Chongqing Medicine 2017;46(15):2060-2062
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum tumors CA72-4,CA242,CA19-9 and carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA)in patients with gastric cancer based on pattern recognition techniques. Methods Data of serum concentrations of CA72-4,CA242,CA19-9 and CEA of 212 patients with gastric cancer,116 patients with benign gastric disease and 117 healthy subjects were retrospectively analyzed;and the diagnostic performance of each tumor marker, four tumor markers based principle component analysis(PCA),decision tree,PCA-decision tree and the fisher discriminant analysis models were established. Results CA242 had the best diagnostic effect on gastric cancer, and the area under the ROC curve(AUC)was 0.841(95%CI:0.804-0.877).PCA model showed that the serum levels of four tumor markers in patients with gastric cancer were significantly different from those in benign and healthy patients, and obvious metabolic disorders of serum with four tumor markers were found among the patients with gastric cancer. The diagnosis accuracy of the decision tree,PCA-decision tree and the Fisher discriminant analysis models for gastric cancer patients was 58.6%,65.5%and 58.6%respectively,and for non-gastric cancer patients(benign gastric diseases and healthy controls)was 94.7%,99.4%and 97.6%.And the prediction accuracy of the decision tree,PCA-decision tree and the fisher discriminant analysis models for gastric cancer patients was 65.7%,77.6%and 73.1%,and for non-gastric cancer patients was 87.5%,96.9%and 96.9%,respectively.Conclusion The PCA-decision tree model of serum CA72-4,CA242,CA19-9 and CEA might be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction of patients with gastric cancer.
4.Effecs of testis-sparing surgery for benign testicular tumors in children
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective The role of testis-sparing surgery in children with benign testicular tumors were emphasized by this retrospective survey. Methods Sixteen patients who undergo testis-sparing surgery between the years 1996 to 2003 were reviewed. Intraoperative frozen section histopathology had been done in all of patients. The period of follow-up ranged from 6 months to 7 years. Results In our series, as well as in the literature there was no differenle between frozen section and definitive histology.Ten cases were teratomas, 4 cases were epidermoid cysts and 2 cases were mucus cysts.Follow-up of 6 months to 7 years has shown no recurrence, and on examination, testicular volume is normal in all cases. Conclusion Testis-sparing surgery is a positive method in the management of benign testicular tumors in children. It preserves testicular volume, which is important for both cosmetic and functional roles.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(08):-
Objective To develop a sensitive HPLC method for the determination of malachite green in fresh water. Methods The HPLC column of ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm?4.6 mm, 5 ?m) was employed and acetonitrile and acetate buffer (0.1 mol/L, pH=4.5, V∶V=80∶20) were taken as the mobile phase. The samples were tested at wave length of 588 nm after post-column oxidation with PbO2 flowed at 1.5 ml/min. Results The average recovery rate were 98.5% and 97.8% respectively at the water concentration of 2.0 ?g/L and 10.0 ?g/L,the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 11.2% and 8.0%,the least detection limit was 0.02 ?g/L. Conclusion The method is stable, sensitive and suitable for the detection of malachite green in water.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the effect of nerve growth factor(NGF)in the process of muscular neurotization of denerva- ted vascularized skeletal muscle.Method By using NGF(0.5 ?g/d) to transplanted skeletal muscle, muscular neurotization was exa- mined with histological, histochemical, electron microscope and immunohistochemical methods at various time.Result NGF was effective in promoting muscular neurotization and diminishing denervated muscle atrophy in grafted denervated skeletal muscle. Conclusion NGF can promote the muscular neurotization and diminish denervated muscle atrophy.
8.Effect of Continuous Positive Airway Pressure on Neonatal Acute Respiration Prostration
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(06):-
Objective To study the effect of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP) therapy for 56 clinical cases neonatal a-cute respiration prostration. Methods Based on the traditional treatment,CPAP assistant therapy were taken on 56 cases. The pressure of CAPA were adjusted according to the variations of clinical condition and blood gas value. Results After 6 - hour assistance of CPAP performance, the symptom of all cases had been abated, pa (O2) was increased, the normal CPAP applaying time was 28 hoours. The remarkable difference had been found compared to those in no CPAP practice(P
10. Differentiation of canine bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into epithelium-like cells: An in vitro study
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2006;27(8):858-862
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of inducing canine bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) to differentiate into epithelium-like cells in vitro and the basic inducing conditions. Methods: BMSCs were obtained from healthy adult canine bone marrow aspirates and were purified by density gradient centrifugation and anchoring culture. BMSCs of second passage were cultured with 4 different media: K-SFM+EGF+BPE, DMEM+EGF, K-SFM+BPE, and DMEM+FBS. The changes in cell morphology were observed daily under phase-contrast microscopy and cell growth curves of every group were drawn by the continual cell counting. The cells were identified by immunocytochemistry staining and flow cytometer through detecting cytokeratin (CK) and epithelial membrane antigen (EMA) on the 7th and 14th day of induction. Results: A few BMSCs in K-SFM+EGF+BPE group became round or oval with processes on the 7th day of induction; more BMSCs became round or oval and their phenotypic markers were CK+ and EMA+ on the 14th day. FACS analysis showed that CK or EMA positive cells were rare in K-SFM+EGF+BPE group on the 7th day after induction (<1%), and the number of positive cells were increased (> 7%) on the 14th day. Cell morphology had no obvious change in DMEM+EGF, K-SFM+BPE, and DMEM+FBS groups during the whole culture process. Moreover, cells in DMEM+EGF, K-SFM+BPE, and DMEM+FBS group were negative for CK and EMA. Conclusion: Our experiment indicates that the combination of K-SFM, EGF and BPE can induce canine BMSCs to differentiate into epithelium-like cells in vitro.
