1.Assessments of correlativity about coronary artery endothelial function and brachial artery endothelial function
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1993;0(03):-
0.05).Both of them had a linear correlativity, correlative coefficient closed to 1.Conclusions Coronary artery endothelial function and brachial artery endothelial function had a high linear correlativity.
2.STUDY ON THE LEFT VENTRICULAR DIASTOLIC FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH MILD AND MODERATE HYPERTENSION
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
To evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function with Doppler and 2D echocardiography in patients with mild and moderate hypertension. 202 patients with hypertension were involved in this study. The parameters of Doppler and 2D echocardiography were compared with clinical materials of the patients. The results of this study showed that age, diabetes, left ventricle hypertrophy and duration of hypertension were related to the left ventricular diastolic function, whereas hyperlipidmia, smoking and alcohol drink had less effect on left diastolic function. The results of this study suggested that there were diastolic dysfunction in patients with hypertension, and Doppler and 2D echocardiography could be used to detect left ventricular diastolic function.
3.Assessment of cardiac function in myocardial infarction patients with coronary revascularization by Doppler tissue imaging

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2003;0(05):-
Objective To assess the changes of the cardiac function of the patients with myocardial infarction(MI) after the coronary revascularization(CRV) by 2D echocardiography and Doppler tissue imaging(DTI).The effects of CRV on cardiac function were explored. Methods The global and regional wall functions were quantitatively analyzed in 49 patients with MI by 2D echocardiography and DTI(Aspen imaging systems). Results The regional function was improved prior to the global function in patients with MI after successful CRV.Conclusions CRV is one of the important factors for the cardiac function improvement in patients with MI.
5.Comparison dominant eye and anisometropia by Worth 4 dot test and hole-in-the-card test
International Eye Science 2014;(8):1476-1477
ATM: To investigate the relationship between the oculus dominans and the eye with higher diopter among myopes, and to study the difference between the Worth 4 dot test and hole-in-the-card test.
METHODS: Totally 125 cases were divided into two groups as physiogenic anisometropic group and pathological anisomitropic group according to the degree of binoculus anisometropy. Worth 4 dot test and hole-in-the-card test were used to distinguish oculus dominans respectively based on medical optometry.
RESULTS: In physiogenic anisometropic group, the oculus dominans and the eye with higher diopter among myopes had significant relationship by hole-in-the-card test (Z = -4. 057, P<0. 01) and Worth 4 dot test (Z=-3. 558, P<0. 01). However, in pathological group, No statistical significance was between two tests (P>0. 05); distinguish the oculus dominans had no statistically significant difference between the Worth 4 dot test and hole-in-the-card test (n=125, P>0. 05).
CONCLUSION:The oculus dominans is determined by gene or formed during juvenile period, then myopia anisometropic may affect the choice of that. The Worth 4 dot test has some reference significance for observing oculus dominans.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(10):1893-1897
Valeriana jatamansi (syn. V. wallichii), a traditional Chinese medicine recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia (1977 and 2010 edition), has been used for treatment of a variety of conditions including sleep problems, obesity, nervous disorders, epilepsy, insanity, snake poisoning, eye trouble, and skin diseases. Also, it was used as an important substitute for the European V. officinalis, whose root preparation, popularly known as valerian, has been employed as a mild sedative for a long time. In recent years, much attention has been draw to the iridoids, one of the major bioactive constituents of V. jatamansi, leading to the discovery of a series of new iridoids with anti-tumor and neuroprotective activities. Their action machnism also has been discussed. This paper summerized the iridoids and their bioactivities from V. jatamansi in recent years, which could provide basic foundation for development and research of V. jatamansi.
