1.Pathophysiological mechanisms of restenosis after carotid artery stenting
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2016;24(10):936-939
Carotid artery stenting is one of the main methods for the treatment of carotid artery stenosis. However,as a severe complication after stenting, restenosis has restricted its clinical application to a certain extent. At present, the pathogenesis of restenosis after stenting is not very clear.More and more studies have shown that it may be associated with vascular endothelial injury, platelet aggregation, and inflammatory response. This article reviews the pathophysiological mechanisms of restenosis alter stenting.
2.Study on expression and relationship between MMP-9 and EGFR in NSCLC
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(10):-
Objective:To evaluate the relationship and prognostic significance of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)、epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in patients with non- small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods:Immunohistochemical method (S-P) was used to detect the expression of the MMP-9、EGFR in 62 NSCLC tissues and 18 normal lung tissues. Results:The positive expression rates of MMP-9 and EGFR were 67.7%,58.1% respectively in the 62 NSCLC.Their expression levels were significantly higher than those in 18 para-cancerous normal lung tissues(P

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(7):808-813
Eukaryotic elongation factor 2 kinase (eEF2K) is well known as a Ca2+/calmodulin (CaM)-dependent kinase. eEF2K catalyzes the phosphorylation of eEF2 and subsequently inactivates eEF2 by impairing its ability to bind to the ribosome, thereby negatively modulates protein synthesis. The high expression of eEF2K has been found recently in several types of malignancies. As participating in the progress of tumor, eEF2K emerges a potential target for future cancer therapy. The relationship between eEF2K and tumor, and the latest progress of eEF2K inhibitors were summarized in this article.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
Objective To investigate whether RNA interference in mediated Bcl-2 gene silence can decrease the gallbladder carcinoma xenograft formation rate and inhibit growth of xenograft in nude mice. Methods In the xenograft formation ability group, the Bcl-2-siRNAs were transfected into the gallbladder carcinoma cell.Transfected gallbladder carcinoma and gallbladder carcinoma were injected into nude mice hypodermically to form a gallbladder carcinoma tumor. The formation rate and volume of the tumors were measured and the tumor growth rates were calculated. In the therapy group, the animal models of human gallbladder carcinoma in nude mouse body were constructed. The nude mice were randomly divided into pSilencerTM-EGFP sh515 group,pSilencerTM-EGFP shCon group, and normal control group. After the formation of tumor knot,siRNA expressing plasmids pSilencerTM-EGFP sh515 and pSilencerTM-EGFP shCon were injected into the knots of pSilencerTM-EGFP sh515 group and pSilencerTM-EGFP shCon group. The tumor volume was measured and tumor growth rate was calculated. All mice were sacrificed after 6 weeks. The distribution of Bcl-2 in the tumors was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The nude mouse model of human gallbladder cancer xenograft tumor was constructed successfully.Xenograft formation ability:The xenograft formation rate of gallbladder carcinoma and Bcl-2 siRNA transfected gallbladder carcinoma was 100% and 60%,respectively;the average tumor volume in gallbladder carcinoma group and transfected gallbladder carcinoma group was(1 914.6?125.0)mm3 and(629.7?78.9)mm3;the growth rate was 45.58% and 14.99%,and the average tumor weight was(2.24?0.33)g and(0.77?0.12)g,respectively.The tumor volume, weight and growth rate in the transfected gallbladder carcinoma group decreased significantly when compared with those in control group(P

Objective To study how design and harvest perforating artery free flaps in posterior region of thigh based on research of the anatomical features and distribution regularities of those perforating artery. Methods Using 8 fresh bodies specimen with latex leaded perfusion of inferior gluteal area to study perforator artery anatomy structure and distribution of rear thigh.Screen the fitting perforator arteries for perforator free flap both in caliber and length.Total 7 cases were performed with perforator free flap in posterior thigh, the flap size:from 3 cm × 8 cm-8 cm × 16 cm,and the first perforating artery flap carried out in 4 cases, the second perforating artery flap in 2 cases, the third perforating artery flap in Ⅰ case. Results Anatomic study showed that perforating artery suitable for free flap in this area were in teams of 4 to 5,the average diameter were in range of 0.4 to 2.8 mm,the average length was 2.2-9.0 cm.Seven cases had been applied with perforator flap and all survived.Followed-up from 5 to 11 months, the wounds repaired by the perforator flap of posterior thigh presented fine elasticity, thin flap, beautiful appearance. Conclusion The distribution, length and diameter of perforating artery in posterior region of thigh are suitable for perforator free flap.Being hidden, direct close the posterior region of thigh expected to acchive satisfactory clinical effects.

OBJECTIVETo study clinical effects of surgery for the treatment of Mayo II B comminuted fracture in ulna olecranon.
METHODSFrom May 2008 to March 2015, a total of 37 patients with Mayo II B comminuted fracture in ulua olecranon were treated, including 20 males and 17 females, ranging in age from 40 to 65 years old ,with an average of 53 years old. All the patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation within 4 to 7 days after injuries. All the patients had pain and functional disorder uf elbow joint. The X-ray and CT examination showed ulna olecranon comminuted fracture of Mayo II B. Postoperative complications were observed ,and Broberg-Morrey criteria was used tu evaluate therapeutic effects.
RESULTSAll the patients were followed up ,and the duraiton ranged from 9 to 30 months ,with a mean of 15 months. Two patients had surface infection around incision ,and were healed by changing dressings. No other complications occurred such as needle slipping to stimulate skin ,screw loosening and wire broken. One patient had slight uneveness of joint surface without obvious functional disorder. According to Broberg-Morrey elbow fracture curative effect criteria, 11 paients got an excellent result, 24 good and 2 fair, and the total score was 87.0 ± 7.3.
CONCLUSIONFor the Mayo II B comminuted fracture in ulna olecranon, preoperative preparation, intraoperative restoring of the articular surface smooth and reasonable internal fixation, and postoperative rehabilitation actively, can obtain satisfactory clinical effects.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(29):4053-4057
OBJECTIVE:To explore the situation of anti-cold compound preparations for children, and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. METHODS:The drug instructions of anti-cold compound preparations for children were collected from our hospital and analyzed statistically in recpects of drug components, specifications, formulations and dosages of those prepara-tions;typical irrational prescriptions from Jan. to May 2015 were also analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:40 kinds of an-ti-cold compound preparations for children were currently used in our hospital, including 14 chemical drugs and 26 Chinese medi-cine,in which,15 were not specified in the drug instructions for pediatric dosage (accounting for 37.5%). Anti-cold compound preparations had many kinds, varied largely in specifications and dosages. The children with same constitution and age take differ-ent drugs according to the drug instructions, the dosages of the same component are greatly different, the child dosages in the drug instructions need to be further improved. There are problems of irrational drug use in our hospital, such as repeated medication, medicine incompatibility,in appropriate dose.
