Collection the information was conducted on 1485 married women(15-49 age) at 15 communes of 7 districts in Ha Tay province from September 2001 to December 2002. The women were direct interviewed by questionnaires and had clinical examinations and microbiological tests. There were many factors influenced the situation of reproductive infection these women such as: source of water polluted, toilet and wash-rooms were below sanitary standard; incorrect sex hygiene increased the risk of diseases to 1.61 folds; soap was not used usually in menstrual hygiene lead to increase the risk of diseases to 1.47 folds; Delivery and artificial abortion increased the risk of disease to 2.28 folds in the first year.

A gynecological study on 548 married women at reproductive ages living in Tien Phuoc district, Quang Nam province showed that: among them 207 women had infections of the lower congenital-urinary tract (37.77%). Pathogenic agents: 99.52% of the cases were a single agent with such as bacteria 70.53%, Candida albicans 25.12%; Trichomonas vaginalis 3.86%. There was one case of infection caused by two different agents, bacteria and Candida albicans. There were 117 cases (56.53%) with clinical lesions including: 30.91% cervicitis with glandular epithelial eversion, 21.26% purely cervicitis, 36.68% of the women had abnormal leukorrhea of which 21.90% was pus-like leukorrhea.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of minilaparotomy total hysterectomy compared with other methods of hysterectomy ever used. METHODS: Data of 300 women who had been done hysterectomy due to benign gynecologic disease were used for this thesis. Minilaparotomy hysterectomy was done for 40 women, classical transabdominal hysterectomy for 186 women, laparoscopic assisted vaginal total hysterectomy for 28 women and vaginal total hysterectomy for 46 women. Women's clinical data and clinical outcome were compared using Excel and SPSS. RESULTS: Minilaparotomy hysterectomy has no limitation in choosing patient and adnexal surgery like classical transabdominal hysterectomy, and postoperative clinical course is so rapid similar with laparosocopic assisted vaginal total hysterectomy. CONCLUSION: Minilaparotomy hysterecomy is good choice for treatment of benign gynecologic disease.

Gynecologic disease during pregnancy has various effects on and changes by pregnancy according to diagnoses. With recent advancement in diagnostic techniques such as ultrasonography, it makes possible for some disease to diagnose accurately. By predicting complication and treating appropriately, not only treatment but also prognosis can be improved. This study aims to investigate the effect of benign gynecologic disease on pregnancy, diagnosis, and treatment when associated with pregnancy.

Introduction: To date, there has not been any systematical and experimental research aimed at indicating the effects of Morinda officinalis How on the genital organs of male rats. \r\n', u"Objectives: To determine the effectiveness of Morinda officinalis How (MOl-I) on the genital organs of male rats, to describe the changes in histology of testicles, and evaluate the testosterone concentration in mature male rats' bloods when dosed with MOH.\r\n", u'Subjects and method: Mature and immature rats were divided into 3 groups: mature rats, castrated and non - castrated immature rats. The rats have a daily dosage of MOH: 20g/kg. The above groups of rats were euthanized after 10 days; their testicles, seminal vesicles, prostates and Cowper land were weighed; specimens of histology of testicles were made; testosterone concentration in the bloods of the mature rats was measured. Results were compared amongst experimental groups. \r\n', u'Results and conclusion: Compared with the control group, MOH (dosage 20g/kg) increased the weight of testicles, seminal vesicles, prostates, and Cowper lands (p < 0.05). In mature rats, MOH increased the testosterone concentration in the blood in comparison with the control group (p < 0.05). A cross-sectional survey on present sample of married women in child-bearing age at Huong Long commune, Hue city. The results: Prevalence of lower genital tract infection were 21.37% (95%CI: 16.67% - 26.93%). Having close relation of lower genital tract infection and some factors such as educational level, knowledge of gynecological disease, safe sex practice, birth time numbers, using of domestic water, numbers generation living to gather one family. There are no find the relation of lower genital tract infection and some factors such as: age, occupation, the economic level of family, history of abortion, menstruation regulation, personal hygiene behaviors

The study was conducted on 500 menopausal women in Hoankiem and Socson districts, representing for urban and non-urban areas of Hanoi. The results show: the average menopausal age is 48.7  3.2. Urban women experienced earlier menstruation but later menopause versus non-urban women. In menopause, there is vasomotor disturbance, with sign of dry and painful intercourse. Common gynecological diseases are vaginal and cervical infections (common cause is Gardnerell vaginalis infection), genital collapse (10%)

Research was carried out on 385 genital septic women were examined and assayed at Thai Binh medical college hospital. Results were following: the symptoms of genital septic patients are abnormal vaginal secretion 99.5%, itch of genital area 72.5%. Two of genital septic types had a higher rate: vaginitis combined with (58.4%), vaginitis with vulvitis 31.2%. Vaginitis with cervicitis induced Candida albicants had the highest rate of 69.8%; single vaginitis caused by Trichomonas vaginalis accounted for 36.4%.
