China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
'Preventive treatment of diseases'and sub-health has become hot spots in today,s society, but the understanding of sub-health,non-disease and some related issues are fuzzy, even di erent in academia. The concept of sub-health,non-disease and some related concept are analyzed in this article, the di erences between them are expounded. It has great signi cance for better understanding the scienti c connotation of them.
3.Qi-blood of Twelve Meridians Beginning from Lung Channel of Hand Taiyin
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(12):-
The academic development of traditional Chinese medicine is of ancient origin and long development and a hundred schools of thought contend. But we still have some ambiguous academic issues. Many articles have discussed the circulating rules of twelve meridians, but rare articles have discussed in detail the issue of qi-blood circulation beginning from lung channel of hand taiyin. In this paper it has expounded the issue at this point through the four directions.
4.Conceptual genesis of nature, emotion and desire in the seven-emotions
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(04):-
The concept of seven emotions evolves dynamically around the concept of the nature, emotion and desire. This paper genetically expounds the literal origins of nature (Xing), emotion (Qing) and desire (Yu) and their connotations and inter-relationships.It also points out the roles that heart (Xin) and external material (Wu) play in the evolution of the concept of emotion, of which is significant to the understanding of the scientific connotation of the seven emotions in traditional Chinese medicine.
5.Headstream of seven emotions theory in TCM
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(08):-
With the modern medical model turning into biological- psychological-social medicine model, coupled with appearance of the concept of Chinese medicine psychology in the eighties twentieth century, more and more attention is paid to Chinese medicine seven emotions theory. As an important part of the cause of Chinese medicine, seven emotions, formation and development has a long historical evolution. From the perspective of the occurrence, this article describes in detail the formation and development process of Chinese medicine seven emotions theory. It has great significance in the better understanding of seven emotions theory contained in the scientific connotation.
6.Originolkogycal Analysis of Theory"Will Stored in the Kidney, Corresponding to Fear"
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2001;25(1):5-9
This paper aims to discuss that the origin of the concept “physique existing with spirit” is the starting point of the origino logical study of “will stored in the kidney, corresponding to fear”, the definition of “physique existing with spirit” factually is one of many detailed reflections of TCM returning and suing for peace to traditional culture, its originological basis lies in “knowing interior from exterior” and the observation to the life course of “birth, growth, strength, senior, death”; “will” has broad and narrow meanings, the one I'n Classics has the narrow meaning, I. E. , will and memory ; the origin of “will stored in the kidney” is based on the theory of “essence of life stored in the kidney”, which depending on “subject thinking” method grasping the relatin of will and action, meanwhile, the antiproof of treatment to amnesia can also be induced to the basis of “will stored in the kidney”; “fear” belongs to the kidney, the basis of the theory “kidney corresponding to fear” comes from the observation to the symptoms caused by too much fear, and the interpromoting relationship of feeling and will practice to the reasonable and scientific matching proof of kidney-fear.
7.Discussion on the Reflection of “Shengsheng”Theory in Huangdi Neijing and Its Edification of Modern Life Nurturing Science
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(4):389-391
[Objective]To study the meaning of“shengsheng”theory in traditional culture and its reflection in Huangdi Neijing, and elaborate its edification and importance of the life nurturing in modern life.[Methods]The literature retrieval, literature review and other research methods were used to sum up the connotation of“shengsheng”(natural growth). [Results]‘Shengsheng’has rich meanings, including change and variation, continuous reproduction in an endless succession, the unity of human and nature. The theory mainly reflects in Huangdi Neijing in the aspects as fol ows: take appropriate activities and exercises, nurture the life based on the individuals and the syndromes, consider people foremost, focus on the quality of life, conform to the laws of nature because of the correspondence between man and universe.[Conclusion]‘Shengsheng’theory has profound reflections on Huangdi Neijing’s life nurturing theory, and it has an important significance to the modern life nurturing science.
8.Evaluation on Recent Situation of Plant-polysaccharide Anti-tumor Research
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(02):-
The author makes summary and analysis on the recent situation of domestic plant-polysaccharide anti-tumor research, stating that our country must be further thorough in the plant-polysaccharide anti-tumor function mechanism research.
9.Causa Morbi and Mechanism of Insomnia
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(03):-
It expounds the knowledge of causa morbi and mechanism of insomnia, viewing that it is the result of complex reasons functioning to the body, its attack is to some extent related with individual constitution and characteristics, its mechanism is multiple too, the pathology shows deficiency, heat, sputum and stasis.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2007;12(4):434-439
AIM: To evaluate the correlation between in vitro release and in vivo absorption of aniracetam in conventional tablets and self-emulsifying drug delivery system (SEDDS), to investigate pharmacokinetics of aniracetam self-emulsifying drug delivery system and conventional tablets of aniracetam after oral administration to rats. METHODS: Dissolution behavior of these formulations was evaluated in vitro to assess the properties of dosage forms. And a new RP-HPLC method was developed for the in vivo quantitative determination of 4-p-anisamidobutyric acid (PABA), the active metabolite of aniracetam. To approach the in vitro-in vivo correlation, fraction absorbed in vivo (f) was calculated by Wagner-Nelson method, and then compared with in vitro released drug percentages (Q%). RESULTS: Aniracetam was released rapidly from SEDDS with 80%±4% of accumulation dissolution rate compared to that from conventional tablets at 15 min. The recovery of active metabolite of aniracetam was about 90%, and the intra-days and inter-day precision were within 4% and 6%, respectively. The AUC0-∞ value of aniracetam SEDDS was (11 168±2 395) ng·mL-1·h, which was about 3 folds greater than conventional tablets. The parameter MRT0-∞ of aniracetam SEDDS and conventional tablets were (2.7±0.6) h and (1.7±0.6) h, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The linear equation of in vitro-in vivo correlation for conventional tablets was obtained by regression as well. Whereas nonlinear correlation was obtained for aniracetam SEDDS, which fitted the quadric model very well and the correlation coefficient was 0.972. CONCLUSION: Aniracetam can be released faster from SEDDS than that from conventional tablets, and SEDDS improved the bioavailability of aniracetam significantly. The SEDDS composed by oil and compound surfactants which could enhance the absorption showed the expressing rate of dissolution, and those formed the o/w microemulsion with gastrointestinal liquid could absorb through lymphatic transport route.
