Objective To investigate and analyze the characteristics and stratified influencing factors of self-directed learning of nursing college students. Methods In November 2016,a total of 304 students from three nursing colleges in Sichuan province were investigated with self-rating scale of self-directedness learning (SRSSDL).304 copies of the questionnaires were issued and recovered.Using SPSS 13.0,the independent sample t test and variance analysis were used to compare the differences between groups.Pearson correlation test and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors. Results The average SRSSDL score of key undergraduate students of nursing college was (220.27 ± 30.16),the score of general undergraduate students was (212.37 ± 25.01),the score of Junior college students was (205.26 ± 29.84),The score difference has statistical significance (F=6.191,P=0.002).Students from key undergraduate had the highest self-directed learning ability, and students from general undergraduate and Junior college had the medium self-directed learning ability. The factors such as different levels, whether the one-child,self-study time every day, team learning experience affect students' self-directed learning ability. Conclusions We should create conditions for students to study independently, cultivate professional identity and independent spirit under the premise of clear educational objectives to improve their SDL ability.

ObjectiveTo investigate the predictive value of heart rate turbulence(HRT) in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) after acute myocardial infarction (AMI).MethodsNinety-two AMI patients combined with DM (DM group) and 120 AMI patients without DM (non-DM group) were selected.Turbulence onset (TO) and turbulence slope (TS) were two indexes of HRT.HRT was considered positive when TO was ≥0 and TS was ≤2.5 ms/R-R.The differences in clinical data between HRT-positive and HRT-negative patients were compared. And the related risk factors after AMI were analyzed.ResultsAge,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) level, renal insufficiency,LVEF<40%,standard deviation of sinus cardiac cycle (R-R interval)(SDNN),heart rate variability (HRV) positiveand HRT indexes (TO,TS) between HRT-positive and HRT-negative patients in DM group had significant differences (P < 0.05 ).Age,LVEF level,SDNN and HRT indexes(TO,TS) between HRT-positive and HRT-negative patients in non-DM group had significant differences(P < 0.05).Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that renal insufficiency (OR=4.8,95% CI:1.8 - 10.7,P=0.008) and HRT positive (OR=3.7,95% CI:1.5 - 8.6,P=0.070) in DM group had statistical significance. And HRT positive in non-DM group had statisticalsignificance(OR=23.0,95% CI:5.2 ~ 86.0,P < 0.01 ).ConclusionsHRT,an index of dynamic electrocardiogram, can predict the risk in patients with DM or without DM after AMI.

Objective:To explore the effect of the "trinity" training mode with curriculum training as the core, lecture training as supplement and community training as reinforcement, and to improve the health education ability of higher vocational nursing students. Methods:A total of 209 nursing students were selected as the research objects by random cluster sampling, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group adopted the "trinity" system to improve the health education ability of higher vocational nursing students, while the control group carried out the routine teaching. The health education ability of nursing students was evaluated by using the health education ability scale of nursing staff, and the nursing students of the experimental group were investigated by questionnaire. Statistics analysis was made by SPSS 15.0 software, the t test was conducted for analysis of measurement data, and Z test was used for counting data. Results:The health education ability of the nursing students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P < 0.001). Nursing students in the experimental group generally had high recognition of the training mode of "trinity" system. The pass rate was 98.13%. Among them, 68.87% of the nursing students thought it would be a big gain to attend the special lectures; 69.81% of the nursing students thought it would be a big gain to participate in the community activities. Conclusion:The "trinity" health education ability training model can significantly improve the health education ability of higher vocational nursing students.

To cultivate a strong comprehensive ability and literacy of the rescue medical talent, our school built a "one popular two professional three open training" trinity of the teaching system, opened the first aid course for freshmen and set up basic disaster rescue medicine professional courses for the senior medical students.Three student volunteer service teams carried out first aid training for the social population. The teaching system was combined with a disaster relief knowledge, ability and professional accomplish-ment and carried out multi-form disaster rescue simulation scenarios practice teaching, disaster relief school teaching and service society combined, which were all the characteristics of this teaching system. After five years of practice, medical students' disaster relief capacity and quality improved significantly.
