Journal of Medical Informatics 2016;37(6):53-56
With the development of hospital information construction, the focus has gradually changed from functions of the information system to data utilization. The utilization of medical data has great significance in health management, disease analysis, summary of treatment experience, and development of new technologies.By data mining technology, the paper extracts data related to the author's hospital, starts from intelligent diagnosis and simulates the establishment of the knowledge base for hospital clinical diagnosis.Upon verification, the relevance judged by the system is basically consistent with the clinical practice. Thus,it proposes the possibility to extend the application to hospital clinical pathways.

Objective To design and manufacture the injecting roll booster,by which Dipospan mix liquid is injected for treating keloid. Methods According to the principle that screw roll can save labour when it is circumvolved forward, the injecting roll booster was developed.Dipospan mix liquid(Dipospan1ml,Hyaluronidase1500U,5-Fluorouracil 2~5ml) was injected for treating keloid. Results The treatment effect of the injecting roll booster was apparently better than that of general injector. The Dipospan mix liquid and Dipospan for keloid were injected, and the total efficacies were 94.45% and 85.51% respectively. There was marked difference statistically(p
4.A clinical study of VOLUVEN and HES used for acute hypervolemic hemodilution on Hepatectomy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(14):2086-2088,2089
Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of VOLUVEN and HES used for acute hyperv-olemic hemodilution on selective Hepatectomy .Methods 42 patients ( ASAⅠ ~Ⅱ) were randomized to the two groups(Ⅰ,VOLUVEN group;Ⅱ,HES group),20 minutes before the operation, the two groups of patients underwent AHH with VOLUVEN and HES respectively at the same quantity and speed ,and then the changes of haemodynamics , blood gas analysis ,electrolyte and coagulation indexes were detected .Results InⅠgroup, the changes of HB、HCT, PLT,central venous pressure had statistical significance before and after AHH (t=7.880,32.257,7.303,22.812,all P=0.000).InⅡgroup,the changes of HB,HCT,PLT,central venous pressure had statistical significance before and after AHH(t=5.398,14.924,11.171,5.620,all P=0.000).For inter-group,VOLUVEN has less effect than HES on central venous pressure(t=2.367,P=0.023).Conclusion Using VOLUVEN or HES can keep hemodynamics stable and improve the ischemic tolerance for AHH in liver surgery .VOLUVEN has less effect on central venous pressure.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2014;47(5):341-344
Objective To evaluate the effect of heat treatment on ultraviolet B (UVB)-induced oxidative injury to human melanocytes. Methods Melanocytes were isolated from adult foreskins, and subjected to a primary culture. After 3-4 passages of subculture, the melanocytes were classified into 4 groups:control group incubated at 37 ℃,heat treatment group incubated at 42 ℃ for 1 hour,UVB group exposed to UVB irradiation at 100 mJ/cm2,combination group receiving heat treatment at 42 ℃ for 1 hour followed by UVB irradiation at 100 mJ/cm2.After three successive days of treatment,MTT assay was performed to evaluate cell viability,a biochemical method to determine the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and concentration of malonaldehyde (MDA),and flow cytometry to detect intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) and apoptosis in melanocytes. Results The cell survival rate, apoptosis rate,SOD activity,MDA concentration and ROS level were (100 ± 6.14)%,(4.66 ± 0.58)%,(53.39 ± 8.23) U/gprot,(1.09 ± 0.32) mmol/gprot,and 1070.85 ± 42.07 in the control group respectively.UVB exposure induced a significant increase in apoptosis rate (24.14% ± 2.90%,P < 0.001),MDA concentration (1.65 ± 0.33 mmol/gprot,P < 0.01) and ROS level (1416.45 ± 79.12,P< 0.01),but a significant decrease in cell survival rate (50.23% ± 5.36%,P< 0.01)and SOD activity (31.98 ± 1 1.89 U/gprot,P < 0.01) in the UVB group compared with the control group, while the heat pretreatment markedly downregulated the UVB-induced increase in apoptosis rate (14.9% ± 1.49%,P < 0.001),MDA concentration (1.10 ± 0.26 mmol/gprot) and ROS level (1033.30 ± 68.41,P< 0.01),as well as the decrease in cell survival rate (74.12% ± 6.17%,P< 0.01) and SOD activity (51.63 ± 6.55 U/gprot,P< 0.01) in the combination group. Conclusion Heat treatment could protect melanocytes from UVB-induced oxidative injury.

China Medical Equipment 2014;(5):4-6
Objective:To analyze chlorogenic acid of Chaenomeles speciosa by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods:A method for determining chlorogenic acid of Chaenomeles speciosa by HPLC-MS is described. The operating conditions were Diamonsil C18 column (5μm, 4.6×250 mm) at room temperature, acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase by step gradients elution at a flow of 0.8 ml/min and UV detection at 325 nm. Results: The content of chlorogenic acid of Chaenomeles speciosa is 1.3 mg/g (RSD 0.4%), respectively. Conclusion:Chlorogenic acid was detected from Chaenomeles speciosa, which may be related to its inhibition of FAS and the potential role of anticancer.

China Medical Equipment 2014;(3):4-7
Objective:To detect the anti-cancer component, trans-resveratrol in red wine by high performance liquid chromatography, and to determine the influence of environmental factors on its content. Methods: A method for determining trans-resveratrol in red wine by HPLC is described. The operating conditions were ZORBAX-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) at room temperature, 30%acetonitrile as mobile phase at a flow of 1ml/min and UV detection at 306 nm. Results:The content of trans-resveratrol in Changyu dry red wine and Great Wall Claret Cabernet are (1.01±0.03)mg/L and (2.36±0.02)mg/L, respectively. The results show that, sunlight, high temperature and poor seal condition can decrease the content of trans-resveratrol. Conclusion:The content of trans-resveratrol varies in different brands of red wine. Red wine should be stored in cool, dark and sealed conditions.
