Objective To explore the pathological features affecting the prognosis by observing lung adenosquamous carcinoma overall survival after surgical treatment. Methods Totally 59 cases of lung ASC from 2531 surgically treated lung cancer patients in the First Hospital of Jilin University, from January 2000 to June 2012,were retrospectively analyzed to study their clinical characteristics, survival condition and the related factors influencing the prognosis.Using log-rank test and Cox multiple factors analysis for statistical analysis. Results (1) The 59 patients with ASC were mostly the male patients (62.7%).The median age was 57.2 years.Median survival time was 409 days(13.6 months).1-,3-,5-year survival rates were 59.9 %,36.4% and 31.2 %.(2) Among the 59 patients (52 cases of pathological specimens),11 cases were EGFR mutation positive, positive rate was 21.2%,2 cases of patients were KRAS mutations positive, positive rate was 3.8% ;(3) Single factor and multiple factors analysis showed that the pathological subtype, adjuvant treatment, pleural invasion and tumor stage were associated with prognosis as independent factors (P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the simplex lung squamous carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma, lung adenosquamous carcinoma has poorer prognosis.Early diagnosis and given comprehensive treatment were the keys to prolong its survival.

Objective:
To explore the turnover intention of nurses in Quzhou and its influential factors.
Methods:
From July to August in 2017 cross-sectional study and self-filled questionnaire are used to investigate 980 nurses from 7 hospitals in Quzhou, including two third-level hospitals and five second-level ones. T-test, F-test, Pearson and linear regression are used in data with the method of statistical analysis.
Results:
The total score of turnover intention of nurses was (14.95±3.17) points, and the index value was 62.27%, of which the turnover intention was above 78%. The analysis of Single factor showed that age (

Anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) fusions represent the second most common oncogenic driver mutation in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). As the new class of 3rd generation of ALK tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), lorlatinib has shown robust potency and brain-penetrant clinical activity against a wide spectrum of multiple resistance mutations within the ALK domain detected during crizotinib and 2nd generation ALK TKI treatment. Lorlatinib is generally well-tolerated with unique adverse drug reaction/adverse event, including hyperlipidemia and central nervous system effects, which are mostly mild to moderate severity and manageable through dosage modifications and/or standard medical intervention. For advanced NSCLC with ALK positivity, patients should be evaluated for baseline characteristics and pre-existing medication, informed of the potential toxicities, and periodically monitored to balance benefits and risks. Moreover, a multidisciplinary group of experts is essential to establish a comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic strategy.

Transient receptor potential vanilloid-1(TRPV1) channel is a non-selective ligand-gated cationic channel with multiple activation mechanisms in the transient receptor potential subfamily. In recent years, a large number of studies have found that TRPV1 plays an important role in the field of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and atherosclerosis. With the in-depth study of traditional Chinese medicine, it has been found that Chinese medicine monomers and their active components can activate or inhibit TRPV1 channels, which has certain potential in the study of cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, the role of TRPV1 channel in cardiovascular diseases and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases based on TRPV1 channel are reviewed, in order to provide new ideas for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular system diseases.
