Objective To investigate the level of occupational burnout and mindfulness among undergraduate nursing in-terns, and to analyze their relationship. Methods For convenient sampling, 600 nursing students who belong to 4 colleges and universities of Henan were investigated using the general information questionnaire, the Chinese version of Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS). Results The scores of occupational burnout were as follow: the score of emotional exhaustion was (33.46 ± 9.31) points, the score of depersonalization was (14.26 ± 5.91) points, the score of low personal achievement was (17.58 ± 8.49) points, the score of mindfulness was (57.27 ± 13.41) points. Mindfulness had a significant negative effect on job burnout, emotional exhaustion and low personal achievement. Level of mindfulness, language violence and work overtime in-terns, and possible of clinical nursing work in the future were the main factors influencing job burnout, and three factors could explain 25.4％ of job burnout. Conclusions Mindfulness had a significant negative effect on job burnout. Nursing educators and administrators should improve the level of mindfulness of nursing students to reduce their job burnout.

Objective To investigate the state of the aging perceptions and quality of life in the elderly patients with hypertension in Kaifeng city and their relationship. Methods A total of 156 elderly patients with hypertension in Kaifeng city were investigated by using a general data questionnaire, Chinese version of the Aging Perceptions and SF-36 quality of life assessment scale. Results The scores of the aging perceptions were higher than the median. The score of negative control was the highest with (3.72 ± 0.47) points, and the score of emotion representation was the lowest with (2.59±0.65) points. The scores of physical function, role limitation due to physical health, bodily pain, general health perception, emotional function and mental health of the elderly patients with hypertension were significantly lower than that of normal population (t=-17.074--3.492, P<0.01). Pearson correlation analysis showed that positive control, positive outcome, and recognition were significant positively correlated with quality of life (r=0.221- 0.352, P<0.05); acute/chronic time, emotional representation and negative result were significant negatively correlated with quality of life were presented (r=-0.478--0.310, P<0.01);periodic time was significant negatively correlated with mental health status (r=-0.314, P<0.01). Conclusions There is a significant correlation between the aging perceptions and quality of life in elderly hypertensive patients in Kaifeng city. The quality of life was significantly lower than that of normal population in China, and it was affected by the aging perceptions.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the therapeutic effect of MHSP65-TCL on melanoma and its effect on the activity of the immunocytes.

METHODSMHSP65-TCL was prepared by mixing MHSP65 with TCL derived from B16 melanoma cell lysate by repeated freezing and thawing. The MHSP65-TCL vaccine was administered in mice bearing B16 melanoma, and the changes in melanoma growth was observed. To investigate the influence of TCL in MHSP65-TCL on the activity of the immunocytes, we co-cultured TCL and mouse spleen cells in vitro, and analyzed CD69 expression on the cells, cell apoptosis, and levels of IL-10 and IFN-γ in the cell culture supernatant.

RESULTSThe MHSP65-TCL vaccine showed an anti-melanoma effect in the tumor-bearing mice. In the in vitro experiment, TCL in MHSP65-TCL strongly stimulated the activation of mouse spleen cells while causing apoptosis in some of the immunocytes and promoting cellular IL-10 secretion, but not IFN-γ.

CONCLUSIONSMHSP65-TCL derived from B16 melanoma cells has an anti-melanoma effect mediated by the activation of immunocytes. TCL in MHSP65-TCL also has immunosuppressive effect on immunocytes possibly due to the presence of suppressive components in TCL, and identifying and eliminating these components may potentially improve the anti-tumor actovoty of MSHP65-TCL vaccine.

OBJECTIVETo analyze isofraxidin and its metabolites in rat plasma, bile, urine and feces after the oral administration of A. senticosus extracts.

METHODAfter the oral administration of 325 mg x kg(-1) of A. senticosus extracts, rat blood samples were collected at 1, 1.5, 2, 4, 6 h and bile samples were collected during 0-12 h. The above samples were prepared by SPE. Their urine and feces samples were collected during 0-12 h and 12-24 h. These samples were analyzed by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS and processed using Metabolynx XS.

RESULTM0 was detected in rat plasma, bile, urine and feces, isofraxidin glucuronide (M1) was detected in rat plasma and bile, which was first reported as the metabolite of isofraxidin.

CONCLUSIONIsofraxidin can be metabolized in the form of glucuronidation in vivo and evacuated in the form of isofraxidin.

OBJECTIVE: To study the microanatomy by endoscope-assisted via retrolabyrinthine approach. METHOD: Nineteen cadaveric heads fixed with formalin were dissected in our study. The data that endoscope could be extent and the distance between the important point were measured. By simulated the retrolabyrinthine approach, endoscope was placed to observe the nerves and vessels, the distance between nerves and the central point of the anterior edge of sigmoid sinus were measured. RESULT: The distance from the inferior margin of petrous ridge to the upper bound of endolymphatic sac was (9.93+/-1.52)mm; and from superior margin of petrous ridge to the inferior margin common bony crus was (4.64+/-0.91)mm;and from the intersection of posterior semicircular canal to the anterior wall of sigmoid was (7.85+/-1.47)mm on the left, and (5.69+/-1.68)mm on the right. The distance from inferior margin common bony crus to the anterior wall of sigmoid was (13.9+/-1.71)mm on the left, and (11.31+/-2.03)mm on the right. The trochlear nerve and abducent nerve could be observed under endoscope. The relationship between the trigeminal nerve, acoustic nerve and the vessels could be identified clearly. The distance from the central point of the anterior edge of sigmoid to the roots of the trigeminal nerve, facial nerve, vestibulocochlear nerve and glossopharyngeal nerve were (29.88+/-2.77) mm, (32.04+/-2.04) mm, (29.17+/-1.65) mm, (35.49+/-1.53) mm respectively. CONCLUSION The visual field of the cerebellopontine angle appear wider by the endoscope assisted retrolabyrinthine approach. Nerves, vessel, internal acoustic pore, jugular foramen region can be clearly seen. Some minimal invasive surgery can be done by this approach.

To further explore an efficient strategy for the construction of antitumor fluoroquinolone molecules from antibacterial fluoroquinolone drugs, twelve new title compounds, 1-ethyl-6-fluoro-7-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-3-(3-substituted-rhodanin-5-ylidene)methyl-quinolon-4(1H)-ones(6a-6l), was designed and synthesized with α, β-unsaturated ketone scaffold and a rhodanine ring as an isostere and fused modified group, respectively, from pefloxacin(1), and their structures were characterized by elemental analysis and spectral data. The in vitro anti-cell proliferative activity of the title compounds against the tested A549, Hep-3B and HL60 cancer cells exhibited more significant potency than parent 1. In particular, halogenated phenyl title compounds(6d, 6e, 6f)displayed a comparable activity to comparison doxorubicin against A549 cells and low cytotoxicity against normal Vero cells. Thus, a methylene rhodanine scaffold as a bioisostere of the C-3 carboxylic acid group have shown to be beneficial to improving the antitumor activity.

Objective:To investigate the effects of family integrated care(FICare) on positive feelings and readiness for hospital discharge among mothers of premature.Methods:From January to October 2021, a total of 100 premature infants were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU) of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, and their mothers were admitted to this program.They were divided into research group (52 cases) and control group (48 cases) randomly.The premature infants in the control group received NICU routine care during hospitalization, meanwhile the premature infants and the mothers in the research group were given FICare on the routine care during hospitalization.On the 2nd day of admission (before the intervention) and 1 day before discharge (after the intervention), the positive aspects of caregiver (PAC) and the readiness for hospital discharge scale (RHDS) were used to evaluate the positive feelings and readiness for discharge of premature infants' mothers in the two groups.The t-test of two independent samples was used for measurement data between the two groups, and the paired t-test was used for intra-group comparison by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.The comparison of enumeration data between the two groups was carried out by chi-square test. Results:There were no significant differences in the scores of PAC and discharge readiness (both P>0.05) between the two groups before intervention.After the intervention, the premature mothers' total score of PAC in the research group and control group were((32.00±2.79), (27.40±3.37)), the self-affirmation dimension were ((18.55±2.39), (16.10±1.77)), the life outlook dimension were( (13.45±1.93), (11.30±2.20)), and all the scores in the research group were higher than those of the control group (all P<0.05). The total scores of readiness for hospital discharge in the research group and control group were ((106.75±6.11), (100.40±10.41)), personal status dimension were ((26.92±2.37), (25.11±3.32)), adaptability dimension were ((43.50±2.70), (40.64±4.65)), and the anticipatory support dimension were ((36.33±2.16), (34.29±3.29)). The total scores and each dimensions of the mothers' readiness for hospital discharge in the research group were higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). After the intervention, the positive feeling total score and all dimensions score of the two groups of premature mothers were higher than before intervention (all P<0.05). After intervention, the total score of readiness for hospital discharge and the scores of all dimensions of premature mothers in the research group were higher than before intervention (all P<0.05). And there were no significant difference in the total scores of readiness for hospital discharge and other dimensions in the control group comparison before and after intervention(all P>0.05), except adaptability dimensions ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The findings suggest that FICare can improve the positive feelings of mothers of premature infants and hospital discharge readiness especially.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of GINA regimen and GINA regimen combined with oral Huaiqihuang granule in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods A ran-domized,single blind,multicenter,parallel controlled clinical trial wascarried out.A total of 1 128 patients with bronchial asthma in children were randomized into two groups.The observation group were treated with GINA regimen combined with oral Huaiqihuang granule.The GINA regimen treatment group was treated by GINA reg-imen.Clinical assessment and C-ACT scores was observed in first month,third month,sixth month after treat-ment.Clinical assessment included the times of upper respiratory tract infection occurrence,bronchitis and pneu-monia,asthmatic attacks,application of emergency medicine,hospitalizations due to asthmatic.Drug adverse effect in the two groups was compared.Results The times of upper respiratory tract infection,bronchitis and pneumonia,asthmatic was significantly decreased(P <0.05 ),and C-ACTscores were significantly higher(P <0.05)in the first month,the third month,and the sixth month after treatment.There were 16 cases of drug relat-ed adverse reactions.Seven cases were in observation group(n ﹦7)(1.15%)and 9 cases in the GINA regimen treatment group(n ﹦9)(1.73%).There was no significant difference of adverse effect between the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion The treatment of bronchial asthma in children with GINA regimen combined with oral Huaiqihuang granule can significantly reduce the incidence of respiratory infections and the number of asthmatic attacks dramatically and safely improve clinical curative effect,asthma control.
