1.The curative effect of inhaled ribavirin in children with respiratory syncytial virus bronchiolitis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(18):2757-2759
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of inhaled ribavirin on the therapeutic actions and the expression of interleukin 6 (IL -6),interleukin 10 (IL -10)and CysLTs in children with RSV bronchitis. Methods 81 cases of children with RSV bronchitis, were chosen and randomly divided into observing group and control group. Two groups of children were inhaled pulmicort respulas and accessed others support treatment, until the symptoms dis-appeared.But observing group were added with ribavirin atomization.Treatments time and symptoms disappearance time in the hospital were compared, and the serum IL -6,IL -10 and CysLTs level changes before and after treatment were observed. Results Treatments time and symptoms(wheezing, coughing, dry and wet rale)disappearance time in observation group were shorter than those of the control group with (6.58 ±1.36)d vs.(8.92 ±1.12)d,(1.21 ± 0.59)d vs.(2.68 ±1.22)d,(4.86 ±1.31)d vs.(7.34 ±1.39)d and (4.00 ±1.52)d vs.(6.37 ±1.58)d,which with significant differences (t =-8.387,-7.012,-8.267,-6.887,all P <0.01 ).Before the treatment, two groups had no significant difference (P >0.05 ).After treatment, the levels of serum IL -6 and CysLTs were significantly lower in the observation group, and the levels of IL -10 were higher with (76.59 ±10.77)ng/L vs. (116.81 ±10.81)ng/L,(34.40 ±7.19)ng/mL vs.(48.26 ±8.36)ng/mL and,(43.25 ±3.97)ng/L vs.(31.39 ± 4.81)ng/L.The significant differences were observed in two groups (t =-16.74,-8.024,12.315,all P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with general therapy, the curative effect was significant.Combined inhaled ribavirin and pul-micort respulas in RSV bronchitis early, can reduce patients'clinical symptoms and the treatment time.
2.Effect of bronchoscopy in the treatment of children′s plastic bronchitis
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2021;36(4):253-255
Plastic bronchitis (PB) is a kind of respiratory emergency that causes severe respiratory distress in children.Bronchoscopy plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of PB in children. To enable more PB children to benefit from bronchoscopy examination and treatment, pediatric clinicians should improve their knowledge of bronchoscopy and be familiar with the timing of endoscopic treatment of PB, the choice of rigid bronchoscope or fiber bronchoscopy, the efficacy of bronchoscopy interventional therapy, and the safety of bronchoscopy treatment.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1988;0(05):-
A murine closed trauma model was used to study the modulating effects of macrophages on T lymphocyte proliferation and the mechanism. It was found that the T lymphocyte transformation was significantly lower than the control on the 1st,2nd,4th,7th and 10 day posttrauma and the suppression of macrophages on T lymphocytes was augmented especially on the 1st,2nd and 4th day posttrauma.Interleukin 1 production of macrophages was not obviously changed while tumor necrosis factor and prostaglandin E2 synthesis were significantly increased.Indomethacin 1?g/ml could block the suppression of macrophages on T cell transformation and mitomycin-C 25?g/ml could stop the synthesis of cytokine but could not block completely the suppression on T cell transformation. These findings suggest that closed trauma induced suppression on T cell transformation results from macrophages through the release of large amounts of prostaglandin E2 and direct cell to cell contact.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2017;44(3):146-149
In the context of precision medicine, although individual treatment of breast cancer under the guidance of molecular classi-fication has become the norm, a precision treatment program with increased efficiency and quality is still required. Compared with the traditional real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR), the droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) has obvious advantages in the detection of rare mutations and copy number variations, as well as the integration with the second-generation-sequencing tech-nology. This paper reviews the application of a ddPCR platform in different breast cancer subtypes and explores new horizons of breast cancer research through the ddPCR technology.

Objective To provide an anatomical basis for treatment of coronoid process fractures through an anteromedial elbow approach and evaluate its clinical effects. Methods Forty cadaveric specimens of adult upper limb were dissected to evaluate the anatomical relationships between the median nerve branches and the nearby muscles in the field of the anteromedial elbow approach. On the basis of the anatomical study,10 patients with coronoid fracture were treated from June 2014 to June 2015.They were 7 males and 3 females, from 17 to 63 years of age (average,43 years).By the O'Driscoll classification, there were 2 cases of type Ⅰ1,3 ones of type Ⅰ2,one of type Ⅱ1,3 ones of type Ⅱ2 and one of type Ⅲ2.The anteromedial elbow approach through the intramuscular space between the pronator teres and the flexor carpi radialis was used to reduce and fixate the fractures of unlar coronoid process and to explore and repair the medial collateral ligaments in all the patients. The ranges of extension, flexion and rotation of the elbow joint were measured at the last follow-ups;the function of the elbow was evaluated according to Mayo elbow performance scores (MEPS).Results The main branch of the median nerve ran between the lateral and the medial epicondyles of the humerus,27.34 mm away to the medial epicondyle of the humerus. The mean distance between the first pronator teres nerve branch and the coronoid process was 13.19 mm.The mean distance between the flexor carpi radialis nerve branch and the coronoid process was 47.02 mm.The mean distance from the medial epicondyle to the flexor carpi radialis nerve branch was 64.40 mm.All the patientswere followed up for an average of 12 months (from 6 to 18 months).Fractures united after an average of 1.8 months (from 1.5 to 2.0 months).Deformity, instability, pain or limited motion of the elbow joint was not observed during the follow-ups.At the last follow-ups,the mean flexion-extension arc of the elbow was 133.0° (from 120° to 140°),the mean rotation was 144.5° (from 130° to 160°),and the mean MEPS was 98 points (from 95 to 100 points). Conclusions The anteromedial approach through the intramuscular space between the pronator teres and the flexor carpi radiafis is a reliable and safe access for coronoid process fractures, because it leads to less injury to the median nerve than the anterior approach, and exposes the coronoid more favorably than the medial approach to facilitate reduction and fixation of the fracture fragments.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(09):-
The evaluation systems for chronic venous insufficiency of lower extremities play a very important role in standardizing the diagnosis and evaluating the curative effect in patients with the disease. This paper gives an introduction to the CEAP classification system, VSS evaluation system and chronic venous insufficiency questionnaire.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(11):-
Objective To dynamically observe the concentrations of plasma neuropeptide Y(NPY)in the patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)before and after vascular interventional therapy. Methods The levels of plasma NPY were detected by radioimmunoassay in 13 patients with lower extremity ASO(ASO group)before vascular intracavitary therapy and immediately,1 d,3 d and 5 d after vascular intracavitary therapy.Meanwhile,15 healthy subjects were served as control group.Besides, the ankle-brachial indexes(ABI)and clinical staging of ASO group were also obtained and compared before and 3 d after vascular intracavitary therapy. Results Compared with control group, the level of NPY in ASO group was much higher before vascular intracavitary therapy[(250.67?88.27)pg/mL vs(168.40?64.64)pg/mL,P
