Objective To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HO) and free radical antagonists (FRA) on liver fibrosis (LF) in chronic hepatitis (CH) patients. Methods Seventy-two CH patients were ran- domly divided into a HO-FRA group (36 cases) and a control group (36 cases). The patients in the control group received routine treatment, while patients in the HO-FRA group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen, vitamin E and vitamin C.All patients' livers were examined ultrasonically, and liver function and blood fibrosis indices were meas- ured before and after the treatment. Results Compared with those in the control group, the concentrations of blood hyaluronic acid, laminin, precollagen and typeⅣcollagen were all significantly lower in the HO-FRA group.Ultra- sonic imaging showed that the main portal and the splenic vein diameter, and the length and thickness of the spleen had also significantly declined in the HO-FRA group after treatment. Conclusion HO and FRAs can nelp to stave off liver fibrosis as indicated by blood and ultrasonic fibrosis indices.

The working principle and development of flexible semiconductor devices based on organic field effect transistor(OFET)technology were introduced. The current research status of OFET-based wearable flexible monitoring devices were reviewed, including biomechanical monitoring devices, tattoo biomonitoring devices and cellular detection devices and etc.The deficiencies of OFET-based wearable flexible monitoring devices were analyzed, and it's pointed out that miniaturization, personalization and diversification were the directions for the development of the future OFET-based wearable flexible moni-toring devices.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2024,45(1):93-100]

At present, the research on Global Health Competencies is mainly conducted in the field of the establishment of competency models and application of indicators. This review summarizes the research progress of the Global Health Competency and its models, and focuses on cutting-edge research from the aspects of target audience, purpose, content, classical model, methods and future development. The competency model is suggested to be adjusted and updated according to the practices of different countries and regions. The research and funding of the competency model in the field of public health is suggested to be strengthened, and the global health and diplomacy are suggested to be combined to enrich and improve the competency model. Finally, this review aims to promote Global Health Competencies research in China, especially to improve the global health talent training system and relevant policies in further research.
