Objective To provide the experiences with the application and perfection of Wechat public platform in class A hospitals by investing its application in domestic hospitals, especial in class A hospitals.Methods The mobile service provided on Wechat public platform and related problems in domestic hospitals were investigated by website survey.The general situation, menus, and functions of Wechat public platform in class A hospitals were described. Results Of the investigated 191 hospitals, 37 were class A hospitals and less than 4%of which opened their Wechat public platform.Conclusion The distribution of Wechat public platform is uneven in domestic hospitals.Importance is attached to the application of mobile service in hospitals of cosmetology, gynecology and ophthalmology.

Objective:To assess the prevalence of HIV primary drug resistance and drug resistance gene mutations among men who have sex with men (MSM).Methods:We searched eight electronic databases (CNKI,VIP,CBM,Wanfang Database,PubMed,Web of Knowledge,Springer,Medline) for the studies of HIV drug resistance relevant to MSM.Drug resistance and drug resistance mutations data were pooled and analyzed according to statistical test of homogeneity.Subgroups were further divided according to sample size,location,race,quality rating score,sampling time.Results:Forty-three studies were included in this Meta-analysis.The pooled rate of total to protease inhibitor (PI),nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor(NRTI) or non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) were 10.21％ (95％ CI 8.65％ to12.03％),2.98％ (95％ CI 2.25％ to 3.93％),4.05％ (95％ CI 3.14％ to 5.21％),4.42％ (95％ CI 3.31％ to 5.88％),respectively.The pooled rates of PI major mutation,PI secondary mutations,NRTI mutations and NNRTI mutations were 0.55％ (95％ CI 0.38％ to 0.80％),1.31％ (95％ CI 0.98％ to 1.75％),0.85％ (95％ CI 0.51％ to 1.40％),1.19％ (95％ CI 0.70％ to 2.01％),0.79％ (95％ CI 0.55％ to 1.13％),1.73％ (95％ CI 1.21％ to 2.46％),0.86％ (95％ CI 0.61％ to 1.21％),2.24％ (95％ CI 1.77％ to 2.83％),respectively.Sample size,region,and race were heterogeneous sources;the rate of resistance mutations and gene mutation rate were different in different subgroups.Conclusion:The prevalence of primary drug resistance among MSM was high in Americas and Europe,and it was gradually increased in Asia.We should pay attention to the high incidence of PI secondary mutations.

Objective To investigate the serum coxsackie virus B(CVB) infection and nitric oxide (NO)level of the patients suffer from latent or chronic Keshan disease and their characteristics in the etiopathology of Keshan disease. Methods Sera were isolated from 30 patients with latent or chronic Keshan disease in Huangling county.Shaanxi Province, and the CVB-specific IgM antibody and NO were tested. Control groups were health subjects in Huangling county or Xi'an city, Shaanxi Province. Results The percentage of CVB-specific IgM positive in patients in Huangling county was significantly higher than that of both control groups in Huangling county and Xi'an city (P＜0. 05). The serum level of NO in patients was significantly higher than that of the control group in Huangling county (P＜0.05) ,however,compared with control group in Xi'an city, there was no difference (P＞0.05). In CVB-specific IgM positive patients,the serum level of NO was significantly higher than that of CVB-specific IgM negative group(P＜0.05).Conclusion CVB infection and serum NO level might be related to the etiopathology and the development of Keshan disease.

Objective:To determine the contents of quercetin, kaempferol, total flavonoids and extracts in 52 samples of Lysimachiae Herba collected from different origins; To analyze the quality differences of Lysimachiae Herba among different producing areas. Methods:The quercetin and kaempferol contents of the Lysimachiae Herba from Guizhou Province, Sichuan Province and Chongqing were determined by HPLC, and the total flavonoids were determined by Symergy HTX microplate reader. Results:The total content of quercetin and kaempferol in 52 samples was among 0.146 2-2.517 0 mg/g, with an average content of 0.872 6 mg/g, among which the average content of Sichuan was 1.073 2 mg/g, that of Guizhou was 0.705 4 mg/g, and that of Chongqing was 0.865 1 mg/g. Among them, 20 samples reached the standard of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The average content of the samples that met the standard was 1.439 7 mg/g. The compliance rate of samples collected in Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing reached 12.5%, 62.5%, and 38.8% respectively. The total flavonoid content of 52 samples was among 0.994 2- 3.866 4 mg/g, and 52 samples were in conformity with the ethanol hot extract standard of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusions:The total contents of quercetin and kaempferol from different sources in Sichuan, Guizhou and Chongqing are quite different, and the total contents of quercetin and kaempferol collected from the same district and county are also quite different, and the compliance rate is low. There are great differences in total flavonoids in different producing areas and different populations of Lysimachiae Herba samples collected in the field.

Objective:To explore the effect of PSD-95 inhibitor ZL006 in neonatal rats with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage(HIBD) and its potential mechanism.Methods:The seven-day-old healthy Wistar rats( n=80) were randomly divided into control group( n=20), sham operation group( n=20) and operation group (HIBD model group, n=40). The operation group was randomly divided into ZL006, treatment group (intraperitoneal injection of ZL006, 10 mg/kg, n=20) and non-treatment group ( n=20). The neonatal rats of each group were randomly selected on the 1st and 7th day after operation, and the degree of cerebral infarction was observed by triphenyl tetrazolium chloride staining.The protein expression level of brain tissue in the injured area was examed by Western blot, and the effects of ZL006 on oxidative stress and antioxidant enzymes in rats with HIBD were evaluated by ELISA. Results:(1) On the first day after operation, the brain injury was the most serious in the non-treatment group, and the cerebral infarction decreased in the ZL006 treatment group.On the 7th day after operation, a little infarction could be seen in the operation group, but there was no significant difference among other three groups.(2)On the first day after operation, the expression of PSD-95 protein in the operation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and sham operation group( P<0.01). There was significant difference in the expression of PSD-95 protein between the ZL006 treatment group and the non-treatment group ( P<0.05). On the 7th day after operation, there was no significant difference in the expression of PSD-95 protein among three groups.(3)On the first day after operation, the expression of 4-hydroxynonenal in the operation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and sham operation group( P<0.01), and that in the non-treatment group was higher than that in the ZL006 treatment group ( P<0.05). On the 7th day after operation, there was no significant difference in the expression of 4-hydroxynonenal among three groups.(4) On the first day after operation, the expression of superoxide dismutase in the operation group was significantly lower than that in the control group and sham operation group( P<0.01), and that in the non-treatment group was lower than that in the ZL006 treatment group ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression level of superoxide dismutase among three groups on the 7th day after operation. Conclusion:It is suggested that PSD-95 may be involved in the early pathogenesis of HIBD, and ZL006 may have neuroprotective effect on HIBD in newborn rats.
