Virus inactivation with photochemistry is being suitable for blood or blood products, methylene blue (MB)/light treatment has been used for viral inactivation of cellular blood components. Twelve new phenothiazines derivatives were designed and synthesized, and were used to test viral inactivation and red cell damage preliminary. Results showed that compound YWW-7 has a satisfactory activity, it could be developed as a new viral inactivation agent for blood products.

Objective To establish the method of the GC fingerprints for Ligusticum chuanxiong essential oil and its quality control. Methods The temperature at both feed inlet and detector was 250℃,the carrier gas was nitrogen, and the flow rate was 2 mL/min.GC of the essential oil in ten batches of L.chuanxiong was analyzed by adopting temprature programmer and the fingerprint peaks were identified by GC-MS.Results To set up the GC fingerprints for L.chuanxiong essential oil,13 peaks were marked out altogether and the GC fingerprints were analyzed by similarity analysis. Conclusion The method is of high degree of presion, reproducibility, and stability. The resolving of each component in the essential oil is good. The established fingerprints could be used as one of the quality control index for L.chuanxiong essential oil.

AIM:To establish the quality standard of Compound Shouwu Granule (Radix Polygoni multiflori,Radix et Rhizoma Thalictri Baicalensis,Herba Rabdosiae Rubescentis, etc.) METHODS:TLC was performed to identify Radix Polygoni Multiflori,Radix et Rhizoma Thalictri Baicalensis,Herba Rabdosiae Rubescentis.HPLC was used to determine 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-0-?-D-glucoside. RESULTS:The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. The quantitative evaluation had the linear range of 0.04-0.72 ?g.The average recovery was 99.99% and RSD was 1.3%. CONCLUSION: The method for identification and quantitation was simple, accurate, realizable and reproducible. It can be used effectively for the quality control of Compound Shouwu Granule.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2003;0(08):-
Objective To report the result of analysis of 72 cases of facial cutaneous sporotrichosis. Methods Seventy-two patients were included in this study. They were diagnosed as facial cutaneous sporotrichosis according to clinical mainfestations and fungal culture. Histopathological examinations were done in some atypical cases. The patients were treated with combined antifungal agents. Results The lesion forms were varied, in which lymphangitic cutaneous form accounted for 9.72% and fixed cutaneous form accounted for 90.28% respectively. Nineteen cases (26.4%) had a history of skin trauma before the cutaneous lesions. All of the patients were successfully treated with potassium iodide and/or itraconazole, terbinafine for 6-8 weeks. Conclusions The skin lesions and mycological examination are the important evidences for the diagnosis of sporotrichosis. The main form of the facial cutaneous sporotrichosis is the fixed cutaneous form. The misdiagnosis rate is 16% in primary level clinics. Potassium iodide is an effective and inexpensive medicine in the treatment of cutaneous sporotrichosis.

Objective To investigate the clinic effect of using three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combining with Sanyangxuedai in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Grouping 100 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer randomly into a control group and a treatment group, with 50 patients in each. The control group was treated with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy, the treatment group was treated on the basis of the control group with a ioint Sanyangxuedai. The clinical effects were compared in the two groups. Results The three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combining with Sanyangxuedai had more better treating indications than using three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy only and the results had statistical significances(χ~2=12.01,P<0.05).Conclusion The three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combining with Sanyangxuedai had beaer clinical efrect in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2014;(11):1585-1589
Aim To detect the effect of Bio on impro-ving insulin resistance and explore its molecular mech-anism. Methods The HepG2 liver cells were derivat-ed by high concentration insulin to establish the insulin resistance cell model, and the cells were intervened by Bio. The glucose consumption was measured by glu-cose oxidase and peroxidase ( GOD-POD) assay. The expression of PPARγmRNA was detected by RT-PCR. The expression of PPARγ protein was detected by Western blot method. Results The glucose consump-tion was significantly decreased in the insulin resist-ance cells after incubated with 1 . 72 × 10 -5 mol · L-1 insulin ( P<0. 05 ) . 10 -5 ,10 -6 ,10 -7 mol · L-1 Bio increased the glucose consumption 135%,62%,39%separately in the insulin resistance cells. RT-PCR a-nalysis of PPARγ showed that Bio raised the PPARγmRNA. Western blot analysis displayed that the pro-tein of PPARγ with Bio was increased. Conclusion Bio can improve the insulin resistance of the HepG2 cells, and the molecular mechanism may be relevant with raising PPARγ expression.
