To analyze the acupuncture treatment for impotence in 130 kinds of classical medical books by computer, and summarize the rules of acupuncture for this disease. The results showed that selection of acupoints along the meridians, selection of acupoints by boay parts, selection ofacupoints by pattern identification are the laws ofacupuncture for this disease.
2.Relationship between serum ferritin levels and cardiovascular risk in different genders of Chinese
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2017;16(1):39-44
Objective To evaluate the association between serum ferritin and the risk of cardiovascular disease among the Chinese population. Methods Based on the data from China Health and Nutrition Survey 2009, we used the Framingham risk score to calculate the 10-year risk of cardiovascular disease and analyzed the association between serum ferritin and the risk of cardiovascular disease in different gender by logistic regression analysis. Results Among 6 551 respondents, 3 035 (46.3%) were males and 3 516 ( 53.7%) were females whose mean age were ( 49.3 ±13.8 ) and ( 49.2 ±13.7 ) years, respectively. The median level of serum ferritin was 75.08 ( 36.71 -138.75 )μg/L.According to the 10-year risk of cardiovascular disease calculated by the Framingham risk score , the low risk group, middle risk group and high risk group were accounted for 79.5%( n=5 207 ) , 15.7% ( n=1 028 ) and 4.8%( n=316), respectively. The median of serum ferritin (121.61 vs.46.14, P<0.01) and the Framingham risk score (8.6 ±6.0 vs.7.3 ±1.6, P<0.01) of males were higher than those of females. The percentages of the middle risk group ( 30.6% vs.2.8%) and high risk group ( 9.8% vs.0.5%) of 10-year risk of cardiovascular disease in males were higher than those in females ( P <0.01 ).The 10-year risk of cardiovascular disease ≥10%increased with the increasing of serum ferritin in females ( trend P<0.01 ) but not in males. Conclusion Serum ferritin levels are positively correlated with the risk of cardiovascular disease in female Chinese.

Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2010;14(3):192-194
Objective To evaluate the value of clinical findings and different diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis of adult onset Still's disease (AOSD). Methods The AOSD patients admitted to Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University from 2003 to 2009 were enrolled. Non-AOSD patients with fever were selected. Different diagnostic criteria of AOSD were applied to all patients. Two indenpendent samples t test and wilco-xon test were used for statistical analysis. Results The clinical features such as rash, arthralgia, arthroncus, sore throat, myalgia, lymph node enlargement, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, leuko-cytosis, neutrophil ≥80% and serum level of ferrin≥ 2000 ng/ml hadhigher specificity (65.87%~98.41%) with 2.00~5.00 of the positive likelihood ratio.High fever ( ≥39.0℃), negative of ANA and RF had higher sensi-tivity (85.25%~93.65%). Combinations of three parameters such as high fever, rash, sore throat, leukocy-tosis, arthralgia had higher positive likelihood ratio. The specificity of ARA criteria was the highest. The sensitivity and accuracy of Yamaguchi criteria were the highest. Conclusion There is no single parameter that could be specific to the identification of AOSD. Combing with several parameters can improve the diagnostic efficiency. The results of this study have shown that the commonly used diagnostic criteria has high specificity.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2003;1(2):8-10
The data concerning the treatment of diarrhea by acupuncture in 62 ancient books are computerized and thus show that the ancient acupuncturists primarily used the acupoints of the conception vessel, stomach meridian, bladder meridian, and the foot yin meridians. As to the location, the acupoints on the abdomen, back, exterior side of leg and the hands and feet are used. The common techniques are moxibustion, hot compression, needling, blood letting, navel application and so on.

The information concerning dormant papule in 93 ancient medical books is statistically computerized and shows that there are totally 29 items of information and 25 acupoints (55 times in frequency) in connection with dormant papule. The commonly used acupoints are Quchi (LI 11), Jianyu (LI 15), Tianjing (TE 10), etc, which are around joints, on the upper body, on the lateral aspect or on the ends of the limbs. The commonly used meridians are Large Intestine Meridian, Pericardium Meridian,Triple Energizer Meridian, and Gallbladder Meridian. The commonly used parts are the lateral aspect of arm, the dorsum of hand, the external aspect of leg, the medial aspect of arm, and the palm.

Journal of Medical Research 2015;44(5):160-162
Objective To characterize the molecular genotypes and quantitative serological biomarker, and to explore their clinical significance in patients with chronic hepatitis B ( CHB) . Methods A total of 210 CHB patients were enrolled and HBV DNA loading, HBV molecular genotypes, quantitative serological biomarker, and ALT were measured. Patients were grouped according to the natural phases of HBV infection:HBeAg (+) immune tolerance, immune clearance, HBeAg (-) low replicative and reactivation phase. The correlation was analyzed between molecular genotypes and serological biomarkers, HBsAg and other biomarkers. Results Subgenotypes B2 with high level of HBV DNA and C2 with middle level of HBV DNA were found to be most prevalent. The positive rates were 59. 0%(B2) and 25. 2%(C2). Patients genotype with B showing more potent viral activity. Subgenotype B2 was sinificantly corelated with HB-sAg, HbeAg, and ALT levels(P < 0. 01), but there was no statistical difference for subgenotype C2. There was statistical difference be-tween positive rates of subgenotypes(P>0. 05), but HBsAg level was found to be significantly correlated with HBV DNA, HBeAg, ALT levels during some phases of CHB. Conclusion Molecular genotyping and quantitative serological biomarkers detection might be helpful for earlier prediction of the long-term disease outcomes in patients with CHB.
10.Study of the values of renal function indicators in predicting chronic kidney disease
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(22):3034-3035
Objective To discuss the values of renal function indicators in predicting chronic kidney disease (CKD) .Methods According to eGFR ,212 cases of CKD patients were divided into three groups :group A (eGFR> 60 mL · min-1 · 1 .73 m -2 ) , group B (eGFR 30-60 mL · min-1 · 1 .73 m-2 ) ,and group C (eGFR<30 mL · min-1 · 1 .73 m-2 ) .175 cases of patients with the risk of CKD and 60 cases of healthy people were selected at the same time and brought into high‐risk group and normal control group ,respectively .The ratios of microalbumin and creatinine in urine (UmAlb/Cr) ,and the serum levels of Urea ,creatinine(Cr) , uric acid(UA) ,cystatin C(CysC) ,β2‐microglobulin(BMG) and homocysteine(Hcy) in all the groups were detected .Results There were differences in the levels of CysC and BMG among the three groups of CKD patients(P<0 .05) ,as well as between high‐risk group and normal control group ,with significant difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion CysC and BMG can be used as effective indica‐tors of CKD prediction .
