Objective By exploring the state of residents' living condition, it is helpful to promote the living condition of residents and improve the quality of medical services. Methods A qualitative re-search was conducted on 13 residents in 4 hospitals in Beijing by depth interview during April to May 2016, and the data were collected and analyzed by using Colaizzi seven step method. Results In terms of work, the residents had specific work, and the interpersonal relationship was more harmonious. In learning, residents were able to take the initiative to learn, and hoped to get more help in scientific research. In life, residents faced multiple pressures from the economy and the family. In the subjective cognition, the cogni-tion of resident was rational and objective. Conclusion The residents' work shows a heavy workload, and while working the residents need to take the study and the life pressure into account. And the residents can rationally recognize their role. To improve the living status of the resident physician, we need to integrate multiple forces, to promote the integration of live doctors into the hospital culture, and enhance their sense of existence. We also need to improve the construction of the system and improve the protection of live training physicians to enhance their sense of security. Most important of all, the whole society should pay more attention to the living condition of the residents and enhance their sense of access.

Objective To understand the status of the life mcaning among medical students. Methods Totally 300 students in our school were measured by the scale of purpose in life test (PIL)to analyze the status and influencing factors of life meaning. The questionnaire data were analyzed by using two independent samples t-test,One-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression. Results The average score of the life meaning survey of medical students was 84,the life goal and life value dimension scores were relatively high and the life attitude and life independent dimension scores were low.Meanwhile, the life mean in scores were higher in senior students than in junior students ( P =0.003 ),higher in undergraduate students than in college students (P =0.021 ),higher in students from urban cities than in students from rural areas ( P =0.004),higher in student leaders than in non student leaders (P =0.001 ),higher in students liking their majors than in students disliking their majors (P =0.003).Conclusions The formation of medical students' life meaning is influenced by a variety of factors.Educators need to seize the important period of students' growth and launch some targeted educational activities.Meanwhile,in order to enhance the medical students' life meaning,it is also necessary to consolidate the professional education, increase students' self-identity and guide them to correctlv view social problems.

Aimed at the current plight of medical students' professionalism education, such as ignoring the top -level design and the overall plan but emphasizing practice, ignoring the permeability of professional spirit but emphasizing the impartation of professional knowledge, ignoring humanities but emphasizing professional issues in curriculum setting,Capital Medical University advocated the all-dimensional education philosophy implenented by all staff through the whole process, made top-level design scientifically for medical students' professionalism education. The university strengthened professionalism through teaching, permeated professionalism through a series of educational activities, consolidated professionalism through clinical practice, and thus to strengthen the cultivation of medical students' professionalism and realize scientific education by all staff and throughout the whole process.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2017;16(11):1185-1188
Objective To study on the impact of medical environment on the life meaning of med-ical students. Methods A stratified sampling method was used to investigate 220 medical students in September 2013. The content of the survey includes the evaluation of the doctor-patient relationship, the evaluation of the medical ethics of medical personnel, and the influencing factors of the life meaning of medical students. SPSS 19.0 was used to make the chi-square test and multiple linear regression analysis of the data. Results For the evaluation of the current social present situation and doctor-patient relationship, there is statistical difference (P<0.05) between the students of different sex, the student cadres and the non-student cadres. For the medical ethics present situation evaluation, there is statistically significant difference of evaluation (P<0.05) between student cadres and non-student cadres and students with different professional interests. Average score of life meaning is 85.8 points, and whether students like the profession, the current view of the doctor-patient relationship, and the current study and work conditions are the main impact factors affecting the medical students' sense of meaning of life in. Conclusions To enhance medical students' sense of life, we need to attach importance to clinical practice, strengthen professional ideological education, guide students to learn actively, and make objective and rational evaluation of medical status.

Objective:To understand the genome sequence of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and spike protein variations during different epidemic periods in Wuxi City. Methods:Nucleic acid was extracted from the nasopharyngeal swab samples of six local cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (from January to February, 2020) and 13 imported cases of COVID-19 (from March to September, 2021) in Wuxi City, and the whole genome was amplified to construct the sequencing library. The second-generation sequencer was used for sequencing. The CLC Genomics Workbench (21 version) software was used to analyze the offline data with NC_045512.2 as the reference strain, and MEGA 7.0 software was used to construct the phylogenetic tree.Identification of type was conducted by Nextstrain typing method and phylogenetic assignment of named global outbreak lineages (Pangolin) typing method. Results:There were five subtypes in Nextstrain and seven subtypes in Pangolin of the nineteen patients with COVID-19. Compared with NC_045512.2, the median nucleotide mutation sites were 29 (range 0 to 42) and amino acid mutation sites were 20 (range 0 to 34). The six local and 13 imported cases had no common nucleotide mutation sites and were in different evolutionary branches. The sequences of the six local cases were highly homologous with the reference strain sequences (NC_045512.2) at the early stage of the pandemic, and the evolutionary distance was close to that of the reference strain. The 13 imported cases were obviously divided into three evolutionary branches (Alpha, Beta, Delta variant). The four Beta variants shared eight amino acid mutation sites in spike protein, and the two Alpha variants shared eight amino acid mutation sites in spike protein, and the seven Delta variants shared five amino acid mutation sites in spike protein. Conclusions:New mutations of SARS-CoV-2 are constantly emerging during the epidemic. The increase of the nucleotide sites number may result in the change of spike protein amino acid. Therefore, the whole-genome sequencing analysis plays an important role in the accurate tracing of epidemic origin and adjustment of prevention and control measures.
