With the development of immunoassay and sensing technologies and the solid waste compost technologies being paid more and more attention, the method of immunosensor can’t be interfered by some interference factors of the commonly used analytical methods,it is of great significance to apply the immunosensor technologies in monitoring, and real-time,online measurement during compost process. The working mechanism and classification of immunosensor are briefly introduced, and the components of the complex compost system are divided into solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase. The development and application of immunosensor in compost is introduced. The latest progress in immunosensor for determination of trace toxicants is reviewed. The application of immunosensor in environmental monitoring and its future development are also discussed.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2001;22(1):39-41
Objective an experimental animal model of acute myoc ardial infarction (ANI) was established by opening chest and ligation of the left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery. Methods a total of 20 rabbits were opened chest and ligated LAD under sterilization. Electrocardiogram (ECG) and myocardial-enzymes in blood serum were investigated. Results ECG of all rabbi t s showed normal before operation. Irmediately after and 1/2 hour after ligation , ST-segment elevated and ECG showed ambulatory changes for 7 and 9 rabbits respectively. Two hours after LAD ligation, the change of ECG for 2 rabbits wa s not typical and 2 of them died during experiment. Four weeks after operation, E CG of 18 rabbits showed the chest leads had pathologic Q waves. Twenty-four ho urs after LAD ligation, AST, LDH, LDH-1, CK and CK-MB in blood serum were significantly increased. There was significant difference compared with before operation (except LDH) (P<0. 0l). Conclusions:The method was sim ple and well repeated. The formation of myocardial infarction was reliable and rabbits were maintained for a long time after operation. It provides a valuable animal mode l for the experiment study of coronary heart disease.

Objective To report 1 case with renal immunoglobulin light and heavy chain deposited disease (IgG-κ light chain and γ1 heavy chain). Methods The clinical manifestations, serum immunofixation electrophoresis, light and heavy chain abnormalities of blood and urine, bone marrow biopsy and renal biopsy data laboratory data were recorded and analyzed. Results A 63-year-old woman presented with massive proteinuria, microscopic hematuria, hypertension, anemia and serum IgG-κ light chain.Bone marrow aspirate revealed 4% plasma cells.Renal biopsy revealed nodular glomerulopathy with congo red staining-negative.Immunofluorescence showed that κ light chain and IgG1 (γ1 heavy chain) were deposited along the glomerular basement membranes (GBM) and tubular basement membranes (TBM).Electron-microscopy revealed electrondense deposits that delineate the outer aspect of TBM and endothelial aspect of GBM.Conclusion The diagnosis of renal immunoglobulin light and heavy chain deposited disease (IgG-κ light chain and γ1 heavy chain) should be addressed combine with clinical and is pathology, especially with immune pathological examination.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluation of the efficacy and safety of azithromycin in the treatment of acute infections METHODS:A randomized controlled multicenter clinical study was used to compare the clinical efficacy of azithromycin(200mg q d for 3~5 days) with erythromycin(500mg b i d for 5 days) RESULTS:The cure rate, effective rate, and bacterial clearance rate were 76 7%,95 0%,and 94 3% respectively for azithromycin group and were 48 3%,76 7%,and 77 4% respectively for erythromycin group with a side-effect incidence of 10 0% for azithromycin group and 39 3% for erythromycin group CONCLUSION:Azithromycin is superior to erythromycin in clinical efficacy, safety and side-effect incidence
