This paper presents the situation of secrecy management at colleges and universities,and analyzes the reasons for the inadequacy of capability in this aspect.From the perspective of PAEI management roles,we point out the solutions to improve the capability include strengthening leaderships,targeting,building system,managing risks and raising awareness of secrecy.

With the expanding of ultrasonic applications, the development of ultrasonic surgical equipment has become a focus in related fields. Ultrasonic horn system is an important component of surgical equipment,and the horn resonance properties directly affect the technical performance of ultrasonic surgical equipment. In this paper, a number of tuning and matching methods appeared in recent years are discussed, and the advantages and problems are analyzed. On the basis, foreground of the research is prospected.

Objective:To explore diagnostic value of 6min walking test (6MWT) for coronary heart disease (CHD) . Methods :A total of 192 patients suspected of CHD ,including 123 men and 69 women ,who were treated in our hos‐pital ,were selected .After hospitalization ,all patients received 6MWT and coronary angiography (CAG) examina‐tion .With CAG results as the gold standard for diagnosing CHD ,sensitivity ,specificity ,accuracy ,positive predic‐tive value and negative predictive value of 6MWT diagnosing CHD were calculated ,and they were compared be‐tween men and women .Detections of 6WMT among groups of different diseased number of vessels were compared . Results :With CAG results as the standard ,accuracy ,specificity ,sensitivity ,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 6MWT diagnosing CHD were 71.35% ,80.58% ,60.67% ,72.97% and 70.34% respectively . Compared with female patients ,there were significant rise in accuracy (57.97% vs .77.24% ) ,sensitivity (39.29%vs .70.49% ) ,specificity (70.73% vs .83.87% ) and positive predictive value (47.83% vs .81.13% ) , P<0.05 or<0.01 ,and significant reductions in false positive rate (29.27% vs .16.13% ) and false negative rate (60.71% vs . 29.51% ) in male patients (P<0.05 or <0.01) ,there was no significant difference in negative predictive value be‐tween two groups (P>0.05) .Compared with single - and double -vessel coronary disease ,there was significant rise in true positive rate (43.75% ,54.05% vs .100% ) of triple - or multi -vessel coronary disease diagnosed by 6MWT , P< 0.01 both . Conclusion:The 6min walking test possesses high specificity and sensitivity diagnosing CHD ,and its diagnostic value is higher for male patients and patients with serious condition .Its procedures are sim‐ple with low cost and no damage to patients ,which can be used as adjunctive examination for CHD diagnosis and ex‐tended in clinic .

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of stiletto needle acupuncture plus conventional acupuncture in treating cervical vertigo. Method Sixty patients with cervical vertigo were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group of 30 patients received stiletto needle acupuncture plus conventional acupuncture and the control group, conventional acupuncture alone. An assessment was made using the modified Cervical Vertigo Symptom and Function Evaluation Scale in both groups before and after treatment. Result After two courses of treatment, the total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the symptom score in the two groups and post-treatment difference in the symptom score between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Stiletto needle acupuncture plus conventional acupuncture has a definite therapeutic effect on cervical vertigo. Its therapeutic effect is superior to that of conventional acupuncture alone.

Objective To explore some features of the sonographic appearance of recurrent and revival pheochromoeytoma (PHEO) in order to get some references in the clinical diagnosis.Methods To compare sonograms of 10 patients with recurrent and revival PHEO with sonograms of 60 cases(contrast group)with unrecurrent and unrevival PHEO in the same period.Results There was significant difference between the two groups and contrast group(G=9.475,P=0.002).However there was no significance in the incidence of malignant PHEO between recurrent and revival one(P>0.05).The echo of tumor:complex echo 2 cases,purely solid hypoecho 5 cases and hffperecho 1 case.Conclusions The tumor with recurrent and revival PHEO could have potential malignancy,the PHEO at the extra-adrenal often showed a phenomenon of recurrence,and the malignant PHEO appeared the multiple character.

Objective To study the CT features and enhance the knowledge of peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumors(pPNETs). Methods The CT appearances of 6 patients with pPNETs pathologically proved were analyzed retrospectively. Results The CT findings of 5 bone pPNETs were soft mass of homogeneous or heterogeneous density and osteolytic destruction without osteosclerosis, periosteum reaction and tumor bone formation. Follow up CT showed the mass shrunken significantly after radiotherapy in one case. In 1 patient of chest Askin tumor, the lesion appeared as a vast heterogeneous soft mass with moderate inhomogeneous enhancement. The mass invaded mediastinum and local bone destruction were not detected. Four months after operation, a small homogeneous tumor occurred in right chest wall with moderate homogeneous enhancement. Conclusion The manifestations of pPNETs on CT have no characteristics. However, CT can show the intra tumor structures and the extent of the tumor very well, which is helpful in differentiating diagnosis,predicting resectability, detecting distant metastases and evaluating the response to treatment.

Objective To summarize the clinical features of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS),to improve the understanding of the disease,and strengthen the prevention and treatment of the disease,thus to improve the survival rate.Methods To analyze the patients with SFTS in our hospital,including their clinical characteristics and treatment methods.Results Of 210 patients,115 cases were mild,95 cases were heavy cases.191 cases were cured and discharged,among them,115 cases were mild,and the others were severe in all cases.The total effective rate was 90.95%,with a total mortality of 19 cases,with a fatality rate of 9.04%.Conclusion SFTS mainly manifested as fever,fatigue,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea.The treatment is mainly symptomatic treatment of early cases can not be identified,can be added with doxycycline.Those have basic disease and poor prognosis often have severe syndromes.White blood cell,platelet count and lactate dehydrogenase are related to the prognosis of the disease.

Object To investigate the synthesis of alkaloids by cell suspension cultures of Datura metel L. Methods Cultured cells derived from leaves of D. metel were m aintained in Murashige and Skoog (MS) liquid medium. The effects of different c arbohydrated, different inoculum sizes, and different pH values of medium as aff ecting facters on cell growth and alkaloid formation were studied. Re sults The optimum carbohydrate was sucrose, inoculum size (1.5 - 2. 0 g/L) for fresh weight and initial pH values (5.5-6.0) of the medium were benefit for cell growth and alkaloid synthesis in the suspension cultures. The synthesis of alk aloids was improved when exogenous phenylalanine added to the culture. Conclusion Suspension-cultured cells of D. metel c an be used to synthesize alkaloids.

This article aims to promote the teaching quality in clinical pharmachology. The methods are as follows: First, understanding the difference between the clinical pharmachology and pharmachology; Second, improving the teachers’ teaching level, especially increasing the clinical experiences in using drug; Third, developing the teachers’ spirits of occupation; Last, cultivating the ability of self-teaching of students.
