1.Effects of hydrogen peroxide on cell membrane ion channels

The H2O2 has been shown to have comprahensive actions on various ion channels of cell membrane. But it has different effects on different tissues. H2O2-induced a dose dependent decreasing L- type Ca2+ current on cultrued Lymnaea neurons. In sheep cardiac SR, H2O2 plays an important role in regulating directly on RyR Ca2+-release channel that caused an increasing of P0, but it was no effects on conductance. It indicated that H2O2-induced different activities on KCa channel with different tissues. In guinea pig ventricular myocytes, H2O2-induced increase in KATP channels. There are few data on the effects of H2O2 on whole cell Na+ currents and single Na+ channels.
2.Targeted monitor and comprehensive intervention of multidrug-resistant organism infection in a general hospital

Objective To evaluate the occurrence of multidrug-resistant organism (MDRO)infection in a general hospital,and take effective comprehensive intervention measures,so as to reduce MDRO infection.Methods Targeted monitoring on MDROs was performed from October 2012 to December 2013,comprehensive intervention measures were conducted,the occurrence of MDRO infection before and after intervention was compared.Results A total of 62 384 pa-tients were investigated,17.91%(n=11 176)were sent specimens for pathogen culture,606 times of culture for patients’ specimens were detected MDROs,292(0.47%)cases were MDRO healthcare-associated infection(HAI),314 were com-munity-acquired infection or colonization.MDRO infection case rate decreased from 0.65%(75/11 603)before intervention to 0.26%(36/13 875)after intervention (χ2 =21.08,P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention measures can effectively reduce the occurrence of MDRO HAI.

4.Resolution of DL-Phenylalanine by Papain and Immobilized Papain

In order to separate chiral D-phenylalanine from L-phenylalanine,the enzyme catalytic method by papain and immobilized papain were used in this investigation.It indicated that the yield rate of N-acetyl-DL-phenylalanine synthesized from DL-phenylalanine was 88.7%.The ionic strength was the strongest influencing factor in the synthesis of N-acetyl-L-phenylalanylaniline by both papain and immobilized papain on sodium alginate-ehitosan(IPSAC).But the reaction temperature was the strongest influencing factor in the synthesis by immobilized papain on nylon cloth(IPN).The ionic strength and the pH were the important influencing factors in the synthesis.The yield rates of the best synthesis system of N-acetyl-L-phenylalanylaniline by papain,IPSAC,IPN were 61.2%,54.7%,36.3%,respectively.The yield rate of L-phenylalanine from N-acetyl-L-phenylalanylaniline hydrolyzation was 59.2%.The optical purity of the product was 96.6%.The vield rate of D-phenylalanine from N-acetyl-D-phenylalanine hydrolyzation was 61.7%.The optical purity was 95.7%.
