Objective To study the meaning of Homocysteine,serum high sensitive C-reactive protein,lipoprotein A and D-two dimer combined detection in the course of coronary heart disease.Methods Select 180 cases suffering from different types of coronary heart disease as group of coronary heart disease,200 healthy people who were in our hospital physical examination qualified over the same period as the control group,all the cases of fasting venous blood was sampled respectively to detect the content of Hcy,hs-CRP,LP(a) and DD.Results Coronary heart disease group of patients with Hcy,hs-CRP,LP(a) and DD levels were significantly higher than those of the control group of healthy persons(t =13.87,10.24,9.86,18.02,P ＜ 0.05),Comparison among different indicators of the patiens with Coronary heart disease:the group of AMI was higher than the group of UAP (t =15.79,9.73,11.47,17.34,all P ＜ 0.05),the group of UAP was higher than the group of SAP (t =16.82,8.14,10.65,18.27,P ＜0.05),the group of SAP was higher than the group of SMI (t =14.36,10.35,9.98,16.52,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Monitoring of Hcy,hs-CRP,LP(a) and DD for coronary heart disease,contributes to the understand of the development of the course of coronary heart disease and assess the risk of coronary heart disease.

Objective To explore the application of auto regressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) and establish a predictive model for influenza to forecast the dynamic trend in order to develop the prevention policy scientifically. Methods Samples which caught influenza from 2002 Jan to 2006 Jun in Chongqing city were subjected. SPSS was used to fit ARIMA model,and Q statistic was used to verify the applicability of the model. Results The model of ARIMA(1,1,1) was established. The statistic of Q was smaller than ?2_?(m), verifying the applicability of this model. Conclusion The ARIMA model can be used to analyze the influenza incidence and make a short-term prediction.

Objective To investigate the application status of aspirin for secondary prevention among elderly patients with ischemic stroke in some community hospitals in Shanghai,and explore the main causes for inappropriate use of aspirin and the effect of aspirin on the prevention of ischemic stroke recurrence. Methods The cross-sectional investigation was employed,and 223 patients from 10 community hospitals of Shanghai were divided into regularly-received aspirin group(n=98) and irregularly-received aspirin group(n=125).The application status of aspirin was investigated and the relationship between aspirin application and ischemic stroke recurrence was explored. Results Fifty-one cases in irregularly-received aspirin group(40.80%) stopped aspirin use or reduced the dose due to possible adverse effects,which accounted for 22.87% of the total population investigated,and 42 cases in irregularly-received aspirin group(33.60%)were never suggested to use aspirin or only used traditional Chinese medicine.The rate of ischemic stroke recurrence was 30.61%(30 cases) in regularly-received aspirin group,and 49.60%(62 cases) in irregularly-received aspirin group,which existed significant differences between these two group(P

OBJECTIVE:To establish HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of calcium lactate and calcium gluconate in compound calcium gluconate oral solution.METHODS:The test was performed on C 18 column with column tem?perature at25℃;the mobile phase was composed of0.025mol/L NaH 2 PO 4 (pH=2.50)with a flow rate of1.0ml/min and sam ple size of20?l;the detection wavelength was210nm.RESULTS:The calibration curves were linear over the range of0.719～46.040mmol/L(r=0.9999)for lactic acid and0.315～20.160mmol/L(r=0.9999)for gluconic acid.The average recovery rates of which were99.0%(RSD=1.65%)and100.5%(RSD=1.36%),respectively.CONCLUSION:This method is fast,simple,accurate,and it can be employed directly without isolation to determine the content of calcium lactate and calcium glu?conate simultaneously and to control the quality of compound calcium gluconate oral solution as well.

Objective To explore the clinical and electroencephalography features of children's frontal lobe epilepsy(FLE)and improve the diagnosis and therapy.Methods Medical records were reviewed and neuropsychological evaluations of patients with FLE diagnosed from 2000 to 2006.Children were examined by 24 h EEG and imaging examinations.Their charts for family medical history,seizure,aura,simultaneous phenomenon and anti-epilepic drug therapeutic effects were reviewed.Results Seizures were clonus in 24 cases,tonic in 4 cases,adversive,atonic,vomit in 2 cases,respectively,paresthesia,cephalic,visul,sensory in 1 case,Imaging finding were in 9 of 40.All the 40 cases were bought into 1 to 6 years' follow-up.Long-term control was achieved in 35 of 40.Partial control was achieved in 3 of 40.The left 2 cases had no response to the anti-epileptic drugs.Conclusions The common features of FLE included high seizure frequency,short duration and nocturnal preponderance.There is high positive rate of active EEG in detecting epileptic discharges,and active EEG shoud be necessary.Carbamazepine is recommended to be the first choice to FLE.
