Objective To investigate the past participation and their future intention of donation after citizen death (DCD) work of attendees. Methods A questionnaire study was carried out in the 9th Chinese ICU annual congress and local workshops taken part in difference provinces and cities from May 2015 to July 2015.A 12-multiple self choice questionnaires, collecting the demographic data of attendees and analyzing the ratio of DCD awareness and participation, their attitude towards DCD,and future recommendation of DCD development, were facilitated and immediately collected back. Results A total of 512 questionnaires were collected and 489 were available.97.75% of the attendees have been awareness of DCD and 62.37% have ever participated in DCD activity.During the whole survey,85.07% of them expressed their willingness of future DCD activities participation. The current fierce conflict between medical workers and patients was selected to the main barrier of DCD work. The enforcement of DCD population and organ donation law were most recommended to improve donation success. Conclusion It is the fifth year after DCD programme initiation and full implementation since last year.Despite the obvious raise of DCD recognition among ICU staff, there is still long way to go ahead to the era of satisfactory donation rate. The hostility between medical workers and patients is the main barrier for ICU workers for DCD promotion.

In order to assist in the standardization and maturity evaluation of national hospital information interconnection, and further standardize the application and management of hospital medical record data, a hospital carried out the practice of design of structured medical records and the corresponding quality management from April 2021. Based on the six sigma quality management method, the hospital had developed universal templates for electronic medical records and a list of candidate electronic medical record templates. The problems faced by medical record data had been analyzed, and improvement strategies had been proposed from three levels: template design, software functionality and management services. The clinical departments were guided to design and develop various structured electronic medical record templates for specialties and specialized diseases, and established a medical record template design and quality management method. The hospital had ultimately designed a total of 614 structured electronic medical record templates that met the actual needs of the hospital. This practice enhanced the scalability of structured templates and quality of the data, and achieved localization and specialization of medical record templates while meeting the requirements of information interconnection and sharing, providing reference for promoting the interconnection and sharing of electronic medical records of hospitals in China.

Objective:To investigate the current situation and characteristics of post-intensive care syndrome in elderly patients during the transitional period, and explore its influencing factors. Methods:From December 2022 to September 2023, convenience sampling was used to select 119 elderly patients in the Intensive Care Unit of China-Japan Friendship Hospital as the research subject. The General Information Questionnaire, Short Physical Performance Battery, Fatigue Scale-14, Barthel Index, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, and Mini-mental State Examination were used to evaluate patients for post-intensive care syndrome from cognitive, psychological, and physiological aspects 7 days after their transfer from the Intensive Care Unit. Binomial Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of post-intensive care syndrome in elderly patients. Results:Among 119 elderly patients, 84 developed post-intensive care syndrome, with an incidence of 70.6%. The binomial Logistic regression showed that women and high nutritional risk were risk factors for the occurrence of post-intensive care syndrome in elderly patients ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The incidence of post-intensive care syndrome is high in elderly patients during the transition period, with females and patients with high nutritional risk being prone to developing post-intensive care syndrome. Medical and nursing staff should pay attention to identifying gender differences, focus on high-risk populations, and dynamically evaluate different symptoms early on to provide precise interventions for elderly patients.

Objective To investigate the modeling elements of various types of animal models for acute liver injury, and to provide references and suggestions to establish and evaluate animal models of acute liver injury(ALI).Methods The animal experimental literature of ALI from 2002 to 2022 was searched in the databases of the China Knowledge Network,WanFang,Chongqing Vip(VIP),Chinese Medical Journal Full Text Data(Yiigle),and PubMed.The animal species, positive control drugs, modeling method, modeling drugs, and drug administration of the animal models of ALI in the literature were summarized. The result were analyzed using Excel,SPSS Modeler 18.0,and Cytoscape 3.8.2.Results A total of 896 articles were included in the databases. The most used animal models for ALI were male KM mice. The modeling method were mainly chemical liver injury, alcoholic liver injury,drug-related liver injury, and immune liver injury.①The corresponding main modeling method were intraperitoneal injection of 10 mL/kg of 0.1%CC14 in vegetable oil at 24 h before experiments,②gavage of 12.0 mL/kg of 50.0%~56.0%ethanol at 16 h before experiments,③intraperitoneal injection of 300 mg/kg APAP at 24 h before experiments,④tail vein injection of 20 mg/kg Con A at 8 h before experiments.Evaluation of the models was based on liver pathological indexes as the gold standard combined with biochemical indexes of serum ALT,AST,and SOD and MDA contents and activities in liver tissue homogenate as direct indicators. Conclusions Because the causes of ALI vary in clinical practice, the preparation of animal models of ALI should be based on the specific study content and characteristics, and the corresponding modeling method should be selected.
