Analysis the positive literature at home and abroad and understand the status by searching the CNKI, Wanfang, Cqvip Chinese databases for the descriptive analysis of the literature. At present, positive psychology is still in the theoretical and construction stage, nursing intervention model is not yet mature, but providing useful ideas and try on promoting patients to improve mental health and quality of life, for the nurse to provide theoretical basis and reference in the future.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2000;0(11):-
Objective To observe whether recent sexual intercourse might cause microscopic hematuria, and investigate the cause of hematuria. Methods Eighty healthy volunteers (40 men and 40 women) consented to have intercourse with their married couples and provide samples of urine for testing before intercourse and the first day morning, noon, evening and the second day morning after intercourse. After appropriate instruction, volunteers tested their own urine for the presence of blood using standard dipsticks. Any volunteer with hematuria after intercourse was offered a comprehensive hematuria assessment and followed-up for two years. Results None of the volunteers had positive hematuria before sexual intercourse. 9 of the 40 women, but no men, had positive hematuria at the first day morning after intercourse, and 3 of the nine patients with hematuria still had positive hematuria at the noon of the first day. Five women of 9 patients with hematuria accepted two years follow-up and no abnormal was identified. Conclusion It suggested that recent sexual intercourse was a cause of asymptomatic microscopic hematuria in women, and a history of recent sexual intercourse should be considered when assessing the clinical significance of microscopic hematuria in women.

Employee motivation is to meet their needs and improve their productivity and work enthusiasm for the organization. Therefore,an accurate understanding of their needs is a prerequisite for the implementation of effective motivation. In view of this,we conducted a questionnaire survey of incentive factors for young medical staff at a public hospital. This study aimed at analyzing different incentive factors among medical staff with different seniority and job categories as well as their differences,in an effort to provide references for fine human resource management and motivation implementation at public hospitals.

Objective To explore the influence of score sheet of colostomy on reduction of complication in non-hospitalized patients with colostomy stoma. Methods 186 patients with colostomy stoma were randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A used the score sheet of colostomy with nurses during hospitalization and after discharge.Group B were in routine treatment without using the score sheet of colostomy. The two groups were followed-up by phone or by visiting in the following 1,3,6 months after discharge. Results The complications between the two groups were evaluated. The risk of the complications was only 14.0% in group A,and the risk in group B was 36.6%.The results of self-satisfaction degree was significantly different between two groups. Conclusions The use of the score sheet of colostomy can significantly reduce the incidence of stoma complications and obviously improve the quality of life of the patients with colostomy.

Objective To discuss spinal fusion effect of lumbar intertransverse process in rabbits by using bone marrow stromal stem cells(MSCs)in conjunction with bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)and freeze-dried demineralized bone matrix(FDBM)as scaffold. Methods To separate and cultivate MSCs in vitro, with FDBM as scaffold, osteogenesis was induced by BMP.Sixty Japan white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups.Group A was MSCs+FDBM+BMP,group B was FDBM,group C was autogenous ilium cancellous bone(AIB).Lumbar intertransverse process was fused in lumbar five to six.Rabbits were killed at 8 weeks after operation. The general observation and imageology were used to assess the fusion condition. To estimate the implantation using DR image.Gray scale analysis of DR image caculated the osteogenic density and acreage. The CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction was used to observe the fusion configuration of lumbar intertransverse process. Results The fusion mass character in group A and C was hard, the morphology was not regulation. The fusion mass was almost absorbed in group B beside little tissue approach transverse process. There were high density image between intertransverse processes, osteogenic density were nonuniform in group A and C.There were nonunion in group B.Consistent callus were existed between intertransverse process in group A and C.There were not consistent callus in group B.Group A was similar to group C in osteogenesis density and acreage.Group B was the worst. There were cartilage and newly born bone trabecular formation in group A and group C.Between transverse process were mainly fiber tissue in group B.Conclusion MSCs in conjunction with BMP and FDBM has the similar osteogenic capability to the AIB and better osteogenic capability than that of FDBM alone when spinal fusion of lumbar intertransverse process is performed in rabbits.

BACKGROUND:The auditory ossicle chain reconstruction is stil an important method to treat conductive deafness. Although a great variety of materials have been applied, the blood supply of otosteon after the implantation is ignored. Moreover, there is no real bone formed.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the angiogenesis of vascular endothelial growth factor and col agen I modifiedβ-tricalcium phosphate porous scaffold which is implanted into the otocyst of guinea pig.
METHODS:Total y 60 guinea pigs were randomly divided into experimental group (vascular endothelial growth factor and col agen I modifiedβ-tricalcium phosphate porous scaffold), col agen I control group (col agen I modifiedβ-tricalcium phosphate porous scaffold) and blank control group (β-tricalcium phosphate porous scaffold). The guinea pigs were executed under anesthesia at weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 respectively. The surface of scaffolds was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The angiogenesis of scaffolds were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining and CD34 immunohistochemistry staining, and then the microvascular density was counted. The osteogenesis of the scaffolds was observed by toluidine blue staining.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Endothelial cel proliferation and lumen formation could be observed after 1 week in the experimental group, and the angiogenesis reach the peak after 3 weeks with traffic branches formedbetween micropores. In the other two groups, the lumen formed at 2 weeks but no traffic branches were visible. The sprouting of new blood vessels in the pores were observed more in the experimental group than the other two groups (P<0.05). The adherence and proliferation of cel s could be examined in the surface and pores of the scaffold by scanning electron microscope. After 4 weeks, the osteogenesis could be observed by toluidine blue staining, especial y in the experimental group. These findings suggest that the vascular endothelial growth factor and col agen I modifiedβ-tricalcium phosphate porous scaffold can realize an effective vascularization in the environment of guinea pigs’ middle ear. What’s more, the scaffold also can promote bone formation.

·AIM: To study the tear function changes in patients with pterygium before and after pterygium transposition.·METHODS: Twenty eyes of 20 patients were enrolled in this study.Schirmer I test and tear break-up time (BUT) were evaluated in patients before and after pterygium transposition.·RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the results of Schirmer I test before and after the surgery. The results of BUT were not significantly different before and up to 4 weeks after surgery. However, BUT prolonged significantly 6 weeks after surgery (P<0.05).·CONCLUSION: Pterygium transposition can improve the tear film function in patients with pterygium.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(09):-
As an important factor ensuring the indoor thermal comfort, air relative humidity may influence the indoor air quality.Based on the impact of air humidity on acceptable indoor air quality percentage, this paper presented the impact of air humidity on chemical pollutants (formaldehyde and ozone) and biologic contaminations. The research results showed that appropriate increase of relative humidity can decrease ozone concentration in the room, contrarily, can increase formaldehyde concentration. Therefore,in the room temperature, regulating air relative humidity in an appropriate level can improve the indoor air quality and decrease the harm of pollutants to human health.
