Course assessment is the important part of teaching and education.Double effects of improving the teaching and education quality can be achieved through emphasizing assessment methods, separating teaching and testing, building test bank and network exam, offering course of basic clinical skills as well as verified assessment methods, such as stage-based comprehensive exam, unified exam of the course, national entrance exam. The first pass rate of national medical practitioner qualification exam can be guaranteed through implementing these measures.

Objective To explore the effects of donepezil on auditory event-related potentials in cases of mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods Thirty-four mildly impaired patients were examined using auditory event-related potentials and neuropsychological tests. All patients received 5 mg of donepezil orally each day.The patients were retested with the neuropsychological scales and re-examined for auditory event-related potentials after 3 months of treatment. Results All neuropsychological test scores among the MCI patients had improved significantly after treatment There was no significant change in average Boston naming test scores before and after treatment.PS0 amplitudes had decreased significantly after treatment, but P300 amplitude was elevated and latency significantly shortened compared with before treatment.PS0 amplitude was positively correlated with P300 latency in these MCI patients before treatment, but both P300 latencies and PS0 amplitudes showed a negative correlation with scores on the memory sub-tests.Conclusions These results suggest that donepezil may improve cognitive function among MCI patients, especially memory function. The PS0 and P300 components of auditory event-related potentials are objective and sensitive indicators to evaluate the cognition function of MCI patients, and they also can be used as indicators in assessing the efficacy of donepezil treatment of mild cognitive impairment.

Aim To investigate the anti-proliferating effect of tetrandrine ( Tet ) on colon cancer cells and its possible molecular mechanism. Methods We intro-duced crystal violet staining and flow cytometry to ana-lyze the effect of Tet on proliferation in LoVo cells. Flow cytometry was used to detect the effect of Tet on apoptosis in LoVo cells. Western blot assay was taken to analyze the effect of Tet on the expression of insulin-like growth factor binding protein 5 ( IGFBP5 ) . Final-ly, luciferase reporter assay, recombinant adenovirus mediated over-expression or silence of IGFBP5 were used to analyze the possible role of IGFBP5 in the anti-proliferating effect of Tet on colon cancer cells. Re-sults Crystal violet staining and flow cytometery anal-ysis results showed that Tet could exert an anti-prolifer-ating effect and induce apoptosis in LoVo cells. Tet de-creased the expression of IGFBP5 in a concentration-dependent manner. Tet inhibited the transcriptional ac-tivity of pTOP-luc reporter, which could be reversed by exogenous expression of IGFBP5 mostly. Similar results were found in the expression of c-Myc, but IGFPB5 knockdown couldn’ t reverse this effect. Conclusion Tet can inhibit the proliferation of colon cancer cells, and this effect may be mediated by down-regulating the expression of IGFBP5 to inhibit Wnt/β-catenin signa-ling transduction partly.

Under the influence of the coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic, the disadvantages of traditional blended teaching, which has been developed for 20 years, are gradually being revealed. With the help of modern network technology and under the guidance of minimalism, the new blended teaching model adheres to the principle of systematic, holistic, ecological, and collaborative reform and thus can not only efficiently realize the teaching goal of "improvement in self-learning ability and high-order thinking ability", but also achieve innovation and inheritance of "excellent teaching concepts and methods". On this basis, this study forms the "151 framework and BASIC mechanism", which will promote the reform and upgrading of blended teaching from point to surface and then to a three-dimensional structure and ensure that blended teaching has stronger vitality in the new era.
