purified PCR products.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)values of the aforementioned anti-tuberculosis drugs were determined for these MTB clinical isolates by two-fold dilution method in vitro.Results A total of 123 isolates were collected,73 isolates were drug resistant.50 isolates were drug susceptible.Among the isolates that were resistant to isoniazid,rifampicin,streptomycin.ofloxacin and kanamycin,the proportion of isolates that harboured mutations in the respective genes was 84.6%,93.6%,65.9%,100%,61.1%.For katG gene,the mutation detected were S315T or S315N.For rpoB,the most frequently found changes were S531L(30/44,68.2%)and H526D(9/44,20.5%)or H526R(1/44,2.3%).The reported mutations that K43R and KS8Q were founded in the rpsL locus and 491C→T and 513A→C were founded in the rrs1 gene related with streptomycin-resistant strains.For gyrA,all gyrA mutations were clustered in codons 90,91,and 94 apart from the S95T that was natural polymorphism.accounted for 81.1% of the ofloxacin-resistant isolates,and condon 91 was the most frequently mutated.No mutation were found in gyrB.The most frequent substitution were 1400 A→G(9/11,81.8%)and 1483 G→T(2/11,18.2%)in a specific region of the rrs2 gene related with kanamycin-resistant strains.No mutations except S95T of gyrA detected in the drug-susceptible isolates.The MIC values of clinical drug-resistant strains that the same drug-resistant group contains a different resistance phenotype are basically the same with the relevant resistance genes in the same mutation.Associated resistance mutations in different sites varied significantly with their MIC values.Conclusion The mutation characterization of drug-resistant and drug-suscep-tible isolates of MTB have been shown to vary according to geographic region,phenotypic characteristics exist difference in resistance levels due to different muntants of drug-resistant gene.

Objective To analyze the ability of rheumatologistto read the magnetic resonance imag of sacroiliac joint of spondyloarthritis patients.Methods The questionnaire survey were conducted among rheumatologists and the answers of the questionnaires were analyzed by quantitative analysis.Results 66.9％ (75/112) rheumatologist did not known how to choose the sequence of magnetic resonance imaging,and 55.4％(62/112) rheumatologist thought that bone marrow edema was very important for the diagnosis of spondyloarthritis,but only less than 10％ rheumatologists thought that erosion and fat infiltration could also h elp to make the diagnosis of spondy-loarthritis.Conclusion It is very important for rheumatologists to receive training on the reading of magnetic resonance images of sacroiliac joint of spondyloarthritis patients.

Quality of ulcer healing (QUH) was applied to explore the mechanism of the recurrence of peptic ulcer. The relationship of QUH and epidermal growth factor, prostaglandins, heat shock proteins, immune function and Helico-bacter pylori was assayed. Mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine for the recurrence of peptic ulcer was presented as follows: improving blood circulation and barrier function of gastric mucosa, eliminating Helicobacter pylori and increas ing QUH.
