3.EFFECTS OF CASEIN PEPTIDES ON ANTIOXIDATIVE ENZYMES IN MICE
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
Objective To study the antioxidant effects of casein peptides with different molecular weights on liver tissue in mice. Methods Forty-eight mice were divided into four groups, and fed ig casein peptides in different molecular weights,3ku and distilled water as control. Results Casein peptides could improve the antioxidation ability of the mice,as to increase glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities of liver tissue, and reduce malondialdehyde (MDA).The antioxidant enzymes activities after giving casein peptides for 30d and 15d were significantly different. Conclusions Casein peptides can enhance the antioxidation of the mice and especially more effect with the molecular weight

Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(01):-
AIM: To probe the effect of azelastine hydrochloride on experimental asthma and its mechanism. METHODS: Experimental asthma models of guinea pigs induced by histamine and acetylcholine in vivo as well as guinea pig tracheal spirals in vitro were used in this experiment. RESULTS: Azelastine hydrochloride inhibited asthma induced by histamine and acetylcholine in guinea pigs in a dose dependent manner, prolonged the incubation period of histamine and acetylcholine induced asthma (P
5.Data transformation of No.1 Military Medical Project in section division
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
When a section is divided into two or more sections in hospital, patients must be assigned to the new section along with all medical data. With SQL commands, data is transferred according to the patient's section division. This method is also fit for the case that the section is divided while the nursing unit is not.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(17):2561-2563
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Huayutongmai decoction in treating patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques .Methods Prospectively analyzed 102 cases with carotid atherosclerotic plaques were divided into the control group and observation group according to random number table method ,51 cases were in each group. The patients in the control group were given the Simvastatin Tablet only ,and the patients in the observation group were given the treatment of Huayutongmai decoction .The CAD,IMT,volume of plaque,PI and lipid levels were detected. The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were observed after treatment of three months .Results After treatment of three months, the CAD,IMT,volume of plaque,PI(t=0.97,1.83,0.65,1.43) and levels of lipid(TG, TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and AI,t=1.86,1.88,1.42,1.85,1.14) of the observation group were better than those of the control group, but with no significant(all P>0.05).Conclusion Huayutongmai decoction in treating patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques has better clinical efficacy ,can improve lipid metabolism ,eliminate and stabilize CAS to some extent ,which is worthy of clinical application .

Objective To discuss the newrborn ARDS first time blood gas analysis characteristic.and the clinical significance. Methods Application blood gas analysis and PaO2/PAO2,QS/QT,PaO2/FiO2,A-ac-DO2,RI and so on many indexes of blood gas analysis,to 2001~2005 year period were hospitalized in my courtyard NICU makes clear diagnoses the ARDS parallel breath machine treatment 20 examples trouble carries on monitors. Results First time when blood gas analysis 60% trouble prompt low oxygen blood sickness (PaO2<50 mm Hg).Parameter the and so on RI,QS/QT,A-acDO2,PaCO2/FiCO2,PaCO2/PaO2 values separately were:3.32±4.18,10±9.85,149.06±159.54,94.96±50.47,0.12±0.05. 72 hours ventilation after the breath machine. Conclusion Carries on the clinical appraisal using these targets to ARDS, to early strives for the breath machine treatment, the judgement condition and estimates pre-after has the vital significance.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2012;34(2):116-119
Objective To explore the effects of walking training assisted by electromyographic biofeedback (EMGBF) on the lower limb function of subacute stroke patients with foot drop. Methods Forty subacute stroke patients with foot drop were randomly divided into an EMGBF training group (n =20 ) and a routine rehabilitation training group ( n =20 ).Both groups received routine rehabilitation training. The EMGBF training group also received walking training assisted by three stages of EMGBF.The subjects were treated for 40 min twice per day,5 days a week for 6 weeks.Clinical and functional evaluations such as surface electromyogram (sEMG) signals from the anterior tibial muscle, active ankle dorsiflexion range of motion ( AROM ),scores on the modified Ashworth scale (MAS),results of the modified Lovett manual muscle test (mMMT),pace and step length,Berg balance scale (BBS) scores,Fugl-Meyer movement function scale (FMA) assessments, modified Barthel index (MBI) scores and Holden walking function test results were observed before treatment, after 6 weeks of treatment and at follow-up 6 weeks after the end of treatment. Results Before treatment there was no significant difference between the two groups. There were significant differences in all of the assessment results in the EMGBF training group after treatment compared with before treatment and compared with the routine rehabilitation training group after treatment. At followup 6 weeks after training, average pace (69.75 ± 35.09 m/min),step length (60.98 ± 14.09 cm),FMA score (32.5 ± 6.34 ) and MBI score (88.65 ± 14.13 ) in the EMGBF training group were all significantly better than in the routine rehabilitation group. At follow up,5 patients in the EMGBF training group achieved grade 5 in the Holden walking function test versus only 1 patient in the routine rehabilitation group. Conclusion Walking training assisted by EMGBF is effective in improving lower limb motor function in subacute stroke patients with foot drop.

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Wenxintang in treating unstable angina pectoris. Methods Sixty patients of Yangqikuixu, Tanyuzuluo type suffered with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the control group were treated with IsMo-20, Metoprolol and Aspirin, while another 30 patients in the treated group were treated with Wenxintang include the three medicines above. Each group was observed for 4 weeks respectively. Results The total effective rate in relieving angina in the treated group and the control group was 86.67% and 66.67% respectively, that in improving ECG changes was 69.23% and 47.82% respectively, the difference of the two parameters between the two groups was significant (P

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(04):-
Nutrition studies of saturation/excursion dives were made in a hyper-baric chamber. Seven divers were investigated during a period of 26-day N2-O2 saturation dive to 36.5m with excursion to 60-75m using only air. Daily intake of food was surveyed by regular weighing method. The caloric and nutrient intakes were calculated from Chinese food composition tables. Urine samples were collected for estimation of vitamin B1, B2, 4-pyridoxic acid, ascorbic acid and also nitrogen. During the dive they lost the appe- tite for meat and oil, instead they preferred vegetables, fruits and beverages. Thus energy, protein and lipid decreased and a weight loss was observed. The urinary excretion of certain vitamins was reduced, especially marked with thiamine. Accordingly a suggestion on the allowance of certain nutrients was proposed.
