[Objective]Discussion on TCM name and pathogenesis of hypertension. [Method]To further explore and analyze the TCM name, location as wel as pathogenssis of hypertension after learning“Neijing”. [Result]Hypertension corresponding TCM diseases should be the veins bulge from“Neijing”. The location of the disease is heart,while it relates to internal organs. The main pathogenesis is that heart commanding blood abnormality. [Conclusion ]The traditional classical dialectical mode from the liver treatment of hypertension should be changed,the clinical treatment of hypertension is due to the heart according to the theory of pathogenesis which the heart commands blood vessels.Seeking the key reason is important to differential treatment of hypertension.

In this paper,the low rate of commercial of biomedical engineering scientific achievements transfer in military universities was discussed in detail.The main problems were analyzed.The commercial strategies of biomedical engineering scientific achievements transfer inmilitary universities were propound.

Objective To develop a portable acoustic output measurement system in order to satisfy the requirements of military itinerant inspection. Methods A hydrophone was used as energy converting equipment to collect wave of acoustic pressure in the field of ultrasound. Through some calculations using approximated formulas, a serious of acoustic output parameters were achieved. Results Main acoustic output parameters could be measured with permitted error. Conclusion This method is feasible, which can make up for the defects of current measurement.

Objective: In order to understand temporal and spatial distributions of alternating electromagnetic field (AEMF) of a coil thoroughly, the 3-D finite-element models of this kind of Biomagnetic Fields are established and analyzed for the research on bioeffect of magnetic field on microcirculation. Methods: Designing CAD models, setting boundary conditions, meshing models and obtaining numerical solutions were completed all within Comsol Multiphysics in terms of the theory of electromagnetic field. Results: Axial and radial plot of spatial attenuation rate of the AEMF, which were accordance with measured data, were simulated while the temporal and spatial distributions of AEMF were acquired. Conclusion: Models of 3-D finite-element of this kind of biomagnetic fields which appeared to exactly simulate the real magnetic field were first established systematically, and solved the placing problem of magnetic fields for the research on bioeffect of magnetic field on microcirculation and provided platforms for the simulation of hemodynamic of blood flow in the magnetic field.

Objective To develop a ribbed,oxygen-enriched and inflatable tent to fulfill the requirements for mobile enriched oxygen supply under plateau conditions.Methods The tent was developed with ribbed skeleton,PVC material,nested structure,buffer door,channel for fresh air dispersion,exhaust recovery pipeline and etc,and the self-developed plateau oxygen enrichers were involved in to establish a mobile oxygen-enriched room.The enrichers were divided into four grades of 20,50,70 and 100 m3/h,which were used to execute 8-h oxygen-enriched fresh air dispersion in the tent.The change curves of the fractions for oxygen and carbon dioxide were compared and analyzed at 5 disperse points in the tent.Results Optimal effect was acquired with 20 m3/h oxygen enricher,the oxygen concentration reached 27％ in the tent after 8-h dispersion,while the carbon dioxide fraction was 1 800 ppm (1 ppm=l×l0-6) and it took 3-h to raise oxygen concentration to 25％.Conclusion The tent combined with 20 m3/h oxygen enricher decreases the equivalent altitude from 5 000 m to less than 3 000 m,and is hopeful to be spreaded in the plateau troops after improvement.

The factors for the undergraduate thesis design in biomedical engineering specialty were analyzed from the as-pects of tutor, student and administration, and some suggestions were proposed accordingly to enhance the undergraduate thesis design in biomedical engineering specialty.

Objective To design a test phantom for clinical routine quality control of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).Methods The commonly used phantom such as Magphan SMR170 and Victoreen 76-903 were used for experiments with the same parameters,and the test data of all the modules were compared.The advantages and disadvantages of all the modules were analyzed,and an optimization scheme was proposed accordingly.Results The phantom could be applied to the detection of high-image-quality MRI machine,and solved the problems in positioning,size matching and etc.Conclusion The new phantom meets the demand of magnetic resonance imaging clinical routine testing,and provides a certain reference for phantom optimization design.

English for science and technology (EST) is the language medium for academic communication among scientists and technologists. The expression of EST is characterized by concise-ness, correctness, objectiveness and understandability. The EST course is regarded as a key process for the undergraduate students to reinforce the English foundation and improve the capacity of English application after their College English study. In this paper, the authors introduced an interest-motivated, output-dominated, snowballing and interactive teaching strategy, according to the accumulated experi-ence of EST teaching in the past few years coupled with the unique medicine-engineering combined characteristics for the major of biomedical engineering.

The effects of the pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) of different intensity on bone mineral density (BMD) and biomechanical properties of rabbits' femur had been studied. Twenty-seven female white big ear rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. The magnetic groups were fed in 15 Hz PEMFs, which pulse duration was set to be 5 ms (6 h x d(-1)), the magnetic intensity was 10 x 10(-4) T and the other was 20 x 10(-4) T. Control group were just fed in coils, and the instrument of PEMFs was powered off. After six weeks, by examine BMD and biomechanical properties of the rabbits' femur, the effects of these PEMFs were studied. Compared with control group, the values of BMD, maximum load and structural rigidity of magnetic group were significantly increased (P < 0.05). In addition, there was significant increase in values of BMD and structural rigidity in group 10 x 10(-4) T in comparison with group 20 x 10(-4) T (P < 0.05). PEMFs is effective in improving BMD and biomechanical properties. The experiment indicated that there was evident "window-effect" during the treatment by PEMFs. It is favorable to the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis.

Objective :To explore therapeutic effect of emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) combined ticagrelor on patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI ) and its influence on level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)—α.Methods : A total of 98 patients with acute STEMI treated in our hospital from Jan 2016 to Jan 2017 were selected .Patients were randomly and equally divided into clopidogrel group and ticagrelor group , each group received corresponding medication before PCI .LVEF ,LVEDd ,TNF—α level before and one month after treatment and TIMI grade before and after PCI ,recanalization time ,postoperative corrected TIMI frame (CTFC) , percentages of thrombus aspiration ,auxiliary IABP and no—reflow ,and incidence of adverse events during six—month follow—up after PCI were observed and compared between two groups .Results : Compared with before PCI and treatment ,there were significant rise in LVEF on one month after treatment and TIMI grade after PCI ,and signifi—cant reductions in LVEDd and TNF—α level in two groups on one month after treatment , P＝0.001 all.Compared with clopidogrel group on one month after treatment ,there was significant rise in LVEF [ (49.80 ± 4.17 )% vs. (57.32 ± 5.10)%] ,and significant reductions in LVEDd [ (57. 94 ± 4. 70) mm vs .(47.11 ± 3.49) mm] ,TNF—α level [ (17. 82 ± 2.84) pg／ml vs .(8.40 ± 2. 04 ) pg／ml] and postoperative percentage of no—reflow (24.44% vs. 4.44%) in ticagrelor group , P＜0. 01 all ,there were no significant difference in other operative related indexes be—tween two groups , P＞0.05 all.After six—month follow—up ,incidence rate of composite endpoint events in ticagrelor group was significantly lower than that of clopidogrel group (11. 11% vs.31. 11%) , P＝0.021 ,there were no sig—nificant difference in percentages of in—stent thrombus ,infarct related artery revascularization and recurrent unsta—ble angina pectoris between two groups , P＞0.05 all .Conclusion : Short—term therapeutic effect of emergency PCI combined ticagrelor is significant .It can significantly improve prognosis ,which is worth extending .
