Objective To observe the influence of individual behavior intervention on emotion and quality of life of elderly females with stress urinary incontinence and provide guidance for health intervention.Methods 124 elderly females with stress urinary incontinence were selected.Individual behavior intervention was used,and after 1,3,6 months,the effect was evaluated by anxiety,depression,ICIQ -FLUTS,UDI -7,and SCL -90.Results After the individual behavior intervention,anxiety and depression scores became lower[anxiety scores:before intervention (59.16 ±6.12)points,1month (52.68 ±5.62)points,3months (48.28 ±5.32)points,6months (39.86 ± 4.27)points,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(F =298.69,P =0.000).Depres-sion scores:before intervention (59.16 ±6.12)points,1 month (52.68 ±5.62)points,3 months (48.28 ± 5.32)points,6 months (39.86 ±4.27)points,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups (F =252.10,P =0.000)].ICIQ -FLUTS and UDI -7 scores became less[ICIQ -FLUTS scores:before interven-tion (31.79 ±3.74)points,1 month (29.62 ±3.18)points,3 months (27.54 ±2.67)points,6 months (23.32 ± 2.16)points,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(F =161.15,P =0.000).UDI -7 scores:before intervention (19.29 ±1.76)points,1 month (16.09 ±1.48)points,3 months (14.32 ±1.37)points, 6 months (11.57 ±1.26)points,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(F =531.23, P =0.000)].There were significant differences in somatization,obsession,sensitivity of interpersonal relationship, depression,anxiety,hostility,fear,crankiness and psychotic diseases(somatization scores:F =18.933,P =0.000;obsession:F =5.153,P =0.000;sensitivity of interpersonal relationship:F =3.314,P =0.020;depression:F =9.306,P =0.000;anxiety:F =4.902,P =0.002;hostility:F =6.852,P =0.000;fear:F =7.782,P =0.000;cranki-ness:F =11.917,P =0.000;psychotic diseases:F =8.560,P =0.000).Conclusion After the individual behavior intervention,anxiety,depression,ICIQ -FLUTS,UDI -7,and scl -90 scores become lower.Individual behavior inter-vention has a positive effect on emotional states and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.

BACKGROUND: An important initial step in developing a tissue engineering artificial salivary gland organoid is to find an ideal scaffold. To find other new biomaterials should to be further studied.OBJECTIVE: To obtain an acellular matrix from tracheae of rabbits and SD rats, and to investigate its biocompatibility as a primary step toward developing a tissue engineering artificial salivary gland organoid.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A randomized controlled animal study, which was performed at the Key Laboratory of Transplantation Engineering and Immunology of Ministry of Health, West China Hospital of Sichuan University from February 2003 to May 2005.MATERIALS: A modified detergent and enzyme link extraction procedure was performed to remove cells from SD rats and rabbits tracheae. The histology, topography of inner-surface and biocompatibility were studied on both acellular tracheae.METHODS: Eighteen SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups. One group was planted acellular trachea of SD rats. Other group consisted of acellular trachea of rabbits. On the third generations, submandibular gland cells were inoculated on two acellular tracheae and cultured on PGA membrane; while, cells in the control group were inoculated on 12-well culture plate, and cell/scaffold complex was cultured at the same time.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The structure and topography of inner-surface of the acellular tracheae matrixes were observed both by light and scanning electron microscopy. The inflammatory response of the tissue around acellular tracheae implanted under the skin of cheek was evaluated at 1, 4, 12 weeks. The numbers of cells grown on the acellular tracheae and PGA film were counted at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 days. At 1, 3, 5, 7 days, the mean values of metabolic activity test and the amylase activities of supernatants of the cells/scaffold complexes were examined.RESULTS: The cells were completely removed from both tracheae. No evident inflammatory response was found in tissues around two kinds of acellular tracheae implanted under the skin of cheek. The number of submandibular gland cells (SSG) grown on the two kinds of naturally derived biomaterials was much more than grown on PGA (P<0.05). The mean values of metabolic activity test and the amylase activities of supernatants containing cell/acellular matrixes were much higher than that of cell/PGA (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The acelhilar tracheae matrixes made by our laboratory can be used as scaffold in the study of tissue engineering artificial salivary gland organoid.

Objective To evaluate the adaption,effectiveness,dose,complication of the treatment for cranio pharygiomas with gamma knife surgery.Methods Gamma knife surgery was performed in 41 patients.Patients with mixed solid and cystic tumors were treated with stereotaxic aspiration while six cases were treated with divergence surgery prior to gamma knife therapy.The central dose ranges from 17.1 ～40 Gy(29.6Gy in average).The patients were treated at 30%～50% equal dose curve with 6 ～14Gy of tumormargin dose(9.5Gy in average).The exposure dose of the optic nerve and optic tract is less than 10Gy.Results Of twenty-nine patients who were followed up from 6 to 100 months,sixteen had disappeared or decreased tumor,six had unchanged,two was performed craniotomy one year or three years after gamma knife surgery,and the remaining five were dead one year to three years.The tumor control rate was 75.9%(22/29).Conclusion The treatment of stereotaxic radiation with single and high dose is sensitive to most of the solid craniopharyngioma,and the treatment of stereotaxic resection combined with gamma knife surgery may be feasible for the recurrent mixed solid and cystic craniopharyngioma.

Objectives To investigate the clinical and pathological characters , treatment of patients with Angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma(AITL). Methods From 1997 to 2004, 14 patients with AITL were reviewed retrospectively in our hospital. Results The most common symptoms at the presentation included general lymphadenopathy. 9 patients had fever. 3 patients had autoimmune hemolytic anemia.The histopathologic characteristics of AITL was generalized as:the damage of normal structure of lymphonodus,the proliferation of immunoblastic cell and arborescent supervascularization. All immunophenotyping were T cell type.14 patients were with ProMACE-CytaBOM regimen.The overall response rate was 57% and CR 3 cases, PR 5 cases. Median survival times was 25 months. 2-year survival was 60 %. Conclusions The most cases with AITL runs an aggressive course.The disease may progress rapidly and have unfavorable prognosis. Therefore further studies are repuired to improve the outcome.

Objective To observe the incidence,clinical types,and prognosis of pulmonary involvement in children with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),and to probe the relationship between the relative factors.Methods The clinical data of 61 children with SLE,who treated in Children's Hospital of Shanghai from Jan.2006 to Dec.2011 were analyzed retrospectively.The lung manifestations of the patients were classified according to their clinical symptoms and signs,and lung imaging examination (chest X-ray and CT).Other data of the SLE patients with lung injury or without lung injury were collected,including the course of the disease,activity index [SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI) scoring 0-4 was divided into no activity,5-9 was divided into low activity,10-14 was divided into moderate activity,and more than 15 as severe activity],blood sedimentation,the values of serum complement and the positive rate of dsDNA in autoantibody,and a comparison was made and statistical analysis was performed.Results Pulmonary injury occurred in 17 cases with an incidence rate of 27.9％ (17/61 cases),and the average course of the disease was (8.76 ± 6.96) months.The clinical manifestations of 17 cases included fever,cough,dyspnea,hypoxemia,chest pain,lower breath sound,and lung rale,which were not non-specificity.According to imageological examination,in 17 cases there were 2 cases with pulmonary hypertension (the incidence rate was 11.8％),4 cases with acute lupus pneumonitis (the incidence rate was 23.5％),6 cases with interstitial pneumonia (the incidence rate was 35.3％),7 cases with lesion of pleura (the incidence rate was 41.2％),10 cases with pulmonary infection (the incidence rate was 58.8％).There were no statistical differences between patients with and without lung injury(infectious and non-infectious)in the course,the values of serumn complement,the positive rate of dsDNA and activity index.Lung lesions of the 17 patients recovered quickly after early diagnosis and active treatment.Conclusions Pulmonary manifestation in children with SLE is not uncommon,and it can happen at any stage of the disease,not just on the stage of lupus activity,but it usually indicates disease was not controlled.Pulmonary manifestation of SLE in children involve many parts of lung,including pulmonary parenchyma,interstitial,blood vessels,pleura,etc.Early diagnosis and active treatment can improve the short-term prognosis of lung injury with lupus,and long-term outcome remains to be observed.
