The hemodynamics of 49 scheduled patients during anesthesia and opration for mitral and aortic valve replacement were studied with the insertion of SwanGanz catheter and by the method of thermodilution technics.Pre-anesthesia CI and LVWI were in the nor mal range with abnormal MPAP, PCWP, PTRI and RVWI.Increase of RAP and decrease in MPA,PCWP, MAP, CI, LVWI and RVWI were observed during induction of anesthesia. The hemodynamic parameters returned to or exceded the pre-anesthesia values after trachcal intubation and sternotomy. The CI, MAP, MPAP, PCWP, LVWI and RVWI decreased signifi- cantly after insertion of aorta and vena cava catheter. The reduction of MPAP, P(IWP,PTRI and RVWI post-cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) were significant and persistent with no change of PVRI.The lower MAP,SVRI and deterioration of cardiac performance post-CPB indicate that the administeration of positive inotropir agents and restoration of hematocrit are nec essary as early as possible.

Objective: To determine the action site of propofol and hydroxybutyrate sodium relaxing mandibular muscles. Method: Eighty adult patients,ASA class Ⅰ or Ⅱ, were randomly divided into four groups (n=20),receiving intravenous propofol 1.5,3.0mg/kg or hydroxybutyrate sodium 50,80mg/kg, respectively. Train-of-four (TOF), double-burst stimulation (DBS), tetanic stimulation (TS)were applied to ulnar nerve-adductor pollicis or mandibular nerve masseter. Result: (1) After intravenous propofol and hydroxybutyrate sodium,T1 (first twitch height of TOF)and TOF ratio of addutor pollicis were kept unchanged. (2)After intravenous propofol ,T1 induced by stimulating mandibular nerve-masseter was similar to before administration and TOF,DBS and TS ratios were significantly increased; (3) after intravenous hydroxybutyrate sodium,TOF ratios of mandibular nerve-masseter remained stable, but T1, DBS and TS ratios significantly reduced. Conclusion:Neuromuscular transmission of ulnar nerve-addutor pollicis is not affected by propofol and hydroxybutyrate sodium. The action place of propofol relaxing the mandibular muscles is located in central nerve system. Hydroxybutyrate sodium blocks neuromuscular transmission of mandibular nerve-masseter.

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
The results of lysine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, and valine on kinetics of zinc absorption in rat ileurn using a two-compartment in situ perfusion model showed; 1. Phenylalanine can increase the zinc absorption micro-constants K21, K12, and K02, That is to say phenylalanine increases the a-mount of zinc from lumen to mucosa, from mucosa to lumen, and from mu-cosa to blood. Tyrosine and valine can increase the values of K21, so more zinc flows from lumen to mucosa; 2. The results of amino acids on the half times of zinc absorption showed that phenylalanine decreases both the half times of the fast phase and the slow phase, while valine decreases only the half time of the fast phase. Lysine and tyrosine have no effects on the half times of zinc absorption. The results of this study indicate that phenylalanine, tyrosine, and valine increase zinc absorption in the ileum of rat. The enhancing effects of amino acids on zinc absorption are related to the stability constants of zinc-amino acid chelators.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2016;40(1):30-32
The paper proposes and realizes a programmable wireless neural stimulation system which can be used as a solution of functional electrical stimulation to treat neural diseases. The system is composed of two parts: controller and neural stimulator. The controller can transmit pulse parameters to the stimulator wirelessly, and the stimulator can generate bidirectional pulses with charge balance. The simulator takes use of ADCs to sample on the bidirectional pulse output, which compared with preset amplitude to the DAC output voltage to realize the voltage calibration. Through the test, the whole system works stably and the output of the biphasic charge balanced circuit is definite. The stimulator output ranges from 0 to 5 V ajustably, and the frequency ranges from 1 Hz to 200 Hz ajustably, while the pulse width ranges from 500 μs to 1500 μs ajustably. The duration of the stimulation can be set from 10 s to 10 min.

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
Objective: To probe into the relation of nutritional status with serum lipids levels in children. Methods: The levels of serum lipids, dietary intakes and physical indices were investigated for 316 children aged 7~11 years in Beijing Chao Yang District. Results: 36.21% of energy was from fat. Of 60.1% children the daily intakes of cholesterol were equal to or more than 300 mg. The intakes of cholesterol were positively associated with TC and apoB levels. Energy percentage from carbohydrate was also positively related with HDL C level. On the other hand, the levels of TC, HDL C and apoAI in cholesterol high intake group were more than control group. The TC, TG, LDL C, apoB and Lp(a) levels in overweight/obese children were more than normal and underweight children, and the lipids levels increased with overweight degree. In boys the waist hip ratios were positively associated with TC, TG, LDL C and apoB levels, negatively with HDL C level. Conclusion: Overweight/obesity (especially abdominal obesity) and unreasonable diet were related closely with dyslipidemia in children. It could be used in early diagnosis for high risk children of dyslipidemia.

Objective To analyze the displacement of titanium clips for tumor bed localization after breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer and its influential factors. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the cone-beam computed tomography (CT) images of 14 patients with breast cancer who received radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery from April to October,2016.The relative position of the chest wall and the errors of the titanium clips in radiotherapy were measured.A Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of the displacement of titanium clips with the relative position of titanium clips, the breast volume, the vertical distance between the titanium clips and the tangential line of the chest wall, and the maximum thickness of the breast. Results The system errors of the chest wall in left-right,superior-inferior,and anterior-posterior directions were 4.42,3.44,and 5.13 mm,respectively, and the random errors were 3.55,3.07,and 4.54 mm,respectively. The titanium clips had a large displacement relative to the chest wall, mainly in the left-right direction. The maximum system error was 4.39 mm and the random error was 2.42 mm.The displacement of titanium clips was not significantly correlated with the breast volume and the maximum thickness of the breast (P>0.05).However,the relative position of titanium clips in superior-inferior direction was significantly correlated with the displacement of the lowest, the most lateral, the most anterior, and the most posterior titanium clips (P<0.05).As to the uppermost clips, there was a significant difference in displacement between the clips close to the chest wall and the clips far from the chest wall (P=0.02).Conclusions Due to large setup error and displacement of titanium clips during radiotherapy, simultaneous integrated boost is not suitable for patients with breast cancer who are immobilized by vacuum cushion and received radiotherapy. The unstable immobilization may be the major influential factor for the displacement of titanium clips.

Objective To analyze the precision and stability of optical surface imaging system for patients who received radiotherapy with active breath control. Methods Eighteen radiotherapy patients with lung metastasis were managed by active breath control (ABC).The difference error detected by optical surface imaging system and CBCT were defined as the precision of optical surface imaging system. The variation among the error of optical surface imaging positioning the value of correction of treatment position and the error detected by optical surface imaging again were defined as the stability of optical surface imaging system. Intrafractional errors were analyzed by optical surface imaging system through whole treatment process (including breath hold and free breath). Results The optical surface imaging system had precision (systematic (Σ) and random errors (σ)) of 1.78/3.42 mm 2.54/6.57 mm and 2.79/3.22 mm respectively and stability of2.12/2.54 mm 3. 09/4.02 mm and 1.37/3.55 mm respectively in lateral-medial superior-inferior and anterior-posterior directions. The intrafractional errors (Σ and σ) were 0.42/0.85 mm 0.41/1.47 mm and 0.41/1.47 mm respectively for breath hold duration and 4.76/4.16 mm 6.54/7.78 mm and 3.13/5.92 mm for free breath duration in lateral-medial superior-inferior and anterior-posterior directions. Conclusions As an effective method for validate breath hold;Optical surface imaging system can improve the precision and safety of active breath control. However, the factors that affect the accuracy and stability of the optical surface imaging system in patients undergoing radiotherapy with ABC are not clear;it cannot replace the CBCT for positioning verification.

Objective To study the effect of the reinforcing and reducing method of acupuncture reported in first Chapter the Nine Needles and Twelve Yuan of the Miraculous Pivot on interstitial fluid pressure (IFP) in subcutaneous tissue of minipig, and to investigate its biomechanical mechanism of regulating the interstitial fluid. Methods Nine healthy minipigs were randomly selected for reinforcing method (pull or press) and reducing method (wave a big pinhole), and tested on soft skin tissues of the abdomen. The IFP in the normal state (NS), the low volume (LV) state (by extracting interstitial fluid) and the high volume (HV) state (by injecting saline solution) was measured before and after acupuncture. Results In the normal state, pulling and pressing the needle could obviously increase IFP, while reducing method could significantly decrease IFP, leading to a rapid decrease in 5 min after acupuncture. In the LV state, pulling and pressing the needle could increase IFP. However, in 10 min after acupuncture, the descend rates of IFP were relatively slower. In the HV state, the reducing method could significantly decrease IFP, and the changing trend in 5 min after acupuncture was different from that of the control group. Conclusions The reinforcing and reducing method of acupuncture could increase or decrease IFP, which proved that the acupuncture method could regulate IFP in the opposite direction. The research findings provide a new scientific basis for using reinforcing and reducing method of acupuncture in clinic.
