Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treating allergic diseasesis effective and with few adverse reactions. The effects of TCM compound, TCM extracts and Chinese herbal monomers played the anti-allergic role in multiple stages. Such as reducing and preventing target cell degranulation, releasing biologically active mediators, and inhibiting the conduction of signal pathways. Recent studies have found that in addition to anti-allergic effects by regulating cellular and humoral immunity, TCM can also enhance the body’s non-specific immune function to different degrees and help eradicate certain intractable allergic diseases. The development of new therapeutic agents for allergic diseases with good effect and less adverse reactions from Chinese herbal medicine will become a trend in the future research and have broad medical prospects.

Objective:To simultaneous determine six flavonoids in Shuxuening injection by quantitative analysis of multi-compo-nents by single marker ( QAMS) and examine the durability and system suitability of the analysis. Methods:Shuxuening injection was the study object and rutin was used as the internal material, the relative correction factor ( f) between rutin and narcissus glycosides, quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucosyl (1-2)-α-L- rhamnoside, kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucose group (1-2)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside, quercetin-3-O-[2-O-(1-O)-p-coumaric acid-β-D-glucose-yl]-α-L-rhamnoside, kaempferol-3-O-[2-O-(6-O)-on coumaroyl-β-D-glucose-based]-α-L-rhamnosides was respectively established. The result differences between the internal standard method and external standard method were compared, and the internal standard method was re-validated. Results: The contents of the six flavonoids in Shuxuening injection were calculated by the correction factors. Compared with those of the external standard method, the differences in the contents of the method were small( RSD<5%) . Conclusion:QAMS can be used as a simple and accurate quantitative quality evaluation meth-od for the determination of a variety of ingredients in Shuxuening injection, which provides reference for the subsequent study on quality standard.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the hearing level of deafmute children in three deafmute schools in Nanning,Liuzhou and Guilin cities and reveal the importance of early diagnosis and intervention.METHODS The pure tone hearing thresholds of 0.5,1,2,4 kHz of 357 deafmute children in three deafmute schools were recorded. The disability grade was evaluated according to the average threshold of 4 frequencies.RESULTS A total of 410 students were in the three deafmute schools.There were 248 male and 162 female with an age ranged from 2 to 27 years(14.5 years). The number of hearing disability grade fromⅠtoⅣwere 232(65 %),64(18.0 %),48(13.5 %)and 10(2.6 %)respectively,and 3 children(0.9 %)could not graded the hearing disability.Sixty one children (17.0 %)with light or moderate hearing loss missed their optimal opportunity of hearing and speech rehabilitation.CONCLUSION The results reveal the importance of early diagnosis and intervention of hearing loss.

Objective: To investigate the protective effect of adenosine on hearing in acute acoustic trauma and its modulatory action in the cochlea. Methods:Guinea pigs were exposed to 118 dB SPL white noise for 30 min. During the process of exposure, artificial perilymph or artificial perilymph containing 1 mmol/L adenosine was infused into the cochlea through perilymphatic perfusion. Thresholds of compound action potentials (CAP) evoked by click and tone burst were measured before and after noise exposure. Results: Immediately after exposure, the mean threshold shifts evoked by click of the control group and adenosine treated group were (40?6.68) dB and (20?5.70) dB respectively. The threshold shifts evoked by tone burst at 2 8 kHz in the control animals were 32 50 dB, while in the adenosine treated animals, 20 35 dB. There were significant differences between the 2 groups except that at 6 kHz. Two hours after exposure, there was an increase of 4 8 dB at all frequencies in the control group; no changes in the adenosine treated group were found. There were significant differences in threshold shifts between the 2 groups at all test frequencies. Conclusion: Adenosine has protective effect on temporary threshold shift in acute acoustic trauma in guinea pigs. [

Objective To analyze the special CT findings of lung metastatic tumor for the purpose of improving CT diagnostic ability. Methods Six cases with primary tumor and lung metastasis tumor proved by operations and pathology were reviewed. Results The special CT findings of lung metastasis can be divided into two types, cavernous metastasis was found in 4 cases and vacuolar metastasis in 2 cases. Conclusion Consulting to clinical expression and special CT findings, a precise diagnosis could be made in cases of lung metastatic tumor with special manifestations.

Clinical practice is an important step in medical education. However,its effect is now becoming worse and worse because of the influence of employment difficulties,post-grad-uate entrance exam and medical environment. It is hard to resolve these problems by simply education method. These problems are very common in management and can be found in prejob training,employee loyalty and quality management,respectively. It is a new approach to improve clinical practice education by enhancing teachers'management ability.

In recent years, IgA nephropathy and Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis attract more and more attention on their unclear pathogenesis, single diagnostic criteria, long duration and poor prognosis, etc. Research suggests that IgA nephropathy and purpura nephritis are IgA immune complex related diseases, and serum galactose-deficient is elevated in patients with these two dis-eases, which might become a noninvasive biomarker for the diagnosis, prognosis prediction and disease development monitoring for IgA nephropathy and purpura nephritis. Galactose-deficient IgA1 is reviewed for its discovery, structure, process, the possible patho-genic mechanism and its significance in details in this paper.

Objective To study the effect of erythropoietin (EPO) on neural function and brain cell apoptosis in rats after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods Adult male SD rats were randomly divided into control group and EPO group with 24 in each group.A rat model of asphyxial cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation was established.The neurological functions were assessed using neurological deficit score (NDS) 12 h and 24 h after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.The expressions of the apoptosis-inducing factor (AIF) and caspase-3 mRNA in cerebral cortex tissue were detected using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) at 0 h,12 h,and 24 h,respectively.Results Compared with the DNS scores in the control group (12 h:(60.00± 3.38) ;24 h:(54.50±2.56),respectively),12 h and 24 h NDS scores were (70.50±4.04) and (65.88±2.64) in EPO group after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and the difference was statistically different (P＜0.01).The AIF mRNA expression levels of 12 h (1.31±0.26) and 24 h (1.87±0.17) after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in EPO group were obviously lower than those in the control group (12 h:(1.88 ± 0.18),24h:(2.71 ± 0.24),respectively),and the differences were statistically different (P＜0.01).The Caspas-3 mRNA expression levels of 12 h (1.49± 0.15) and 24 h (1.56±0.10) after cardiopuhmonary resuscitation in EPO group were obviously lower than those in the control group (12 h:(1.68± 0.10),24h:(1.84 ± 0.16),respectively),and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.01).Conclusion EPO can reduce AIF and caspase-3 mRNA transcription,reduce apoptosis in cortical neurons caused by the cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and therefore improve brain function.

Objective To assess the effects of Mtwo for root canal therapy in the aged patients .Methods One hundred and fifty-two root canals in 64 teeth for root canal therapy (RCT) in aged patients(60~70years)were randomly divided into M groups and K groups.Mtwo machine with nickel titanium file was used in M group (32 teeth, 78 root canals), and stainless steel file in K group (32 teeth, 74 root canals).Root canal preparation time, root spread reaction, and canal filling effects were compared between two groups.Results The root canal preparation and filling in group M were better than in K group ( P <0.05).The time consumption of RCT in M group was shorter than in group K .Conclusions Mtwo shows good shaping ability and is safe for aged patients in root canal treatment with high efficiency .

Hospital information management has penetrated into each aspect of hospital management.We discussed briefly the role of the hospital information system in medical records management in Chinese medicine hospital on information sharing,data statistics and convenience of case consulting and management,which improved greatly the efficiency of medical records management.
