Objective: The cytologic methods were used in the diagnosis of cancerous change of (intraductal papillomas,IP) and its significance was discussed. Methods: We studied the nipple discharge smear by using Wright-Gimsa staining. Meanwhile, infrared ray scanning B-ultrasound and X-rays were performed. Results: One hundred and twenty-eight patients were with IP, among them, 15 (11.7%)were confirmed as tumors by surgery and pathological examination. The cancerous change of cytomorphology was based on IP. The average age of patients with cancerous change was 48.1.The nipple discharge in patients with cancerous change was primarily bloody(66.7%). Conclusion: Introductal papillomas is carcerous. The possibility of canceration in persons with longer time of nipple discharge is larger than those with shorter time of nipple discharge. Women who are elder than 45 years old, with nipple discharge and post menopause, should be considered to have the possibility of cancerous change.

Objective To investigate the influence and clinical significance of single and dual-chamber pacing on central aortic pressure (CAP) and augmentation index (AI) in non-smoking individuals. Methods Totally, 83 non-smokers with pacemaker-implanted were consecutively enrolled in this study, and they were divided into three groups:dual-chamber pacemaker group (DDD, n=35), single-chamber pacemaker group (VVI, n=33) and control group (n=15). Heart rate (HR), CAP, AI, systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were measured in three groups of patients. Finally, DDD pacing mode was turned into VVI pacing mode in patients of DDD group and the indexes were measured again. All of the indexes were recorded and analyzed. Results There were no significant changes in baseline characteristics and laboratory data between three groups (P>0.05). Left atrial diameters were significantly higher in VVI group than those of control group (P<0.05). Values of CAP were significantly higher in DDD group than those of control group and VVI group (P<0.05). Values of AI, corrected AI (AIc) and brachial BP were significantly higher in DDD group than those of VVI group (P<0.05). Values of CAP and brachial BP were significantly lower in VVI group than those of control group (P<0.05), while no significant changes were found in AI and AIC between VVI group and control group (P>0.05). All of these indexes (CAP, AI and brachial BP) were significantly reduced after the pacing mode was changed (P<0.05). Conclusion In non-smokers, dual-chamber pacing mode can increase CAP and AI.

Objective To investigate the relationship between correlative factors of ambulatory arterial stiffness in-dex (AASI) and target organ damage (TOD) in patients with primary hypertensive. Methods A total of 330 hypertensive pa-tients were included in the study and divided into two groups according to the value of AASI:low AASI group (n=167) and high AASI group (n=163). The value of AASI was obtained from 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitor (ABPM). The clinical data were collected including general information, the data of ABPM, results of coronary angiography, left ventricular mass index (LVMI), estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and ankle brachial index (ABI) in two groups. Results There were significantly higher values of age (years:64.91 ± 9.70 vs 59.12 ± 10.00), the proportion of diabetes (33.8% vs 14.8%), the proportion of non-dipper patterns of hypertension (65.6%vs 43.7%), 24-hour pulse pressure (PP, mmHg:65.27± 11.31 vs 56.06±10.51), 24-hour diastolic blood pressure standard deviation(DBPSD, mmHg:9.64±2.47 vs 8.31±2.31), the number of coronary artery lesions (1.78±1.10 vs 1.27±1.07), LVMI (g/m2:125.74±29.65 vs 107.69±23.23) and the proportion of peripheral vascular disease (27.3%vs 16.4%) in high AASI group than those in low AASI group (P<0.01). The level of eGFR was significantly lower in high AASI group than that in low AASI group [mL/(min · 1.73 m2):85.31 ± 20.31 vs 99.67 ± 17.76]. There were positive correlation between AASI and coronary lesions (r=0.235), LVMI(r=0.168) and peripheral vascu-lar disease (r=0.167). And there was a negative correlation between AASI and eGFR (r=-0.187). The multiple linear regres-sion analysis showed that age, diabetes, PP, DBPSD and non-dipper patterns of hypertension were the predictors of AASI. Conclusion AASI correlated with age, diabetes, PP, blood pressure variability and non-dipper patterns of hypertension. The higher level of AASI may relate to the development of TOD in patients with primary hypertensive.

Objective To construct the expressing vector of shRNA/mrp1 and study its expression in vitro. Methods 64bp oligonucleotides of pSUPER and the targeted senquence of siRNA/mrp1 were synthesized and annealed to form duplex strand, then were cloned into pSUPER to construct pSUPER-shRNA/mrp1 vector. Competenced Ecoli was transfected by vector of pSUPER-shRNA/ mrp1 to screen the positive clones for sequencing and extracting plasmid. The plasmids extracted were used to transfected HepG2/mrp1 cells with a control groups by negative vectors. The expression of mrp1 mRNA and MRP1 was measured by real-time PCR and resistance of HepG2/mrp1 by flowcytometry. Results pSUPER-shRNA/mrp1 was established successfully and was sequenced to test its accuracy. Expression of mrp1 mRNA in HepG2/mrp1-si was lower than that in HepG2/mrp1 (1-fold vs 179.76-fold, P<0.001). Compared to HepG2/mrp1, the expression of MRP1 in HepG2/mrp1-si was lower (11.2% vs 97.6%, P<0. 05). The sensitivity of HepG2/mrp1-si to adiramycin was higher than that of HepG2/mrp1(45.0-fold vs 1.2-fold, P<0.01). Meanwhile, the accumulation of DNR in HepG2/mrp1-si increased significantly as compared with the control (78.58 % vs 38.44%,P<0.05).Conclusion Vector of pSUPER-shRNA/mrp1 can be constructed by the technique of enzymatic incision. The multidrug resistance of HepG2/mrp1 can be reversed by RNA interference.

Objective To investigate factors associated with prevalence, awareness, treatment and control of hypertension in Dagang Oil Field, and to provide the scientific evidence for the intervention measurements. Methods A cross-sectional, population-based survey was conducted in Dagang Oil Field from 2008 to 2010. Totally, 16 553 adults, 8 174 men (49.38%) and 8 379 women (50.62%), completed all of the questionnaires, measurement examination and blood specimen collection. Results The prevalence of hypertension was 27.30%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that male, old age, overweight or obesity, family history of hypertension, marriage, education attainment, snoring, high heart rate, fasting blood glucose, serum total protein, and hyperuricemia were associated with hypertension. The awareness, treatment, control rates among all hypertensive subjects, and control rate among treated hypertensive participants were 52.65%, 40.07%, 15.51%, and 38.78%, respectively. Awareness was more common in those who were 45-64 years old , high medical costs, family history of hypertension, and smoking currently. Odds ratio (OR) (95% CI) of awareness was 5.24 (2.78 to 9.88), 24.11 (11.91 to 48.84) and 27.46(13.92 to 54.18) for medical costs 1-59.9 yuan/month, 60-199.9 yuan/month, and≥200 yuan/month, respectively. In contrast, exercising 2-4 times/week and longer sleep duration were associated with lower awareness. Medication treatment was more common in those who had old age, high medical costs, hypertension family history, coronary heart disease, prefer vegetable, while less common in those who exercise occasionally, sleep longer and drink alcohol currently. OR (95%CI) of treatment was 10.89 (3.76 to 31.56), 54.07 (19.20-152.24), and 87.31 (31.54 to 241.75) for medical costs 1-59.9 yuan/month, 60-199.9 yuan/month, and ≥200 yuan/month, respectively. Controlled hypertension was more common in those who had old age, high medical costs, exercise 2-4 times/week, coronary heart disease, prefer crude fibre diet, but less common in those who drink alcohol currently, have higher heart rate, and higher education attainment. OR (95%CI) of controlled hypertension was 13.59 (6.50-28.44), 14.67 (7.01-30.68), and 17.43 (8.34-36.39) for medical costs 1-59.9 yuan/m, 60-199.9 yuan/m, and≥200 yuan/m, respectively. Conclusion Despite high rate of awareness, treatment and control of hypertension still need to be strengthened.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of the calcium phosphate cement (CPC) /calcium polyphosphate fiber (CPPF) composites mixed with different proportion of minimal morselized bone on repair of bone defect in vivo. MethodsA total of 36 New Zealand white rabbits were completely randomly designed into A, B, C, D groups and their bilateral radial bone defect model was prepared. The minimal morselized bone (300-500 μm in diameter) was made from the iliac of those rats. The CPPF and CPC were evenly mixed into CPC/CPPF composites which were divided into four groups in accordance with the CPPF weight O, 10%, 30% and 50% in CPC/CPPF composite. The CPC/CPPF composites of the four groups was mixed with the minimal morselized bone with ratio of 6:4 and then the mixture was implanted the bone defect of the rabbits in four groups. The gross, X-ray and histological observations were done at four and eight weeks. The biomechanical test was performed at eight weeks. Results When CPPF occupies 30% of the CPC/CPPF composite, the maximum compressive load and bending loads were better than those in the other groups ( P < 0.05 ), when the histological observation showed the most tight link between the artificial composite and the bone interface and the closest similarity between material degradation rate and the ossification rate, with the best osteogenesis and the optimal ratio.ConclusionThe repair of bone defect can attain the optimal outcome through adding a certain ratio of minimal morselized bone into the CPC/CPPF to adjust the degradation rate of composites.
