1.Effects of blood transfusion in perioperative peroid on patients with tumors
International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(10):703-705
Most studies show that the blood transfusion can promote patients tumor recurrence, and lower their 5-year survival rate. Even patients in the early phase, a small amount of blood transfusion has significant effect. Blood transfusion causing tumor recurrence may be due to that blood transfusion recipients suppressed immune function, resulting in rapid growth of residual tumor cells. In this paper, blood transfusion for patients with tumors will be discassed. induding the benefit and danger of blood transfusion autotransfusion and blood substitutes for patients with tumors ,and development of transfusion medicine in our country.
2.Median effective dose of intrathecal hyperbaric and hypobaric ropivacaine for cesarean section
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2011;31(7):822-823
ObjectiveTo determine the median effective dose (ED50) of intrathecal (IT) hyperbaric and hypobaric ropivacaine for elective cesarean section.MethodsForty parturients aged 20-40 yr at full term undergoing elective cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia were randomized to receive IT 0.5 % hyperbaric (group HR) and hypobaric ropivacaine (group LR) ( n =20 each). The initial dose was 9 mg and the dose was increased/decreased by 1 mg in the next parturient using an up-and-down sequential allocation technique.Analgesia was considered acceptable if adequate analgesia reached T7 or higher in response to pin prick until 20 min after IT ropivacaine and no supplemental epidural analgesic was required during the operation.ED50 and 95%confidence interval (CI) were calculated.ResultsThe ED50 and 95 % CI were 9.34 mg (95 % CI 8.34-10.46mg) for 0.5% hyperbaric ropivacaine and 9.64 mg (95% CI 8.90-10.44 mg) for 0.5% hypobaric ropivacaine.ConclusionBaricity has no effect on the efficacy of IT ropivacaine for cesarean section.
3.STUDY ON THE EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF FAS AND FASL IN EPIDERMAL TUMORS
Cancer Research and Clinic 2000;0(06):-
Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of Fas,Fas Ligand and epidermal tumors' malignant degree. Methods:The immunohistochemical technique was employed to detect the expression of Fas and Fas Ligand in Bowens' disease,Squamous Cell Carcinoma(SCC)and Basal Cell Carcinoma(BCC).Results:The Fas and Fas Ligand could be detected in Bowens disease and SCC.The intensity of expression of Fas was downregulated and that of Fas Ligand was upregulated along with the maligant degree increasing of tumors. The expression of Fas,Fasl in BCC were lower than that in Bowens disease and SCC.Conclusion:The expression of Fas and Fas Ligand were correlated to malignant degree and clinical prognosis of some epidermal tumors, for abnormal apoptosis directed by contract of Fas and Fas Ligand may be one of the causes responsible to epidermal tumor's local immune escaping.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(01):-
The establishment of a modified method to evaluate angiogenesis of rat rings in serum-free medium was investigated in this paper. The aorta rings of Wistar rats were embedded in fibrinogen gel in 48 well plates, and cultured in an optimized serum free medium MCDB131. Results indicated that new capillaries spouted on 4th day, and entered into growth phase from 6th day, and peaked on 13th day and remained unchanged thereafter.
5.Zika virus:An update review
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2016;36(8):618-622
Zika virus (ZIKV) was first isolated in 1947. It is known to circulate mainly in tropical areas and can be transmitted through Aedes mosquitoes. In 2015, an outbreak of ZIKV began in Brazil and then spread rapidly to the Latin Americans and Caribbean. Accumulating evidence indicates that there are associations between ZIKV infection and human nervous disorders, such as the occurrence of microcephaly in neonates and Guillain-Barré syndrome in adults. The current ZIKV outbreak has been declared a public health emergency of international concern. Here, we review the virological features, transmission and epide-miological characteristics of ZIKV and the clinical featrues and prevention of ZIKV infection.
6.Determination of Strychnine and Brucine in Strychnos Nux-vomica Linn by SPME-HPLC
China Pharmacist 2016;19(5):994-996
Objective:To establish a SPME-HPLC method for the determination of strychnine and brucine in Stryehnos nux-vomiea Linn. Methods:A novel capillary microtube monolithic column coupled with HPLC was prepared for the selective solid-phase microextraction of strychnine and brucine in Stryehnos nux-vomiea Linn. A Hypersil ODS column(150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm)was used and the mobile phase was acetonitrile- 0. 01 mol·L -1 sodium heptanesulfonate mixed with the same quantity of 0. 02 mol · L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate(adjusting pH to 2. 8 with 10% phosphoric acid)(21 ∶79). The detection wavelength was 260 nm,the sample size was 20 μl,and the column temperature was 25℃ . Results:The linear range of strychnine was 1. 2-90. 0μg·ml -1(r = 0. 999 8)and that of brucine was 1. 0-75. 0μg·ml -1(r = 0. 999 6). The average recovery was 100. 05%(RSD = 0. 58% ,n = 6)for strychnine and 99. 98%(RSD = 0. 27% ,n = 6)for brucine. Conclusion:The method is accurate and highly efficient,which can be used for the determination of strychnine and brucine in Stryehnos nux-vomiea Linn.

8.Discussion on advantages and disadvantages of frequent cervical regulating manipulation from spinal biomechanics
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(08):-
Cervical regulating manipulation is based on the extrinsic active system and intrinsic support system. Only when the former system is relaxed, can the motive force of regulating manipulation reach the latter system to extend the vertebral discs and regulate the posterior joints. Frequent cervical regulating manipulation can stretch soft tissue around the joint and enlarge activity of joint and make it soft from subjective views, but it isn’t proved by experiment. From the aspect of spinal biomechanics, cervical regulating manipulation has advantages and disadvantages, so it should be used according to certain standard, or it will cut down the self-regulation activity of spinal biomechanics.
9.Changes of acetylcholine receptor in skeletal muscle after upper motoneuron injury and the regulation of calcitonin gene related peptide
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1997;0(11):-
Objective To observe the time profile of the changes of mRNA of ? and ? subunit of acetylcholine receptor (AChR) in skeletal muscle and the level of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in spinal motoneuron after upper motoneuron injury. Method The spinal cord of adult male Wistar rats was transected on the lower thoracic segment. The spinal cords below the transection level and soleus muscles were sampled 0,1,2,4,7 and 14 days after surgery, respectively, to detect the levels of mRNA of ? and ? subunit of acetylcholine receptor in soleus muscle using Northern blot method, and CGRP level in spinal motoneuron using radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of mRNA of ? and ? subunit of acetylcholine receptor siginificantly increased after surgery, but the level of mRNA of ? subunit increased earlier and higher than ? subunit. The level of CGRP in spinal motoneuron markedly reduced after surgery, was maintained at 50 80% of normal level since the 2nd day after surgery. Conclusions The levels of AChR ? and ? subunit in skeletal muscle significantly increase after upper motoneuron injury, the expression of which CGRP may regulate.
