Objective To manufacture the skin suction blister apparatus and observe the curative effect of autologous epidermal grafting in treating vitiligo.Methods According to the theory of local skin suction blister: local skin suction blister is decided by the two facts of the negative pressure and temperature,the skin suction blister apparatus was manufactured based on feedback principle,and was applied to autologous epidermal grafting for treating vitiligo.Results The performance of skin suction blister apparatus was stable,the operation was relative simple,and the total survival grade of autologous epidermal grafting was 98.01%.Conclusion The skin suction blister apparatus is simple to operate and its curative effect is excellent for clinical application.

Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of VOLUVEN and HES used for acute hyperv-olemic hemodilution on selective Hepatectomy .Methods 42 patients ( ASAⅠ ~Ⅱ) were randomized to the two groups(Ⅰ,VOLUVEN group;Ⅱ,HES group),20 minutes before the operation,the two groups of patients underwent AHH with VOLUVEN and HES respectively at the same quantity and speed ,and then the changes of haemodynamics , blood gas analysis ,electrolyte and coagulation indexes were detected .Results InⅠgroup,the changes of HB、HCT, PLT,central venous pressure had statistical significance before and after AHH (t=7.880,32.257,7.303,22.812,all P=0.000).InⅡgroup,the changes of HB,HCT,PLT,central venous pressure had statistical significance before and after AHH(t=5.398,14.924,11.171,5.620,all P=0.000).For inter-group,VOLUVEN has less effect than HES on central venous pressure(t=2.367,P=0.023).Conclusion Using VOLUVEN or HES can keep hemodynamics stable and improve the ischemic tolerance for AHH in liver surgery .VOLUVEN has less effect on central venous pressure.

Objective To establish a serum protein fingerprinting technique with a pattern matching algorithm to distinguish Dukes A stage from colorectal cancer of Dukes B,C,D stage. Methods Serum samples were collected from both reserved group and test group, each of the groups comprised 10 patients of colorectal cancer in Dukes A stage and 68 patients in Dukes B,C,D stage. The sera of the reserved group was combined with the surface of the IMAC3 proteinchip. Then the data of SELDI TOF MS was read and analyzed by BioMarker Wizard software and BioMarker Pattern software to get a classificatory pedigree tree, which is a standard configuration that can distinguish the sera of colorectal cancer patients of Dukes A from colorectal cancer patients of Dukes B,C,D, and the standard was confirmed by double blind test in the test group. Results At the M/Z values of 8 320 Da, 8 604Da, 8 867Da and 15 872Da, the protein contents in reserved group are obviously different between the two classes of patients. The accuracy of classification was 97 4%(76/78), corresponding sensitivity was 100%(10/10) and corresponding specificity was 97 1%(66/68). By double blind examination in test group, the corresponding accuracy was 100%(10/10), the corresponding sensitivity was 94 1%(64/68) and the corresponding specificity was 94 1%(64/68). Conclusion Colorectal cancer of Dukes A can be quickly and exactly diagnosed by this method with high sensitivity and specificity. That will be widely used in clinical application

Objective To discuss the effect of interferon ?-2a on the radiosensitivity and cell cycle for nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-I. Methods Interferon ?-2a was given by different concentration. Then the cells were radiated with X-ray (6?MV) and the cell survival rate was calculated. The change of cell cycle dynamics was measured with flow cytometry. Results The cell survival fraction was 0.62, 0.43 and 0.20 respectively after the interferon ?-2a was given by different concentration(0.5?106, 1.0?106 and 1.5?106?IU/L). The radiosensitization ratio was 1.16, 1.57 and 1.93 respectively. Objective To compare the clinical performance of the self-etching and the phosphoric acid etching adhesive system for restoration of non-carious Class V restorations for a period of two years.Methods There were 37 patients with at least one pairs of similar-sized non-carious cervical lesions participated in the study.120 restorations were placed by one operator,of which 60 with phosphoric acid etching adhesive system(Spectrum TPH,Prime& Bond)and 60 with self-etch(Clearfil AP-X,SE Bond).The restorations were evaluated by ?2 statistics at the baseline,6th,12th and 24th month according to the modified Ryge"s USPHS criteria.Results At two years,106 teeth were reviewed in 33 patients.The retention rates for self-etching adhesive system were 89% and for phosphoric acid etching adhesive system 77%.The percentage of the retention rates of both adhesive systems was not found to be different when calculating the failure rates.No cases in both adhesive systems showed slight marginal discoloration problems.Some cases for each adhesive system had slight color change after the same period.Conclusions The performance of both adhesive systems is excellent during this two-year clinical trial.The self-etch adhesive system exhibites slightly better coloar match than the phosphoric acid etching system.
