The objective of this study are: 1. to briefly discuss the right approach in managing trauma patients 2. to present the different medical conditions manifesting as right sided heart 3. to discuss the incidence, pathophysiology and manifestations of dextrocardia 4. to discuss the correlation of the perioperative supraventricular tachycardia to hypovolemia and the concurrent dextrocardia 5. to offer a plausible anesthetic approach to patients with dextrocardia
