Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of dragon's blood combined with optothermal exposure in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods 477 cases with cervical erosion were divided into two groups randomly which are 277 cases of the intervention group and 200 cases of the control group. The control group was treated with simplicity light-heat therapies and the intervention group was treated with dragon's blood oral,4 tablets each time ,3 times daily combined with optothermal exposure. The clinical outcome of two therapies were observed and compared. Results Control group :261 cases were cured(94. 3%), 11 cases were improved(3.9%) and 5 cases in vain (1.8%) The curative and total effective rate of the intervention and control group were 94. 3% and 75.0% ,98.2%and 92. 9%, respectively. The effective rate, and the vaginal secretion time and volume after operation have statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The dragons invigorate blood and exhaust silt, convergent hemostatic, acetanilide detumescence, boils. Combined appicration of light-heat illuminate good curative effect, adverse reaction rate ,less in the treatment of cervical erosion.

Objective Analyzes the grouping effect and its influencing factors under DRG payment, provides reference for the reform of DRG payment. Methods Evaluates the effectiveness of DRG grouping using Coefficient of Variation(CV)and Reduction in Variance;using Value of Structure of Variation and Degree of Structure Variation, analyzes hospitalization costs structure changes of different DRG groups, and calculates the degree of correlation between average hospitalization costs through grey relational analysis;using non parametric tests and multiple regression to analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization cost. Results DRG grouping effect was not good,inter-group heterogeneity was not obvious;the structure of hospitalization expenses is unreasonable, and the proportion of consumables expenses is too high, ranking first in the grey correlation degree of hospitalization expenses, comprehensive medical service fees and treatment fees rank third and fifth respectively;the main factors affecting hospitalization costs are treatment methods, length of stay, presence of complications, and first hospitalization, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion More grouping nodes or higher CV value standards should be added to enhance the grouping effect of gastric cancer DRG;optimize the structure of hospitalization costs to reflect the labor and technical value of medical personnel;strengthen internal management and control the unreasonable use of drugs and consumables.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B 2024;14(2):579-601
Lipid nanovehicles are currently the most advanced vehicles used for RNA delivery, as demonstrated by the approval of patisiran for amyloidosis therapy in 2018. To illuminate the unique superiority of lipid nanovehicles in RNA delivery, in this review, we first introduce various RNA therapeutics, describe systemic delivery barriers, and explain the lipid components and methods used for lipid nanovehicle preparation. Then, we emphasize crucial advances in lipid nanovehicle design for overcoming barriers to systemic RNA delivery. Finally, the current status and challenges of lipid nanovehicle-based RNA therapeutics in clinical applications are also discussed. Our objective is to provide a comprehensive overview showing how to utilize lipid nanovehicles to overcome multiple barriers to systemic RNA delivery, inspiring the development of more high-performance RNA lipid nanovesicles in the future.
