AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,luteoloside,baicalein,luteolin and rutin in Yinhuang Granules (Lonicerae japonicae Flos and Scutellariae Radix extracts).METHODS The analysis of 80％ methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic SunFire-C1scolumn (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile0.4％ phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 239 nm.RESULTS All the six constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges (r =0.999 9),whose average recoveries were 94.56％-98.38％ with the RSDs of 0.49％-2.89％.Among fourteen batches of samples,the luteoloside content was found to be of little difference,while the other five constituents' contents were of relatively great differences.CONCLUSION The qualities of Yinhuang Granules and Lonicerae japonicae Flos extracts from different manufacturers are uneven,so supervision should be strengthened.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin,berberine hydrochloride and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Xiaoer huadu powder.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.The separation was performed on Waters SunFireTM-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1％ phosphoric acid (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 238 nm,and column temperature was 25 ℃.The sample size was 10 μL.RESULTS:The linear ranges of paeoniflorin,berberine hydrochloride and ammonium glycyrrhizinate were 8.808-88.08 μg/mL(r=0.999 8),1.778-17.78 μg/mL(r=0.999 6),2.533-25.33 μg/mL(r=0.999 9),respectively.LOQ were 4.404,0.889,2.533 μg/mL;LOD were 1.101,0.445,1.267 μg/mL.RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2％.The recoveries were 95.08％-99.61％ (RSD=1.77％,n =9),96.93％-99.94％ (RSD=0.92％,n=9),98.33％-102.05％ (RSD=1.27％,n=9).CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin,berberine hydrochloride and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Xiaoer huadu powder.

Objective To develop the volume adjustable vegetable facilities and meet the demands of research on the growing technique of vegetables.Methods Three series of adjustable volume vegetable facilities were developed with light and ventilation module,growth module,cultivation tray module and measurement module.Telescopic structure was adopted in the facilities and the performance testing and characteristics analyses were carried out.Results The facilities could be adjusted at the height range of 250-700 mm.Three kinds of LED lights and replaceable cultivation tray and matrix were installed in the facilities.The parameters including water content,electric conductivity and temperature in the matrix,CO2 concentration in the atmosphere of facilities were monitored.The test results showed that the performances and the indexes of facilities met the subsequent experimental demands.Conclusion Light weight,small volume,and adjustable volume vegetable facilities were developed.The production efficiency of lettuce(12 plants/0.12 m2)grown in the facilities was 49.7 g(FW)plant-1.The development of facilities laid the foundation of construction of on-orbit vegetable facility.
