Small for gestational age ( SGA ),one of the major adverse pregnancy outcomes, significantly increases the risk of perinatal death and metabolic diseases in adulthood. It is of great significance to strengthen early surveillance and intervention for SGA prevention. Dyslipidemia during pregnancy, as a common metabolic disorder, has been considered to correlate with the increased risk of SGA; however, the epidemiological evidence is still controversial. We have systematically reviewed the recent studies related to the association between serum lipid level during pregnancy and the risk of SGA, so as to provide reference for prevention and intervention of SGA.

Minor stroke is characterized by the mild symptom and rapid recovery, and does not easily cause disability, but a part of patients with minor stroke are the high risk population of recurrent stroke, and can cause disability, cognitive impairment, and emotional disorders.Early prediction of the prognosis in patients with minor stroke, screening for the high risk population of recurrent stroke and disability, and giving appropriate treatment may prevent recurrent stroke and improve the prognosis of patients. This article reviews the predictors of prognosis in patients with minor stroke.

ObjectiveTo study the differentiation of adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs) into cardiomyocytes in vitro. MethodsADMSCs were isolated and purified by the method of digesting and adhering to the culture plastis. The third generation of cells were determined with immunocytochemistry method and induced by 5-aza. On the 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th day after being induced, the surface antigen of myoblast cell and cardiac myocyte were determined, the expression of gene of GATA4 and Nkx2.5 were tested, and the content of atrial natriuretic polypeptide (ANP) assayed. ResultsImmunocytochemical staining showed CD44, CD13, CD105 positive, CD45, CD34, HLA-DR, factor Ⅷ negative. After being induced by 5-aza, the direction of cell arraying was gradually similar. The cells were stained positively for Desmin, α-Sarcomeric Actin, myosin heavy chain and Troponin T. The cells express GATA4 and Nkx2.5 and secrete ANP. ConclusionThere was mesenchymal stem cells in human adipose tissue. 5-aza may induce ADMSCs to differentiate into cardiomyocytes in vitro.

Objective To explore the effects of early interventions on growth associated protein-43(GAP-43) and neuron apoptosis in brain of neonatal rats. Methods According to matched-pairs design,30 rats from the same materal rats were divided into two groups:intervention group and control group randomly. The intervention group received the neonatal handling for 14 d and then were kept in an enriched environment for another 14 d.The expression of GAP-43 and the number of neurons apoptosis were detected by immunohistochemistry and TUNEL staining respectively in forehead cortex and hippocampus of rats. The brain functional outcomes of rats were evaluated by water-maze test. Results In prefrontal cortex and hippocampus, the level of GAP-43 immuno-positive response in intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group(P

With the deepening of research in recent years, tumor metabolic reprogramming has gradually become the focus of research, and targeting tumor cell metabolism has also become a new means of tumor therapy. The metabolic process affects almost all the physiological processes of the organism, and lipid metabolism is an important part of the metabolic process. Studies have shown that changes in lipid uptake, storage and fatty acid synthesis and decomposition have occurred in a variety of tumors. Abnormal lipid metabolism will promote the rapid proliferation of tumors. Abnormal expression of a variety of key metabolic enzymes in the process of lipid metabolism is the key to tumor progression. The purpose of this paper is to explain the metabolic regulation of lipid metabolism and related metabolic enzymes in hematological tumors, and to provide ideas for the treatment of hematological tumors.

OBJECTIVETo study on the original meanings of "reinforcement can be achieved by slow-yet-rapid needling, and rapid-yet-slow needling weakens evil-qi", one of important bases of reinforcing-reducing in acupuncture.
METHODSUsing the principle of knowledge archaeology and through structure an d through structure analysis on the subjects described by "slow" and "rapid" and the papers appearing the words, the meanings of this sentence are re-discriminated.
CONCLUSION"Slow-rapid" prescribed in the reinforcing-reducing needling method in Huangdi's Internal Classic includes 3 subjects: pulse condition, needle-retained time, and velocity of withdrawing the needle. The "slow-rapid" in "reinforcement can be achieved by slow-yet-rapid needling, and rapid-yet-slow needling weakens evil-qi" should be pulse condition, but was not needling method, which means that the pulse changes from slow to rapid, marked by transformation of channels from deficiency to excess; the transform of the pulse from rapid to slow means that the channel transforms from excess to deficiency.
