Based on vector auto-regression (VAR) model, this paper takes advantage of Granger causality test, variance decomposition and impulse response analysis techniques to carry out a comprehensive study of the factors influencing the price of Chinese herbal, including herbal cultivation costs, acreage, natural disasters, the residents' needs and inflation. The study found that there is Granger causality relationship between inflation and herbal prices, cultivation costs and herbal prices. And in the total variance analysis of Chinese herbal and medicine price index, the largest contribution to it is from its own fluctuations, followed by the cultivation costs and inflation.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of using polytetraflouroethylene (e-PTFE) tube with self-Schwann cells implanted to repair facial nerve defect.

METHODSEnzymatic digest method was used to get pure Schwann cells in short time. The e-PTFE membrane tube was used to bridge the 1.0 cm defect of facial nerve and pure self-Schwann cells were injected into the tube. As control group, the e-PTFE tube without self-Schwann cells was used in the same way. Electric physiological and histological examinations were taken in different times.

RESULTSThe effect of nerve regeneration of the experimental group was better than control group at any time. The nerve conduction velocity of the experimental group was 29.70 m/s in the 16th week, while the control groups was 23.00 m/s respectively at the same time.

CONCLUSIONIt is possible to obtain sufficient active Schwann cells by enzymatic digest method. Using e-PTFE tube to bridge the defect of facial nerve with self-Schwann cells implanted can get effect of nerve regeneration.

Objective:To improve the teaching quality of in-service clinical pharmacist training. Methods:According to the traits of in-service pharmacists and teaching methods, combined with problem-based learning ( PBL), peer-led team learning(PLTL) and lecture-based learning ( LBL) , a standard teaching mode for in-service clinical pharmacists was explored and established. Results:The teaching mode could not only improve the study enthusiasm of students, but also let them master the study methods, and team co-operation consciousness was strengthened. Conclusion:An integrated teaching mode of LBL, PBL and PLTL has a good teaching effect on clinical pharmacist training.

Pancreatic neuroendoerine tumors (PNET) is a complicated and heterogeneous group of neoplasia,and the incidence of PNET is growing rapidly recently.The current study on PNET lags behind what is known of other pancreatic tumors.Therefore,understanding of the molecular pathology is important for improving the early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.With the development of molecular biology,there are already several potential targets proved to have application role in treatment of PNET.Here,the authors present the current knowledge about the molecular alterations of PNET.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topiramate(TPM) as add - on drug treating infants with severe epilepsy. Methods We performed prospective label add - on study in 12 infants (aged 4 to 19 months) with sever seizures of different types. TPM was add - on one or more other baseline drugs and the efficacy was evaluated according to seizure type and frequency Results TPM initiated in a daily dose of 0.5 - 1 0 mg/kg, followed by a 1 - 2 weeks titration on the increase of 0 5 - 1.0 mg/kg up to a maximum daily dose of 4 - 10 mg/kg. After a mean period of 6 2 months (range 3- 13 montks), Total efficacy was 75 % and 50 % were controlled completely. Seizure frequency was unchanged in 3 patients (25 % ). As for seizure type, TPM was more effective in complex partial as compared with generalized tonic-conic seizures. Mild adverse events were present in 3 patients (25 %), represented hypersonia, fever and decreased speech. Conclusions TPM may be a available drug in infants with severe epilepsy. Two parental strains BY-14 and BY-6,with high leavening ability in lean and sweet dough respectively,were selected.Through spore production and separation,two haploids with opposition types were selected for cross-breeding.At last one hybridization strain was obtained,with good fermentation ability as BY-14 in lean dough and better than BY-6 by 25%in sweet dough.
