China Pharmacy 2016;27(18):2461-2462,2463
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of adult pharmacy students in higher education on the teaching of professional courses in our school. METHODS:Questionnaire survey and Likert 5 point measurement method were used for the 2012-2014 grades of adult pharmacy students majoring pharmacy and drug management. RESULTS:Totally 260 questionnaires were sent out, and 236 were recyled with effective recovery of 90.8%. The average score of students for teaching attitude in professional courses was 3.58;the average score for teaching methods was 3.30;the average score for teaching ability satisfaction was 3.08;the aver-age satisfaction of students for teaching of professional courses was 78.98%;the average satisfaction of teaching attitudes, teaching methods and teaching abilities were 84.15%,78.13% and 76.65% respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The survey not only help estab-lishing a good interaction between students and teachers, promoting teaching and learing, but also play a role in monitoring and evaluating the teaching quality and effects of professional courses, which is conducive to promoting the process of teaching quality evaluation reform of adult higher learing.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2015;24(1):13-16
The 56th American Society of Hematology (ASH) annual meeting has reported 171 abstracts about hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) for treating lymphoma, including 102 autologous HSCT (auto-HSCT) and 69 allogeneic HSCT (allo-HSCT),which mainly covered clinical effects of HSCT on patients with relapse/refractory Hodgkin lymphoma and high risk, aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma,as well as the impact factors such as the best time for transplantation, improvement of conditioning regimen, applying target chemotherapy prior to transplantation, preventing graft-versus-host disease (GVHD),and predictors for transplantation outcome.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2011;27(7):589-590
Serum 25-(OH)D3concentration was determined in subjects with different types of obesity. The serum 25-(OH)D3levels in overweight or obese and central obese subjects were lower than that in non-obese subjects.(P<0.01). In a multiple linear regression analysis serum 25-(OH)D3was independently and negatively correlated with body mass index and waist circumference.

Objective To investigate the effects of valsartan on the expression of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) in rat glomerular mesangial cells incubated with high concentration of glucose. Methods We used high concentration glucose and valsartan to stimulate the cultured rat glomerular mesangial cells in vitro. The protein expressions of CTGF and the activation of P38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(P38 MAPK) and cAMP response element binding protein 1(CREB1) were tested by Western blot. CTGF and fibronectin(FN) mRNA were measured by reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The protein synthesis of lamanin (LN) and type IV collagen in the supernatants of the GMCs were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results Compared with low glucose control group, the expression of CTGF,p-P38 MAPK,p-CREB1,CTGF mRNA,FN mRNA,LN and type IV collagen in the supernatants were significantly increased in GMCs incubated with high concentration of glucose medium. The expression levels of CTGF,p-P38 MAPK,p-CREB1,CTGF mRNA and FN mRNA were significantlylower in the valsartan group than those in the high concentration glucose group. The concentrations of LN and type IV collagen in the supernatantsin the valsartan group were also lower than those in the high concentration glucose group. Conclusion Valsartan can inhibit expression of CTGF and ECM proteins in rat glomerular mesangial cells incubated with high concentration of glucose, partly by regulating the phosphorylation of P38 MAPK and CREB1.

Objective To investigate the influence of sulfated propylene glycol alginate(PSS) and its fractions on the immunoregulation. Methods The immunoregulation activity of PSS and its fractions were investigated by using immunocyte cultivation technique in vitro. The structure activity relationship was analysed on the basis of the structure studies of PSS' fractions. Results The experimental results showed that PSS could improve spleen cell proliferation, enhance macrophage phagocytic function and inhibit T-cell and B-cell proliferation. Conclusion PSS possessed significant immunoregulation effect, whilst the immunocompetence comparison of PSS' fractions proved that the different immunocytes had different requirements for saccharides length.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(06):-
Objective: Diffuse muscular calcification was rare myopathological change due to abnormal metabolism of calcium, which was mainly found in dermatomyositis and myositis ossificans progressiva. Here we reported a case of diffuse muscular calcification that clinically mimicked myositis ossificans progressiva. The disease might be a new type of congenital calcium metabolic disease. Methods:A 15-year-old girl developed subcutaneous cysts in the wrist and ankle when she was 1 year old. At the age of 9, she developed recurrent fever with myalgia, fatigue and diffuse muscular calcification. It was difficult for her to squat, run or walk. Protuberance presented in the subcutaneous tissue of her trunk. Some nodules ruptured with outflow of chalky material. ESR, ENA, RF, CRP, PTH, CK were in normal limits. EMG was unremarkable. X-ray confirmed diffuse calcification in the muscle and subcutaneous tissues. Biceps muscle biopsy was performed. Results:Numerous inflammatory cells infiltrated around vessels in the perimyosium with perifascicular muscle fiber atrophy and degeneration. Many RRF and SDH positive fibers were also observed. EM showed tubular reticular inclusions in vascular endothelium. Conclusion: Diffuse muscular calcification indicated existence of systemic calcium metabolic abnormality. As the clinical symptoms and distribution pattern of calcification were different from dermatomyositis with subcutaneous calcification and myositis ossificans progressiva, our case might be a new type of disease. The microvascular changes might result in the lesion of muscle fibers.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(01):-
Effects of Jinma Tongluo capsule (JTC) on the incidence of micronucleus of marrow cells in mice with Kunming species were reported. JTC intragastric dosages of 100 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg, 1600 mg/kg (equivalent to 3, 12 and 48 times of the clinical dosage respectively) were given to the mice.Twenty-four hours later the mice were executed and the marrow cells were examined. The incidence of micronucleus was 2.00‰, 1.83‰, 2.17‰ respectively. In the group of dosage of 1600 mg/kg, the incidence was maintained in the normal limits within 12~72h. And the differences were not significant as compared with the negative group and the solvent control group. It's indicated that ig total alkalin of Flos Daturae under 0.86 mg/kg has no effect on micronucleus of mice marrow cells.
