Objective:To find out the coefficients of garlic oil by Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE). Methods: Cutting, squeezing fermentation and fermentation and ethanol extraction of garlic were respectively as pretreatments and then the use of supercritical carbon dioxide as an extraction and given garlic oil was analysed by means of IR. Result: Garlic oil can be directly extracted by SFE and its best operation condition was under the pressure of 15 MPa and at 40 ?C extractability of garlic oil was up to 44.57% . Conclusion: Fermentation and ethanol extraction method is a best one for garlic oil obtained.

Objective:To investigate the treatment effect of using posterolateral approach under arthroscopic for senile ankle fractures.Methods: The clinical data from 30 cases of ankle fractures of the elder patients were received arthroscopic therapy (observation group) and 30 cases underwent surgical treatment(control group), both of the two groups were analyzed by retrospectively. The operation time, amount of bleeding and recovery time were compared between two groups. McGuire scoring standard was used to measure and compare the ankle function before and after surgery.Results: There were difference between two groups in the operation time, amount of bleeding and recovery time; and the observation group were less than control group in these indexes (t=26.82,t=23.54,t=31.21;P<0.05). Before surgery, there was no difference in term of McGuire scores between two groups. McGuire scores of every group after surgery was higher than those before surgery (t=12.34, P<0.05); and ankle function in observation group was improved more significantly than those in control group.Conclusion: Arthroscopic therapy could clearly find the joint injury, treatment in time, have little tissue damage and safety during operation, and it can improve the treatment effect.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Edaravone,Ozagrel sodium combined nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction in speech and limb rehabilitation. Methods 116 patients with cerebral infarction methods met inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group (n=58) and study group (n=58). Two groups were given treatment with Edaravone andOzagrel sodium,the control group was given routine mode nursing, the study group was given early targeted rehabilitation nursing. Compare patient language, physical recovery and daily life recovery between control group and study group after nursing. Results Contrast group and the study group after the nursing intervention, rehabilitation effect of significant efficiency were 48.28％ and 75.86％, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);nursing before the implementation of 2 groups of patients with speech and limb function showed different degrees of impairment, nursing after the implementation of the 2 groups of patients with ABC score and Fugl-Meyer score were significantly increased, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the patients in the study group ABC the scores of Fugl-Meyer and enhance the rate higher, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05); the study group ADL Barthel index was significantly better than the control group, the rank sum test (Z=3.063, P=0.002 ) that has a statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Edaravone,Ozagrel sodium combined rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the speech and limb function recovery, and improve the quality of life of patients, nursing satisfaction, is worthy of clinical application.

Objective: Investigate the characteristics of Internet Addiction Disorder and Sensation Seeking of middle school and high school students, and the relationship between addiction and sensation seeking. Methods: Internet Addiction Test Questionnaire and Zuckerman's Sensation Seeking Scale were administered to 307 students in a middle school and a high school in Beijing. Results: Sex and grade differences obviously existed in IAD. Boys and middle school students were easier to be addicted to Internet. The score of Boredom Susceptibility of sensation seeking was positively correlated to IAD. Conclusion: Certain relationship between IAD and sensation seeking did exist.

Objective To evaluate long-term efficacy and safety of Topiramate in patients with various types of epilepsy.Methods 115 patients with epilepsy were underwent open-label experience with Topiramate as monotherapy or add-on therapy. The efficacy was assessed after 6 months. The rates of seizure-free and Topiramate retention were estimated after 1 and 2 years, and side effect were also evaluated during open-label treatment period.Results (1) After 6 months, total effective rate was 83.9% in monotherapy group and 66.1% in add-on therapy group. Topiramate was proved to be effective on various types of epilepsy, but there were not significant differences in seizure-free rate and total effective rate between the different types. (2) The optimal dosage was ( 105.72?48.28) mg/d in children and ( 176.26?62.81) mg/d in adults. (3) The seizure-free rate was 40.0% at 1 year and 28.7% at 2 years, and retention rate was 67.8% at 1 year and 46.1% at 2 years. (4) Side effects were observed in 34 patients (29.6%), including mild to moderate events related to central nervous system, anorexia and weight decrease.Conclusion Topiramate is a widespread antiepileptic drug with high efficacy and safety for long-term administration.

[Objective]To observe the effects of borneol on the pharmackinetics of scutellarin after intranasal administration in rats.[Method]The different time of plasma scutellarin concentration was determined by the method of 125I label after iv injection or intranasal administration,intranasal administration of scutellarin(combined with 1% borneol)0.4 mg?kg-1 in SD rats.To calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters by 3P87 software.[Result]The time of maximum concentration(Tmax)and the maximum concentration(Cmax)at the class of intranasal administration is 25.0 min,0.55ug/ml,at the class of intranasal administration(combined with borneol)46.5 min,0.50ug/ml;the absolute bioavailability of intranasal administration is 53.70%,while the intranasal administration(combined withborneol)is 52.86%,there is no statistically significant differences compared with each other.[Conclusion]The borneol prolongs the peak time of plasma scutellarin concentration after intranasal administration in rats,but AUC is not influenced.

Hydroxyapatite has already been considered as an excellent medical biomaterial.and nanometer hydroxyapatite possesses special characteristics.Hydroxyapatite nanoparticles can inhibit the growth of a wide range of cancer cells.but have no effect on normal cells.thus it has a better selectivity in the treatment of cancer.The anti-tumor mechanism of nano-hydroxyapatite is relevant on the following factors:role in the cell membrane,affecting DNA synthesis,inducing cell cycle blockage and apoptosis,impacting the activity of telomerase.This study is designed to introduce the specific structure and characterjstics of nano-hydroxyapatite,analyze the research progress of nano-hydroxyapatite in tumor field.and discuss the possibility of nano-hydroxyapatite as a new anti-cancer drug in clinical application.

Objective To investigate a repair method for unilateral complete cleft lip nasal deformities.Methods Based on the fullness of healthy nasal wing,Z-form plasty was designed with a nasal mucous membrane and alar cartilage flap,to prolong its curtate length of the deformed side through overlapping transposition,and then with suspension of the custom-crafted nasal wing to replace its abnormal structure,subsequently,to recover the normal anatomic structure of the nosewing,and to get the nasal deformity repaired.Results A total of 12 patients with the severe nasal deformity were treated by this method.and all had satisfactory results.Conclusion This technique is a good choice for repairing the severe secondary nasal deformity after single complete cleft lip operation.
