1.Progress of the relationship between vitamin D and allergy diseases
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(3):304-306
The prevalence of allergy diseases is increasing globally. Epidemiological surveies showed that the increased allergy prevalence rates followed the time trend of rickets prophylaxis in western countries. and vitamin D supplement increased the risk of allergy in early stage.Currently, most of investigators think that vltamin D deficiency may be one of the risk factors for allergy diseases.Laboratory investigations showed that vitamin D inhibited Th1、dendritic cell(DC)and Th2 cell proliferating, and keeped on epithelial suIfaces barrier tunction. However,no study has found generating of allergy disease is associated with vitamin D deftciency or excess.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(10):952-953
To study the pathogenesis of hearing loss in chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). To report one case with CML whose first sign was sudden unilateral hearing loss. Sudden hearing loss in CML was presented with dramatic high white blood cell count in peripheral blood. Some cases of sudden hearing loss in CML may be improved or even cured by leukapheresis and intrathecal chemotherapy. The proposed pathogenesis for deafness in leukemia is due to hyperleukocytosis, hyperviscosity syndrome, leukemic infiltration and the inner ear hemorrhage. In treatment, clinicians should quickly reduce the number of white blood cells to lighten the tumor burden. Intrathecal injection of MTX and plasmapheresis is commonly used.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(07):-
AIM:Recently it was found that loss of anterior chamber-associated immune deviation (ACAID) was associated with normal pregnancy in rabbits. The purpose of this study is to further investigate whether the same events occurred in nonhuman primates. METHODS:Mid-pregnant cynomolgus monkeys were randomly selected. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) or balanced salt solution was inoculated in anterior chamber of eyes of nonpregnant and mid-pregnant monkeys that were subsequently immunized with BSA in adjuvant and then skin was challenged for delayed-type hypersensitivity with BSA. RESULTS: Non-pregnant monkeys of intracameral BSA were able to acquire antigen-specific suppression of delayed-type hypersensitivity. By contrast, inoculation of BSA to anterior chamber of pregnant monkeys abolished the DTH-suppression effect. CONCLUSIONS: This is the first demonstration in primates that loss of anterior chamber-associated immune deviation occurred during normal pregnancy. The fluctuations of systemic hormone levels during normal pregnancy might influence local immunoregulation within the eye.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1997;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the changes in serum hyaluronic acid level at different periods of experimental piggyback liver transplantation and its significance. Methods Fifteen pairs of healthy pigs of both sexes weighing (28.3 + 5.0)kg undergoing liver transplantation were studied. The donor pigs were slightly smaller than the recipient pigs. The recipient pigs were premedicated with intramuscular ketamine 8mg kg-1 and atropine 0.02mg-kg-1 .Anesthesia was induced with propofol 2mg-kg-1 , fentanyl 0.002mg-kg-1 and vecuronium 0.1mg-kg-1 iv. After tracheal intubation the animals were mechanically ventilated. CVP line was placed via internal jugular vein. Carotid artery was cannulated for continuous BP monitoring. Anesthesia was maintained with iv propofol, fentanyl and vecuronium. Circulatory stability was maintained by infusion of crystalloid, colloid, plasma and whole blood of pig. Blood samples were taken from peripheral vein before operation (T0), pre-anhepatic phase (T1), anhepatic phase (T2) and neohepatic phase (T3) for determination of serum hyaluronic acid concentration by radioimmunoassay. At the same time liver function tests, ALT, AST, y-GT were also examined. Results The average time of liver transplantation was (343+74) min. SBP decreased by (23.51+5.87 ) mm Hg and DBF by (11.35+7.81) mm Hg after induction of anesthesia. Serurn hyaluronic acid level was 267ug-L-1 before operation (T0) and rose to 1743ug-L-1 at T1 , and 9530ug-L-1 at T2 (P

Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection 2012;32(4):412-415
Objective To study the difgerence between the IAEA code of practice TRS-Z77 and TRS-398 in the determination of the absorbed dose to water for high-energy photon beams using several cylindrical chambers. Methods For 6 different types of cylindrical chambers, the calibration factors ND,W,Q0 in terms of absorbed dose to water were calculated from the air exposure calibration factors N,,and were compared with the ND,W,Q0 measured in European standard laboratory. Accurate measurements were performed in Varian 6 MV photon beam using 6 cylindrical chambers according to TRS-277 and TRS-398.The beam quality correction factors kQ.Q0 as well as the water absorbed doses were compared. Results For the set of chambers, the difference between ND,W,Q0 computed from Nx and ND.-.Q0 obtained in European standard laboratory was 0.13% ~ 1.30%.The difference of beam quality correction factors for TRS-277 and TRS-398 was 0.09% ~0.45%.The distinction of the water absorbed doses obtained according to the two different protocols was 0.27% ~ 1.40%,and was primarily due to their different calibration factors. Conclusions The discrepancy in absorbed doses determined according to two protocols using different cylindrical chambers is clinically acceptable.However,TRS-398 allows a more convenient localization of chambers, provides a more simple formulation, and offers the reduced uncertainty in the dosimetry of radiotherapy beams.
