Objective To study the effect and toxicities of paclitaxel combined with platinum(TP) and paclitaxel(Chinese) combined with platinum (PTP) in the treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer, and to compare with the combination of cyclophosphamide,adriamycin and platinum(CAP). Methods A retrospective analysis in the treatment of ovarian cancer with paclitaxel and CAP from 2000 to 2004 was done. Including 28 cases in TP, 22 cases in PTP and 18 cases in CAP group. Result The response rate (RR) in TP,PTP and CAP was expectively 53.6 %, 54.5 % and 44.4 %. In frist line chemotherapy, the RR in TP, PTP and CAP was expectively 83.3 %, 62.5 % and 50.0 %; and in second line chemotherapy, the RR in TP, PTP and CAP was expectively 31.2 %, 33.3 % and 25.0 %. Objective To study the relationship between expression of EGFR and E- cadherin and metastasis of esophageal cancer. Methods The expression of EGFR and E- cadherin in esophageal cancer tissues of 47 patients by LSAB immunohistochemistry method was studied. Results The positive rates of EGFR in distant metastasis group and local lymph node metastasis group were 47.62 % and 56.52 % respectively. Objective To detect the expressions of nm23-H1 and heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) and their clinical significance on development and metastasis in non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC).Methods 75 tumor tissues from patients with NSCLC were included as experimental group and 28 pulmonary benign lesion tissues were as control group.The expressions of nm23-H1 and HSP27 in patients with different clinical and pathological characters were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results nm23-H1 and HSP27 were mainly expressed in cytoplasm,the positive rates of nm23-H1 and HSP27 were significantly higher in the experimental group than that in control group [41.3 ％ (31/75) vs 7.1％ (2/28),x2 =10.946,P =0.001,80.0 ％ (60/75) vs 46.4 ％ (13/28),x2 =11.131,P =0.001].Compared with control group,the positive rate of HSP27 was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation (x2 =4.191,P =0.041).nm23-H1 was related with HSP27 in lung cancer (r =0.284,P =0.013).Conclusion nm23-H1 and HSP27 are related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC.The joint detection of nm23-H1 and HSP27 should be helpful to the diagnosis and judge the biological behavior of NSCLC.

Objective To investigate diagnostic value of GP73 in alcoholic disease .Methods GP73 was measured by ELISA in 44 alcoholic fatty liver ,43 alcoholic hepatitis ,32 alcoholic cirrhosis ,67 non‐alcoholic fatty liver patients and 120 healthy control per‐sons .Meanwhile ALT ,AST ,ALP ,GGT ,Alb ,TBil ,AFP were measured .Results GP73 of alcoholic fatty liver ,alcoholic hepatitis , alcoholic cirrhosis ,non‐alcoholic fatty liver patients and healthy control group were (84 .22 ± 26 .22) ,(157 .98 ± 39 .71) ,(201 .23 ± 61 .14) ,(62 ± 14 .02) ,(47 .08 ± 22 .75)ng/mL respectively .The GP73 differences between patients and healthy control group had statistical significance(P<0 .05) .Before and after therapy of alcoholic hepatitis and alcoholic cirrhosis patients had statistical signif‐icance(P<0 .05) .Sensitivity of diagnostic value of GP73 in ALD was 71 .4% and specification was 95 .2% .Conclusion Serum GP73 elevates in types of alcoholic liver disease and show significant diagnostic value .Decrease of GP73 could be applied to assess treatment of alcoholic hepatitis and alcoholic cirrhosis .
