2.Treatment of Intractable Hiccup with Acupuncture in 56 Cancer Patients
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2004;2(5):28-29
Fifty-six cases of intractable hiccup in cancer patients treated with acupuncture in a treatment group were compared with 58 cases treated with routine western medicine in a control group. The result showed that the effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 32.8% in the control group. Ridit was used for analysis. The effective rate in the treatment group was much higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).
3.Accuracy of Classical Anatomical Landmark Technique ( Anterior, Central, and Posterior Approach) for Internal Jugular Vein by Ultra-sound Technique
Journal of Medical Research 2015;44(10):149-151
Objective To explore the accuracy rate of classical anatomical landmark technique ( anterior , central , and posterior ap-proach) for internal jugular vein (IJV) by ultrasound technique. Methods Sixty-four patients with selective operation were included in this study. The anesthetist marked the anterior approach , central approach, and posterior approach for internal jugular vein at 0°(neu-ral), 30°,and 80°of head rotation, respectively. The accuracy of each anatomical landmark were examined by other anesthetist with ul -trasound technique .Results The accuracy rate of anterior approach and central approach were significantly higher than posterior ap -proach at 0°of head rotation, respectively. The accuracy rate of anterior approach was higher than posterior approach at 30°of head rota-tion.The accuracy rate was similar among anterior , central, and posterior approach at 80°of head rotation. Conclusion The accuracy rate was different in different approach of anatomical landmark for internal jugular vein .
4.Observation of curative effection of coblation for early glottic carcinoma
Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2016;23(9):495-497
OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of coblation for early glottic cancer. METHODS Twenty-two patients with early glottic carcinoma (Tis-T2) without lymph node metastasis accepted resection of laryngeal cancer lesions using transoral endoscopic coblation, without pre-operative or post-operative radiotherapy and chemotherapy. All the patients were followed up for 30 to 70 months. RESULTS No severe complications such as dyspnea and bleeding occurred in these cases.Only mild postoperative pain happened to the patients. All patients could swallow and speak after operation. No recurrence occurred in 21 cases till now. One case, with poorly differentiated squarnous cell lesion in the anterior commissure invading subglottic area, recurred 4 months after operation. Salvage partial laryngectomy was performed and no recurrence was found after salvage operation. CONCLUSION The result suggests that transoral endoscopic coblation is a good method for early glottic cancer. It is worth popularizing.
6.Experimental Study of Anti-aging Effect of Yangyan Quban Particles on Aging Model Mice’s Skin Caused by D-galactose
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the mechanism of anti-aging effect of Yangyan Quban particles on the aging skin. Methods With the dose of D-galactose 1000 mg/(kg?d) by sc administration to the female mice for 42 days, the aging model was established. The mice received Yangyan Quban particles (6.68, 3.34, 1.67 g/kg) by ig administration at the same time of injecting D-galactose. Forty-two days later, the dorsal skin samples were collected to determine glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and serum estradiol (E2) contents, and the influence on uterus, ovary, skin dry and wet weight and the amount of water intake were studied. Results Compared with the aged model mice, the GSH-Px activity and E2 contents in the mice treated with Yangyan Quban particles were increased remarkably, especially the medium is the best dose (P
7.Construction of The Antigen Expression Vector Used for Library-library Screening
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(03):-
Selectively infective phage (SIP) technology was developed for screening interacting protein-protein pairs. The in vivo SIP strategy would in principle be suitable for??library-library??selections, and the co-packaged polyphage may be a suitable approach. In order to construct the antigen expression vector which can be co-packaged into polyphage with phage displaying vectors, plasmid TG10 was chosen as the basic vector which is compatible with antibody display vector. The interval sequence of phage genome was amplified with PCR and cloned into TG10 to provide the packaging signal. It was named pTMI and it can be packaged into phage particles in 1011 level. The N1N2 region of gene ¢? was amplified and cloned into pTMI under the control of lac promoter to give pTMIN. Promoter trc was synthesized and replaced the lac promoter to give pTTMIN which permits the fusion expression of antigen with N1N2. To test its ability for fusion expression, gene code for ten-peptide of c-myc was synthesized and inserted into pTTMIN downstream to N1N2. After induction expression, the results of ELISA and SDS-PAGE showed that it has been expressed successfully. When pTTMIN was transfected into cell carrying antibody display vector p3MHHB3, it was copackaged into phage particles in 0.3% to 55% after rescuing with helper phage VCSM13.From the results it can concluded that the antigen expression vector was constructed successfully and it can be used for library-library screening in theory.
8.Effects of recombinant murine interlukin-12 and GM-CSF gene adenovirus vectors on B16 melanoma
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effects of combined recombinant murine interleukin-12 and GM-CSF gene adenovirus vector(AdCMVIL-12,AdCMVGMCSF) on B16 melanoma. Methods B16 melanoma cells were injected subcutaneous at right back of C57/BL6 mice,48 tumor bearing mice were divided into 4 groups at random, when tumor diameter attained to 5 mm,AdCMVIL-12,AdCMVGM-CSF and AdCMVIL-12+AdCMVGM-CSF and AdCMVLacZ(control) were injected in different groups, tumor growth and immune responses of each group were tested, and the IL-12 and GMCSF levels in serum were observed. Results In combined group, necrosis, lymphocytes and macrophages were found in tumor tissues.30 d after treatment, the average volume in combined group was(60.73?11.36)mm~3, compared with AdCMVLacZ(control) group, and AdCMVIL-12 group,AdCMVGM-CSF group [(675.18?80.59),(186.91?19.15),(223.45?23.11)mm~3],there were significant differences(P
9.Standardized management of medical equipment in third-class first-grade hospital
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
Standardization management of the procurement, supply, maintenance, filing, rejection and measurement of medical equipment is very important for determination of the right obligations and responsibilities of medical equipment management facility. It also avails to establish a set of systemic regulations to improve the performance of medical equipment facility and the continuous education of medical engineering technicians.
