Hydroxyapatite has already been considered as an excellent medical biomaterial.and nanometer hydroxyapatite possesses special characteristics.Hydroxyapatite nanoparticles can inhibit the growth of a wide range of cancer cells.but have no effect on normal cells.thus it has a better selectivity in the treatment of cancer.The anti-tumor mechanism of nano-hydroxyapatite is relevant on the following factors:role in the cell membrane,affecting DNA synthesis,inducing cell cycle blockage and apoptosis,impacting the activity of telomerase.This study is designed to introduce the specific structure and characterjstics of nano-hydroxyapatite,analyze the research progress of nano-hydroxyapatite in tumor field.and discuss the possibility of nano-hydroxyapatite as a new anti-cancer drug in clinical application.

Antiplatelet drugs are widely used for various cardiovascular diseases. However, there is no standard for pharmaceutical care of antiplatelet drugs. In the paper, the development and application in antiplatelet drugs of thrombelastography were reviewed to analyze the application value of thrombelastography in effectiveness evaluation of antiplatelet drugs.
3.Effect of sevoflurane on left ventricular function in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting

Objective To evaluate the effect of sevoflurane on left ventricular function in patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) .Methods Thirty-five ASA Ⅱ or Ⅲ patients of both sexes (30 males, 5 females) aged 53-75 yr weighing 46-100 kg undergoing CABG were enrolled in this study. Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) probe was placed. The TEE variables including cardiac index (CI), left ventricular short axis shortening (FS), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), low propagation velocity ( Vp), E wave velocity (E) , A wave velocity ( A) , systolic wave velocity ( S) , diastolic wave velocity ( D), AR wave velocity, E/A ratio and S/D ratio were recorded before inhalation of sevoflurane (T_1 ) , and 5 min (T_2) and 15 rain ( T_3) after inhalation of sevoflurane after splitting of sternum, and before inhalation of sevoflurane (T_4 ), 5 min (T_5) and 15 min (T_6) after inhalation of sevoflurane after the closure of sternum. The end-tidal concentration of sevoflurane corresponded to 1 MAC. Anesthesia was induced with midazolam 0.05 nig/kg, sufentanil 0.5μg/kg and rocuronium 0.9 mg/kg and maintained with infusion of propofol at 4-6 mg·kg~(-1) ·h~(-1), remifentanil at 0.2-0.4μgkg~(-1)·h~(-1) and atracurium at 0.5 mg·kg~(-1)·h~(-1). The patients were mechanically ventilated after tracheal intubation (V_T 8 ml/kg, RR 12 bpm, I:E 1:2, FiO_2 70%-80% ) .Results (1) MAP and CI were significantly decreased at 5 and 15 min after sevoflurane inhalation. LVEF and FS were also decreased. (2) There was no significant change in diastolic function indexes after sevoflurane inhalation including E and A wave velocity, systolic wave velocity, diastolic wave velocity, E/A ratio and S/D ratio. (3) Cardiac function improved after CABG. CI, LVEF and FS were significantly increased after CABG as compared with preoperative values. Conclusion In patients undergoing elective CABG, sevoflurane (the end-tidal concentration corresponding to 1 MAC) can depress left ventricular systolic function but does not affect left ventricular diastolic function.
4.Application of Z-form plasty with a nasal mucous membrane and alar cartilage flap to repair severe secondary nasal deformity after cleft lip operation

Objective To investigate a repair method for unilateral complete cleft lip nasal deformities.Methods Based on the fullness of healthy nasal wing,Z-form plasty was designed with a nasal mucous membrane and alar cartilage flap,to prolong its curtate length of the deformed side through overlapping transposition,and then with suspension of the custom-crafted nasal wing to replace its abnormal structure,subsequently,to recover the normal anatomic structure of the nosewing,and to get the nasal deformity repaired.Results A total of 12 patients with the severe nasal deformity were treated by this method.and all had satisfactory results.Conclusion This technique is a good choice for repairing the severe secondary nasal deformity after single complete cleft lip operation.
5.Effects of Irbesartan on the plasma concentrations of lysophosphatidic acid, endothelin-1,and serum concentration of nitric oxcide in the patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the effects of Irbesartan on the plasma concentrations of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA), endothelin-1(ET-1),serum concentration of nitric oxcide (NO) in the patients with acute cerebral infarction(CI).Methods All of the 53 patients were randomly assigned to Irbesartan therapy group(n=25) treated with Irbesartan 150 mg/d and Aspirin 100 mg/d and conventional therapy group(n=28) treated with Aspirin 100 mg/d.Both groups were treated for 14 days and the other measures of symptomatic therepy were the same. And another 23 patients without cerebrovascular diseases and 7 health volunteers were taken as control group.The venous blood samples were taken for measureing the levels of LPA,ET-1,NO while the scorces of neurological deficit (NDS)were evaluated before and after treatment. Objective To study the changes of plasma renin activity(PRA) and angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ) concentration in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) as well as their clinical significance.Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect PRA and Ang Ⅱ concentration in 55 patients with ACI in the acute,convalescent phrase,and carried out correlative analysis with focal size and the degree of neurological deficit.Results (1) PRA and Ang Ⅱ in 3d of the acute phase of ACI were significantly higher than those in the controls ( P 3.0 cm 2) and the focus of middle infarct group(1.5 to 3.0 cm 2),but PRA and Ang Ⅱ in both groups were significantly higher than those in lacunar infarction group(
7.Internet Addiction Disorder and Sensation Seeking of Middle School and High School Students

Objective: Investigate the characteristics of Internet Addiction Disorder and Sensation Seeking of middle school and high school students, and the relationship between addiction and sensation seeking. Methods: Internet Addiction Test Questionnaire and Zuckerman's Sensation Seeking Scale were administered to 307 students in a middle school and a high school in Beijing. Results: Sex and grade differences obviously existed in IAD. Boys and middle school students were easier to be addicted to Internet. The score of Boredom Susceptibility of sensation seeking was positively correlated to IAD. Conclusion: Certain relationship between IAD and sensation seeking did exist.
8.Long-term efficacy observation of Topiramate in treatment of epilepsy

Objective To evaluate long-term efficacy and safety of Topiramate in patients with various types of epilepsy.Methods 115 patients with epilepsy were underwent open-label experience with Topiramate as monotherapy or add-on therapy. The efficacy was assessed after 6 months. The rates of seizure-free and Topiramate retention were estimated after 1 and 2 years, and side effect were also evaluated during open-label treatment period.Results (1) After 6 months, total effective rate was 83.9% in monotherapy group and 66.1% in add-on therapy group. Topiramate was proved to be effective on various types of epilepsy, but there were not significant differences in seizure-free rate and total effective rate between the different types. (2) The optimal dosage was ( 105.72?48.28) mg/d in children and ( 176.26?62.81) mg/d in adults. (3) The seizure-free rate was 40.0% at 1 year and 28.7% at 2 years, and retention rate was 67.8% at 1 year and 46.1% at 2 years. (4) Side effects were observed in 34 patients (29.6%), including mild to moderate events related to central nervous system, anorexia and weight decrease.Conclusion Topiramate is a widespread antiepileptic drug with high efficacy and safety for long-term administration.
9.Application of Edaravone,Ozagrel sodium combined nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction in speech and limb rehabilitation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Edaravone,Ozagrel sodium combined nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction in speech and limb rehabilitation. Methods 116 patients with cerebral infarction methods met inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group (n=58) and study group (n=58). Two groups were given treatment with Edaravone andOzagrel sodium,the control group was given routine mode nursing, the study group was given early targeted rehabilitation nursing. Compare patient language, physical recovery and daily life recovery between control group and study group after nursing. Results Contrast group and the study group after the nursing intervention, rehabilitation effect of significant efficiency were 48.28% and 75.86%, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);nursing before the implementation of 2 groups of patients with speech and limb function showed different degrees of impairment, nursing after the implementation of the 2 groups of patients with ABC score and Fugl-Meyer score were significantly increased, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the patients in the study group ABC the scores of Fugl-Meyer and enhance the rate higher, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05); the study group ADL Barthel index was significantly better than the control group, the rank sum test (Z=3.063, P=0.002 ) that has a statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Edaravone,Ozagrel sodium combined rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the speech and limb function recovery, and improve the quality of life of patients, nursing satisfaction, is worthy of clinical application.
10.Determination of Arsenic and Selenium in Water by Electrothermal Atomic Absorption Spectrometry Using W-Ir as Permanent Modifier

The recoveries were 96.0%-103.6% for As,98.3%-104.7% for Se and the RSDs were 0.6%-1.7% for As,0.6%-2.8% for Se. Conclusion This method was accurate, simple and sensitive,it is applicable to the determination of trace As and Se in water.
