Methods: Pure CSH, n-HA, 10%n-HA+CSH, 20%n-HA+CSH, and 40%n-HA+CSH (the last 3 containing 10%, 20%, and 40% n-HA, respectively) were subjected to MTT assay for their in vitro cytotoxicities. 20%n-HA+CSH was implanted into rabbits' muscle and bone defects in the right femur, and the general conditions of rabbits, the pathological and TEM manifestations of tissues, and the imaging alterations were all observed 5 days, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 12 weeks after implantation. Results: Test of cytotoxicity showed that the average cell proliferation rate was over 77% after treated with the solutions of 5 bone substitutes(P<0.05), with the cytotoxicity being 0-1 (non-toxic). No general reaction was found in rabbits implanted with 20%n-HA+CSH and the weight of animals increased steadily. 20%n-HA+CSH implanted in the muscle underwent a layer-by-layer degradation from 5 days after implantation and was almost completely degraded after 8 weeks, with no fibrosis, calcification or ectopic ossification. H-E staining showed that at the early stage the degraded materials were surrounded and wrapped by inflammatory cells; the fibroblasts gradually turned into fibrous cells encircling the degraded material. TEM observations indicated that the degradation was characterized by a cytophagic process and no cytotoxic signs were found in the phagocytes after phagocytosis. X-ray examination showed new osteoid and premature trabeculae scattered over the defective region 6 weeks after implantation, and there was normal trabecular tissue 8-12 weeks later. Conclusion: 20%n-HA+CSH has no obvious in vitro cytotoxicity, but has good biocompatibility. The in vivo degradation of 20%n-HA+CSH may be mediated by cytophagic process in a layer-by-layer manner. It degrades completely within 8-12 weeks, which is suitable for bone regeneration.

4.Comparative Analysis on Nephropathy of Senile Diebetes

Objective To study the cause of occurrence and development in senile DN,to provide ready and effective ways of treatment and precaution.Methods Case history information of DN and NDN patients over 60 years was selected randomly;The questionnaiere was given to the patients;Their blood pressure,blood sugar,blood-fat,urinary albumin and renal function were monitored and conducted comparative analysis.Results There was a long course of disease,bad control of blood sugar,higher than 10mmol/L exceeding 2 5years and accompanying disorder of blood-fat and then gradual renal insufficiency and other multi-complication in senile DN patients.Conclusion Longtime hyperlycemia,hyperlipemia were important risk factors.Micro-albumin urinary indicates different degree of damage of kidney.Good control of blood sugar can decrease and delay occurrence and development of senile DN.
5.Clinical effect of Angelica injection combine with psychological intervention in treatment of patients with lower limb fracture postoperative analgesia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Angelica injection combine with psychological intervention in treatment of patients with lower limb fracture postoperative analgesia.Methods 60 cases underwent lower limb fracture surgery from February 2013 to April 2015, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group.Control group were treated with conventional medicine epidural injection morphine for postoperative analgesia, experimental groups were injected with Angelica injection treatment in control group on the basis of conventional therapy, recorded and analyzed two groups of patients improved postoperative pain scores, postoperative stress and pain after treatment. Results After treatment, 4, 8, 24, 48h pain scores of experimental group were lower than of control group (P<0.05); After 4h, 48h post-operation heart rate and mean arterial blood pressure was better than of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Effect of conventional western medicine combined with Angelica injection postoperative analgesia is superior to conventional medicine alone , with no obvious side effects.
7.Clinical research of integrated traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infertility resulted from ovulation dysfunction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infertility resulted from ovulation dysfunction.Methods 106 patients with ovulation dysfunction were divided into observation group(n =56)and control group(n =50)in stratified randomization.Both two groups were given clomiphine to induce ovulation.Futhermore,the observation group was added Chinese herb recipe.Both two groups were treated for 3 menstruations.The basic body temperature,follicle development,endometrium depth, ovulation and pregnancy were observed.The serum levels of E2,LH and FSH were detected.Results There was no difference in the basic body temperature between the two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,the basic body tempera-ture of the observation group was obviously superior to that of the control group(χ2 =0.627,P =0.049),there was no difference in the endometrium depth between the two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,the endometrium in the observation group was significantly better than before treatment and that in the control group(t =5.132,P <0.05). After treatment,the serum levels of E2 ,LH and FSH in the observation group were all improved more obviously than those in the control group(t =6.489,5.167,6.035,all P <0.05).The efficacy of the two groups was higher than that of the control group(χ2 =6.049,P =0.048).Conclusion The method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can promote the development of follicle and endometrium,improve levels of E2,LH and FSH,enhance ovula-tion rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment of infertility resulted from ovulation dysfunction,which is worthy of clini-cal promoting.
8.Effect of combined application of HDACi and 5-fluorouracil on hepatoma HepG2 cells

Objective:To investigate the influence of combined application of histone deacetylase inhibitor(HDACi)MS-275 and 5-FU on the apoptosis and cycle arrest on human hepatoma cell line HepG2 and unclose the related mechanism.Methods:Divided all the cells into 4 groups:control group,MS-275 group,5-FU group and drug combination group.Flow cytometry(FCM)was used to examine the effects of 5-FU with MS-275 on the apoptosis and cell cycle of HepG2 cells.Bcl-2,Bax,CyclinD1 and P21 protein were determined by Western blot assay.Results:5-FU and MS-275 combination could inhibit HepG2 cell growth through G0-G1 arrest,and induce apoptosis,both time and dose dependently.The combination of two agents increased P21 protein levels and decreased Bcl-2,CyclinD1 protein levels.The levels of Bax protein were not changed.Conclusion:The combination of 5-FU and MS-275 can induce apoptosis and cell cycle arrest,the effect might be associated with down-regulating expression of Cyclin D1 and Bcl-2 protein and upregulating the expression of P21 protein.

[Objective]To study the combination of calcium phosphate cement(CPC) and morselized bone and their optimum mixing ratio.
